        This paper achieves a research about remote control of robot based on voice recognition. Through real-time remote control and wireless network capabilities of an unmanned remote-control experiments and Home Security / exercise with an unmanned robot, remote control and voice recognition and voice transmission are possible to transmit on a PC using a microphone to control a robot to pinpoint of the source. Speech recognition can be controlled robot by using a remote control. In this research, speech recognition speed and direction of self-driving robot were controlled by a wireless remote control in order to verify the performance of mobile robot controller.

        나지(裸地)에서 벌개미취 생장에 미치는 재식거리의 영향

        The Primary goal of this research is to verify the usefulness of Aster Koraiensis as a garden plant and to figure out the appropriate planting space which would bring the most effective results in terms of scenery and cost. For these purpose, we gathered the saplings of the wild grown Aster koraiensis in August and maintained them for winter. The following spring, we planted them in flat bare land with 3 different panting spaces of 50 x 50Cm, 40x30Cm, 30x30Cm. 2nd years after planting, we observed and compared the 3 different columns on the status of growth, number and size of leaves and conditions of flowering. The results are as follows : The number of leaves, stalks and roots of individual plants were increased by the wider planting density. But the ratio of leaf area per unit area appeared to be the highest in the 40X30cm sector which showed 366.9%, while the 50x50cm column showed 294.1% and 360.4% in the 30X30cm column. As for the conditions of flowering, such as the size of flowers, the number of petals per blossom and the length of flowerstalks, the best results were observed in the 50x50cm column. On the other hand, the 40x30cm column yielded the largest number of blossoms per unit area. On the basis of these results, we could induce that the 30x30cm column had already passed the peak point for the best scenery within 2 years after planting, while the 50x50cm column had not yet reached the peak point. Naturally, this leads to the conclusion that the 40x40cm planting space could be most effective when we assume the peak period for scenery to be 2nd years after planting. According to our investigation, the blooming period of Aster Koraiensis in the central region of the Korean peninsular lasts about 70 days from 15th June to 25th August. And the peak blooming time is 30 days from 5th July to 5th August. On the basis of these findings, we can reach the final conclusion that Aster Koraiensis has many merits and is useful as ornamental flavor of garden.

      • 住民所得 增大를 위한 觀光農業政策 活性化方案

        본격적인 지방자치시대에 있어 농촌지역에 대한 관광수요 증대는 지역의 균형발전과 지방재정의 확충방안으로서의 중요성이 부각되고 있으며, 도시와 농촌의 교류를 통한 지역간의 이해를 증진시키고, 나아가 국가발전에 큰 기여를 할 것으로 기대되고 있다. 관광농업정책은 농업의 새로운 경영형태로서 뿐만 아니라 새로운 분야로서 주목받고 있다. 정부에서는 1984년부터 관광농업개발 시범사업을 전개하여 오고 있는데, 역사가 짧고 충분한 경영기술이 축적되지 못하였으며, 기술개발 및 기초적인 연구가 부족하여 많은 어려움을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 관광농업의 이론적 고찰을 통하여 관광농업의 개념을 명확히 하고, 우리 나라 관광농업의 자원별 현황과 관광객수요를 파악·분석하여 주민소득의 증대를 위한 활성화방안을 제시함으로써 앞으로 관광농업을 개발해 나가는데 지침을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 특히 관광농업정책에서 반드시 고려하여야 할 사항은 관광농업의 종류와 내용으로서 지역농업의 특성, 지역의 자연적 조건, 사회·경제적 질서 등을 종합적으로 검토한 후 그 지역에 맞는 관광농업의 유형에 대한 합리적 평가가 선행되어야 하겠다. The rural area of Korea has great difficulty in many respects : farmer's advanced age, the phenomenon of giving up farming, instability of price of farm products. Recently there is a strong trend to attract an increasing number of tourists to the country so that farmers increase their income by selling farm products to the tourists. Tourism agriculture is surely a shortcut to activate rural area, which has been proved in developed countries already. Compared to urban development, developing rural area is not simple since it is a mixed area of production, living, tradition, and culture. The objectives of this study are to review the actual conditions of and recommend the activation policies of agricultural tourism development for rural areas. The activation measures of agricultural tourism development is concluded and summarized in the following. The first, a law of agricultural tourism development must be prepared, and the laws and institutions related with agricultural tourism development must be reformed. And, the government's plan of land development should included agricultural tourism development. The second, the government should support more farmers to take part in the plan. And there should be the further development of agricultural tour program and management techniques of agricultural tourism by a specialized research institute. Because of the short history and lack of precedent studies, the analyses of this study are not enough to cover all aspects of this field of tourism. The scope of this study has been limited to the government's pilot areas, so the further study on other leisure farms is expected in order to effect the practical development of agricultural tourism for rural areas.

      • 홈 네트워크 테스트베드 설계 및 구축

        Recently, as many next-generation appliances are become digital and intelligent, companies have come out various networked appliances to communicate with each other though home network. It will be expensive and difficult to apply new technologies using real appliances for verifying application services. Therefore, a home network testbed, which is consisted of simulator and emulator for verifying interworking services of various information appliances, is needed to reduce design cost and time. In this paper, a home network testbed is implemented and designed to support interworking services of home network. The devices in the testbed are designed with modular components for reusability, and the components are invoked through XML message. The correctness and effectiveness of the testbed is verified through interworking services on various components.

      • Rocuronium의 애별투여방법이 모지내전근의 이완에 미치는 영향

        Objective : There are controversies in pnmmg technique of rocuronium whether it can or can't shorten the onset time. We want to compare the effects of two different priming doses and intervals of rocuronium. Materials and Methods : After giving propofol, 50 patients were randomly assigned to 5 groups. Group I received a placebo, followed 3 min later by rocuronium 0.6 mg/kg. Priming doses and intervals of Group II, Ill, N, V were 0.06 rng/kg and 2 min, 0.12 mg/kg and 2 min, 0.06 rug/kg and 3 min, 0.12 mg/kg and 3 min, respectively. Total dose of rocuronium was 0.6mg/kg. Train of four (TOF) count or ratio and 1st twitch height of TOF (T1) were monitored with 15 secondsintervals. TOF ratio of each groups just before bolus injection, duration for TOF count to reach zero and duration for Tl to reach 95% depression after bolus injection were compared. Results : Duration for TOF count to reach zero and duration for Tl to reach 95% depression after bolus injection were decreased in priming groups compared to Group 1 (P < 0.01) In group V, significant depression of TOF ratio just before bolus injection was seen (P < 0.05). Conclusion : Priming technique with rocuronium is effective method to shorten the onset of neuromuscular block. But priming dose of rocuronium itself could cause hypoxia and aspiration in awake patients and should be used carefully. Priming dose of rocuronium 0.06 mg/kg and 2 minutes interval maybe relatively safe method.

        Ascorbic acid가 두개관 세포군의 cAMP농도에 미치는 영향

        Ascorbic acid has long been known to influence the bone formation by hydroxylating the proline and lysine residues of collagen. Although there were no direct evidences, this effect might be due to the effect on the function of osteoblasts. This study was undertaken to investigate the effect of ascorbic acid on the cAMP accumulation in the calvarial bone cell populations. Fetal rat calvaria at 19th day of gestation were sequentially digested with enzyme mixture of collagenase, trypsin and EDTA for 10, 10, 10, 20 and 20 minutes. Each calvarial bone cell population was primarily cultured for 6-7 days, and then the effects of ascorbic acid, PTH and their combination on the cAMP accumulation were determined. The results were as follows. 1. Ascorbic acid, at concentration of 100㎍/ml, had no effect on the cAMP accumulation in all bone cell populations. 2. PTH, at concentration of 0.4U/ml, increased cAMP in population I, II, IV and V and decreased cAMP in population III, but the effect of PTH was great in population IV and V. 3. Ascorbic acid plus PTH increased the cAMP in population I, II, IV and V, and showed the synergistic effect in population IV.

        골흡수 기전에 관한 연구 : 파골세포의 활성화 기전 MECHANISM OF OSTEOCLAST ACTIVATION

        Although the osteoclast has long been recognized to be the cell responsible for bone resorption, little is known of the mechanisms by which its activity is controlled. Recently, it has been suggested that osteoblasts ─ the bone-forming cells ─ seem to be the target cells of PTH, the bone-resorbing hormone, and mediate osteoclastic bone resorption by producing the coupling factor(s). Because bone tissue consists of several types of cells, isolation of distinct bone cell populations is prerequisite for studying the mechanism of bone resorption in cellular level. This experiment was performed ⅰ) to isolate the metabolically distinct bone cell populations from fetal rat calvaria by sequential enzyme digestion and biochemical characterization and ⅱ) to identify the factor(s) produced by osteoblast that stimulate resorption employing organ culture of bone. Calvaria from rat fetus at 19 day of gestation, were sequentially digested by enzyme solution consisted of collagenase, trypsin and EDTA for 10 (population I), 10(II), 10(III), 20(IV) and 20 minutes (V). Each bone cell population was primarily cultured for 6-7 days and effects of PTH, calcitonin and PGE_2 on acid and alkaline phosphatase activity and cAMP level were determined. Basal level of acid phosphatase in populations released early were higher than late population. In contrast, basal level of alkaline phosphatase was reversed. PTH(0.4 unit/ml) increased the acid phosphatase activity only in population I with no effect on alkaline phosphatase. Calcitonin(150ng/ml) had no effect on acid and alkaline phosphatase activity in all bone cell populations. cAMP level of population IV and V were increased by PTH significantly while CT had no effect in all bone cell populations at all. PGE_2 increased cAMP in all populations, the acid phosphatase activity in population I and alkaline phosphatase activity in population IV and V. Taken together, these results indicate that population IV and V express typical osteoblastic phenotype while population I revealed some characteristics of osteoclast. Bone cell population IV and V were incubated with fresh MEM or MEM containing 0.4U/ml PTH for 2 hours. After 2 hour-incubation, both the control-conditioned media(control-CM) or PTH-conditioned media(PTH-CM) were collected. Both conditioned media were lyophyllized and redissolved as 2 fold concentrate. Ulnae and radii were removed from 19-day old fetal rats, prelabelled by subcutaneous injection of 200μCi ^45CaCl_2 into their mothers on the 17th day of gestation. After 24 hours, media was changed with fresh BGJb media or BGJb media containing 300μl of control-CM or PTH-CM and cultured for 5 days. Effects of control-CM or PTH-CM were observed by the ratios of %-release of ^45Ca between paired control and experimental group. Control-CM obtained from population IV and V had no or very little effect on bone resorption but PTH-CM obtained from population IV and V increased the ^45Ca release significantly after 3 and 5 days of culture. This result provides the evidence indicating that osteoblastic cells mediate osteoclastic bone resorption stimulated by PTH.

        Dibutyryl cAMP 와 theophylline이 조골세포군의 alkaline phosphatase에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        Effects of PGE_2, dibutyryl cAMP (DBcAMP) and theophylline on the acid and alkaline phosphatase of bone cell populations isolated from fetal rat calvaria were studied. Ten fetal rat calvaria of 19th day of gestation were sequentially digested with enzyme solution consisted of 0.1% collagenase, 0.05% trypsin and 0.5mM EDTA for 10, 10, 10, 20 and 20 minutes, and each bone cell population was primarily cultured for 6-7 days. After primary culture, the effects of PGE_2, DBcAMP and theophylline on acid and alkaline phosphatase were studied. The observed results were as follows. 1. Population IV and V of 5 bone cell populations isolated by sequential enzyme digestion were considered to be osteoblast-like cell population. 2. PGE_2 (500ng/ml) increased acid phosphatase in population I and increased alkaline phosphatase in population III, IV and V after 48 hours of culture. 3. DBcAMP (0.5mM) increased alkaline phosphatase in population II, III and V and DBcAMP (0.5mM) plus PGE_2 (500ng/ml) increased alkaline phosphatase in population II, III, IV and V after 24 hours of culture. 4. Theophylline (1mM) increased alkaline phosphatase in population IV and V, and theophylline (1mM) plus PGE_2 (500ng/ml) increased alkaline phosphatase in population III, IV and V after 24 hours of culture.

      • 악관절 내장증의 외과적 치험례

        Internal derangememt of TMJ is defined as an abnormal relationship of articular disk to the Mandibular condyle, fossa and articular eminence. Anterior disk displacement of the disk causes the common symptoms of reciprocal clicking and limitation of mouth opening. Most Patients with internal derangements can be managed by conservative teatments. But surgical treatment is indicated for those patients who have chronic internal derangement that has failed to respond to nonsurgical treatment. The objective of surgical treatment is to eliminate pain and to restore normal function. Meniscectomy is indicated for the internal derangement of disk with perforation and gross morphological changes, nonreactive to conservative treatments. After meniscectomy, variable materials have been used for disk reconstruction. We present a case of interanal derangement of TMJ that was sucessfully treated by meniscetomy and autogenous auricular cartilage graft for disk replacement.
