최근 들어 모바일 결제서비스 이용이 급속하게 성장하고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 상황에서 모바일 결제서비스 이용자들의 지속사용의사에 영향을 미치는 변수들에 대해 탐색하고 있다. 본 연구는 기존의 정보시스템 분야의 연구들에서 부족했던 소비자 감정경험에 초점을 두고 있는데, 구체적으로 S-O-R 모형에 기초해서 모바일 결제서비스 환경속성(네트워크 외부성/편재성) → 감정경험(즐거움/걱정) → 지속사용의사의 관계를 구조방정식 모형을 통해 살피고 있다. 연구결과 네트워크 외부성과 편재성이 지속사용의사에 미치는 직접효과를 확인할 수 있었는데, 이를 통해 모바일 결제서비스의 이용자수와 언제 어디서나 이용 가능한 환경속성은 해당 서비스를 이용하는 소비자들의 인식 및 행동에 중요한 영향을 미치는 변수임을 알 수 있다. 또한 이러한 모바일 결제서비스의 환경속성은 이용자들의 긍정감정(즐거움)을 유발함으로써 지속사용의사에 영향을 미친다는 사실을 실증적으로 입증하였다. 부정감정(걱정)에 대한 영향력은 부분적으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과들을 토대로 시사점 및 향후 연구방향이 함께 논의되고 있다. Mobile payment service has become one of the fastest growing mobile services in recent years. In this situation, the present study, while focusing on the experiences of emotions (i.e., enjoyment and anxiety), deals with the relationship among network externalities, perceived ubiquity, and continuance intention to use. We show that network externalities can directly linked to continuance intentions to use in mobile payment service. Meanwhile the impact of network externalities on continuance intentions to use is partially mediated by perceived enjoyment and anxiety. Furthermore, the direct relationship between perceived ubiquity and continuance intentions to use has a significant association. We also show that the impact of perceived ubiquity on continuance intention to use is partially mediated by perceived enjoyment. However, we could not find the mediating effect of anxiety in the relationship between perceived ubiquity and continuance intention to use. These findings suggest that mobile payment services should pay attention to increasing the number of users and to promoting the benefits of perceived ubiquity to users. Moreover, the experience of emotions should be considered to be a success driver of mobile payment services.

중국시장 신(新)한류: 소비자혁신성과 뉴미디어를 통한 한국드라마 수용을 중심으로

중국 시장은 한국드라마를 중심으로 한류콘텐츠의 소비와 확산에 있어서 매우 중요한 시장이다. 최근 한국드라마의 중국 내 인기는 뉴미디어 소비와 확산이라는 새로운 흐름을 보여주고 있다. 본 연구는 한류콘텐츠 소비경로로 새롭게 등장하고 있는 중국내 뉴미디어를 통한 한국 드라마 시청과 선호형성과정을 탐색하고 있다. 한국드라마가 소비되는 뉴미디어 인게이지먼트를 중심으로 중국 소비자들의 한국드라마 선호형성과정을 구조방정식 모형을 통해 살폈는데, 뉴미디어 인게이지먼트는 사회적자본에 대한 지각을 통해 한국드라마 선호에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 이러한 사회적자본에 대한 지각은 한류콘텐츠와 관련된 영역에 대한 소비자 혁신성을 통해서도 한국드라마 선호에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 소비자들의 내재적인 혁신성 역시 다른 변수들의 선행요인 및 직접영향요인으로 한국드라마 선호에 기여하는 것으로 나타났다. The china market is the one of important markets for consuming contents of Korean wave. Recently increasing interests of Korean dramas go with new media`s diffusion. This study investigates how chinese consume and evaluate Korean dramas in new media environment based on new media engagement theory. The results show that new media engagement increase perception of social capital and eventually this leads to preference of Korean dramas. In addition to that perceived social capital is mediated by innate consumer innovativeness in influencing preference of Korean dramas. Finally, innate consumer innovativeness directly influenced on preference of Korean dramas.

The operating flexibility of the power units is getting increasing attention from power systems especially those with large-scale fluctuating renewable energies. However, the combined heat and power (CHP) units are getting a bottleneck because their electricity productions are restricted by heat productions. This study aims to develop an electric-heat coordinated control strategy to make the CHP units more flexible. First of all, the dynamic model for a 300 MW CHP unit is set up, and its linear state-space description is obtained. A control strategy based on linear quadratic regulator (LQR) is then developed to satisfy different heat-power demands in various operating conditions. The control weights Q and R are optimized by particle swarm optimization. Moreover, the improved coordinated control strategy based on precise energy balance is put forward to increase the CHP power ramp rate considering electricity priority strategy and recovery control of the heat source. Finally, the simulation results show that the improved strategy is suitable for various CHP operating scenarios, and the case for electricity priority and heat recovery control significantly improves the unit power rate on the premise of stable heat supply. This work provides a reliable and flexible control mode for CHP units, which can support the power system stability and renewable energy integration.
