        Effects of Feeding Corn-lablab Bean Mixture Silages on Nutrient Apparent Digestibility and Performance of Dairy Cows

        This study estimated the fermentation characteristics and nutrient value of corn-lablab bean mixture silages relative to corn silages. The effects of feeding corn-lablab bean mixture silages on nutrient apparent digestibility and milk production of dairy cows in northern China were also investigated. Three ruminally cannulated Holstein cows were used to determine the ruminal digestion kinetics and ruminal nutrient degradability of corn silage and corn-lablab bean mixture silages. Sixty lactating Holstein cows were randomly divided into two groups of 30 cows each. Two diets were formulated with a 59:41 forage: concentrate ratio. Corn silage and corn-lablab bean mixture silages constituted 39.3% of the forage in each diet, with Chinese wildrye hay constituting the remaining 60.7%. Corn-lablab bean mixture silages had higher lactic acid, acetic acid, dry matter (DM), crude protein (CP), ash, Ca, ether extract concentrations and ruminal nutrient degradability than monoculture corn silage (p<0.05). Neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and acid detergent fiber (ADF) concentrations of corn-lablab bean mixture silages were lower than those of corn silage (p<0.05). The digestibility of DM, CP, NDF, and ADF for cows fed corn-lablab bean mixture silages was higher than for those fed corn silage (p<0.05). Feeding corn-lablab bean mixture silages increased milk yield and milk protein of dairy cows when compared with feeding corn silage (p<0.05). The economic benefit for cow fed corn-lablab bean mixture silages was 8.43 yuan/day/cow higher than that for that fed corn silage. In conclusion, corn-lablab bean mixture improved the fermentation characteristics and nutrient value of silage compared with monoculture corn. In this study, feeding corn-lablab bean mixture silages increased milk yield, milk protein and nutrient apparent digestibility of dairy cows compared with corn silage in northern China.

        Energy approach for dynamic buckling of shallow fixed arches under step loading with infinite duration

        Shallow fixed arches have a nonlinear primary equilibrium path with limit points and an unstable postbuckling equilibrium path, and they may also have bifurcation points at which equilibrium bifurcates from the nonlinear primary path to an unstable secondary equilibrium path. When a shallow fixed arch is subjected to a central step load, the load imparts kinetic energy to the arch and causes the arch to oscillate. When the load is sufficiently large, the oscillation of the arch may reach its unstable equilibrium path and the arch experiences an escaping-motion type of dynamic buckling. Nonlinear dynamic buckling of a two degree-of-freedom arch model is used to establish energy criteria for dynamic buckling of the conservative systems that have unstable primary and/or secondary equilibrium paths and then the energy criteria are applied to the dynamic buckling analysis of shallow fixed arches. The energy approach allows the dynamic buckling load to be determined without needing to solve the equations of motion.

        <P> [GRAPHIC OMISSION]</BR></P><P>Nitrogen-doped graphene (N-graphene) was synthesized by chemical vapor deposition of methane in the presence of ammonia. The resultant N-graphene was demonstrated to act as a metal-free electrode with a much better electrocatalytic activity, long-term operation stability, and tolerance to crossover effect than platinum for oxygen reduction <I>via</I> a four-electron pathway in alkaline fuel cells. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report on the use of graphene and its derivatives as metal-free catalysts for oxygen reduction. The important role of N-doping to oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) can be applied to various carbon materials for the development of other metal-free efficient ORR catalysts for fuel cell applications, even new catalytic materials for applications beyond fuel cells.</P>

        Fast Transient Buck Converter Using a Hysteresis PWM Controller

        In this paper, a fast transient buck converter using hysteresis PWM control is presented. The proposed control method is based on hysteresis control of the capacitor C voltage. This offers a faster transient response to meet the challenges of the power supply requirements for fast dynamic input and load changes. It also provides better stability and solves the compensation problem of the error amplifier in conversional voltage PWM control. Finally, the steady-state and dynamic operation of the proposed control method are analyzed and verified by simulation and experimental results.

        Research on the Impact of the Integration of Two Styles of Icon Design and Task Characteristic on UI Visual Search Performance

        From the perspective of icon search paradigm, this study analyzes the impact of skeuomorphism style and flat style design on icon visual search performance. In this study,Using the eye movement experiment method, Obtain the relevant data of the icon’s cognitive performance and perform relevant analysis. The purpose is to explore the advantages and disadvantages of visual search performance under the mechanism of controlling factor variables. The research results and content are as follows. In the task characteristics, the search performance of the two types of style icons(color) in the form of the target template picture is higher than that of the text form, Under the condition of delay time. the search performance of the two types of style icons (color) under the shorter delay time are both higher than the longer delay time. When the icon is (gray and color), there is a significant difference in search performance between the skeuomorphism style and the flat style icon. Based on these research results, it is recommended that in interface design, from the perspective of search efficiency, skeuomorphism style and flat style icons are equally important in adoption and design.

        e-스포츠제품의 고객기대, 고객체험, 지각된 가치와 사용만족도 및 지속사용의도의 구조적 관계: LOL을 중심으로

        Purpose: This research aims to enhance usage satisfaction and continuance usage intention by proving a structured relationship of the e-Sports product’s customer expectation, customer experience, perceived value usage satisfaction and continuance usage intention. Method: The subjects of the research were the League of Legends’s Chinese users, and the user survey was conducted from August 1, 2020 to August 31, 2020. The data of 459 users were utilized in the final analysis. A structural equation modeling analysis was conducted utilizing AMOS 24.0. Results: The results were as follows. First, product-level expectation and service-level expectation had affected customer experience, but company-level expectation did not affect customer experience. Second, customer expectation did not have an effect on the perceived value of the customer. Third, company-level expectation had an effect on usage satisfaction, but service-level expectation and product-level expectation did not have effects on usage satisfaction. Fourth, customer experience had a positive effect on perceived value and usage satisfaction. Fifth, perceived values had a positive effect on usage satisfaction. Sixth, usage satisfaction had a positive effect on the intention of continuance usage intention. Conclusion: Comprehensive research results show that the expectation and experience of e-Sports product users and the perceived value affect each other, affect user usage satisfaction, and ultimately affect users’ continuance usage intention. Therefore, e-Sports product companies will have to reasonably control users’ expectations, enhancing the customer experience and perceived value of e-Sports product users so that they can increase their usage satisfaction and continuance usage intention.

        Kinetic modeling for chromatographic separation of cytosine monophosphate and uracil monophosphate
