      • 유도 브릴루앙 산란 광학계에 관한 연구

        광섬유 내에서 발생하는 여러 가지 비선형 산란 현상 중에서 유도 브릴루앙 산란 신호에 대해 이론적으로 설명하고 브릴루앙 OTDA 시스템과 브릴루앙 OTDR 시스템에 관해 알아보았다. 유도 브릴루앙 시스템을 실현하기 위해서 두 LD 간의 비트 주파수를 안정화하였으며 브릴루앙 OTDR 형태의 시스템을 구성하여 실험으로부터 SBS 신호를 확인하였고 그 값이 이론적으로 계산된 값과 일치함을 확인하였다.

      • 신규향암제인 Heptaplatin의 인체 흑색종세포(SK-MEL-28)에 대한 세포생존률 및 유세포 분석

        Heptaplatin, cis-Malonato[(4R,5R)-4,5-bis(aminomethyl)-2-isopropyl-1,3-dioxolane]platinum(Ⅱ), is a novel platinum-based antitumor agent with clinical potential against human stomach cancer and the 3rd generation or the cisplatin. This study was performed to study how cisplain, heptaplatin and sunpla which is a mixture of heptaplatin and mannitol(w:w=1:2) affect cell viability of SK-MEL-28 human melanoma cell line. Heptaplatin(IC_50; 95.35㎛) and sun;la(IC_50;10.95㎛) were less effect than cisplatin (IC_50;10.92㎛) on the SK-MEL-28 cells. By cell cycle analysis using flow cytometry, it was identified that the cells were arrested at G2/M phase by cisplatin, heptaplatin and sunpla, and percentage of cell death group was increased according to increasing of time and concentration. These results suggest that cisplatin, heptaplatin and sunpla are a novel anticancer agent against human melanoma cell.

      • 인체 흑색종 세포(SK-MEL-28 Cell Line)에서 Cisplatin, Heptaplatin, 그리고 Sunpla에 의한 Apoptosis의 유도

        A wide variety of cancer chemotherapeutic agents have been shown to induce programmed cell death (PCD, APOPTOSIS) in variou s tumor cell lines in vitro. cis-Malonato[(4R,5R)-4,5-bis(aminomethyl)-2-isoprpopyl-1,3-dioxolane] platinum(Ⅱ) (heptaplatin), which is a new drug approved by KFDA in a novel platinum-based antitumor agent with clinical potential against stomach cancer and the 3rd generation of the cisplatin. This study was performed to know how heptaplatin and cisplatin and sunpla (mixture of heptaplatin and mannitol) affect on SK-MEL-28 cell line, and hour they induce the apoptosis. At EM analysis, the morphology of the cell was changed by treatment of the cisplatin, heptaplatin and sunpla. Apoptotic body formed around plasma membrane, and chromatin condensation represented in nucleus. This phenomenon is one of the characteristic of the apoptosis. The DNA of SK-MEL-28 cell line truncated by cisplatin and sunpla treatment was identified on 2% agarose gel electrophoresis. TUNEL assay was performed to know whether SK-MEL-28 cell die as apoptosis or necrosis by cisplatin, heptaplatin and sunpla. At this result, fluorescence intensity increased according to increase of time and concentration. Therefore, it was identified that cislatin, heptaplatin and sunpla induced apoptosis. Fas expressed on SK-MEL-28 cell membrane by cisplatin, heptaplatin and sunpla was identified by using flow cytometer and the expression of bcl-2(anti-apoptotic gene) decreased according to increase of concentration of the cisplation, heptaplatin and sunpla. Cisplatin, heptaplatin and sunpla induced apoptosis against 나-MEL-28 cell line, and the apoptotic mechanism was identified as Fas-mediated apoptosis and decreased bcl-2 expression.

      • 중추에서 Prostaglandin계가 Renin-angiotensin System에 미치는 영향

        Role of prostaglandins on the renin-angiotensin system in the central nervous system was examined in normotensive and 2-kidney, 1 clip (2K1C) hypertensive rats. The experiment was done under thiopental (50 ㎎/㎏, IP) anesthesia. Captopril and indomethacin were injected into the right lateral cerebral ventricle. Arterial blood pressure and heart rate were recorded from the femoral artery. Intracerebroventricular (ICV) captopril (1 ㎎) caused a decrease in mean arterial pressure in both normotensive and 2K1C hypertensive rats. The depressor response to captopril was more sensitive in hyper-tensive rats than in normotensive rats. Indomethacin treatment (ICV, 200 ㎎) altered the depressor response to captopril neither in normotensive nor in hypertensive rats. These results suggest that the cardiovascular effect of renin-angiotensin system in the central nervous system may not be mediated via prostaglandin systems in normotensive and 2KlC hypertensive rats.

        In this paper, we study an acoustic array system which is suitable for an auditoriun when a gymnasium is used as an auditorium. The purpose of this paper is to prove that, using this system, any sounds from auditorium stage is clearly noticed at any place of the auditorium. The important part of this system is curve array speakers and assistant speakers group. This curve array speaker is constructed to get the best condition as a reinforcement equipment considering the direction pattern, reverberation time.

      • LED배열을 이용한 광Vector-Matrix 곱셈에 관한 연구

        인코히어런트광은 이용하여 vector-matrix 곱셈기를 LED 배열 및 lens계, mask 등으로 구성하였다. 입력 vector 는 LED 배열로 나타내었으며 matrix 는 mask 상에 면적변조방식으로 부호화 하였다. 곱셈의 결과는 lens계를 통하여 photodiode 배열로 검출하였으며 하나의 채널로 출력을 관찰하기 위해 analog multiplexer를 사용하였다. vector 및 matrix의 원소가 양의 실수 및 복소수일 경우에 대하여 출력파형을 관찰하였으며 특히 복소수 data일 경우 mask 상에 부호화 하는 방법을 제시하였다. The vector-matrix multiplier using incoherent optical illumination is constructed with a LED array, lens system and mask. The input vector is represented by a LED array and the matrix is encoded on a film by the mask modulation method. The result of multiplication is detected by a photodiode array through the lens system, and an analog multiplexer is used for looking at output signal on the channel. When the elements of a vector and matrix are positive number and complex number, the output signal is observed. Finally an encoding method in case of complex data is suggested.

      • 돼지 신장세포(PK15)의 이종이식 거부반응에 대한 재조합 IL-18의 영향

        Various cytokines including IL-1β, IL-2, IL-4, IL-10, IL-12p40, IFN-r, and TNF-α have been recently reported to play important roles in both host and donor cell activations during xenotransplantation. Interleukin (IL)-18, a proinflammatory cytokine, can induce IL-4 and IL-13 production in T cells, NK cells, B cells, mast cells, and basophils. IL-18 has the capacity to stimulate innate immunity and both Th1-and Th2- mediated responses, but little is known to involve in the xenograft rejection. In order to investigate the role of IL-18 in xenograft rejection, we transplanted the pig kidney (PK15) cells to C57BL/6 mouse with or without intraperitoneal injection of mouse recombinatant IL-18, It was analyzed the population of T cell, B cell and NK cell in the mice transplanted with PK 15 cells and recombinant IL-18 by flow cytometry. We found that splenic CD3+ T cells were increased in mice injected PKl5 cells with recombinant IL-18. These results suggest that recombinant IL-18 is critical in the xenograft rejection by increasing T cell population of the recipients.
