How to Measure Relationship Value in Principal-Retailer Context

        PRASETYA, Prita,NAJIB, Mukhamad,SOEHADI, Agus W. Korea Distribution Science Association 2021 유통과학연구 Vol.19 No.1

Purpose: This study aims to review existing research on the definition, conceptualization, and measurement of relationship values to guide future research. This study specifically measures the relationship value between principals and retailers, which is still not widely discussed in previous research. Besides, to broaden our knowledge of the value-based determinants of competitive advantage, satisfaction, and retailer loyalty in business-to-business relationships. Research design, data, and methodology: This research assessed three alternative models of the relationship value construct's dimension structure and then tested for reliability, validity, and confirmatory factor analysis. The research sample is 185 retailers-data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results: The results showed that product-based values and relationship-based values positively influenced competitive customer advantage, satisfaction, and loyalty. Conclusions: Relationship value construct can be measured and consist of five dimensions: product quality, delivery performance, customer orientation, service support, and personal interaction. They are key factors that maintain the relationship between principal and retailers. This study indicates that principals must invest more time and effort in building valuable relationships with their retailers. Finally, the value of relationships is a determinant of retailer performance: satisfaction and loyalty.

Influences of Product Attributes and Lifestyles on Consumer Behavior: A Case Study of Coffee Consumption in Indonesia

Adi Prasetya UTAMA,Ujang SUMARWAN,Arif Imam SUROSO,Mukhamad NAJIB 한국유통과학회 2021 The Journal of Asian Finance, Economics and Busine Vol.8 No.5

The purpose of this study was to measure the significance and contribution of sensory appeal, lifestyle, and health motive in determining coffee drink consumption. The theory adopted is the SOR (stimulus-organism-response) theory and the AISAS (attention-interestsearch- action-share) model approach. Data was collected online in April–May 2020, and obtained 413 valid respondent data. The data were processed using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) framework. The results showed that the variable sensory appeal of coffee drinks, lifestyle variables and health motive variables had a significant effect on coffee consumption. Of the 13 hypotheses proposed, nine hypotheses are accepted and four hypotheses are rejected. Sensory appeal has a positive effect on attitude and action of coffee consumption. Lifestyle has a positive effect on attitude, search, and action, whereas health motive has a positive effect on attitude of coffee consumption. Lifestyle variables have the greatest role in determining coffee consumption, followed by health motive variables and sensory appeal of coffee drinks. The SOR theory and the AISAS approach can both be used to analyze coffee drinking behavior. The research suggests that, to increase coffee consumption, a marketing approach should touch the lifestyle of the community and increase the promotion of the health aspects of coffee drinks.

      • X-Ray Imaging and Measurement of Cavitation Flow in Fuel Injector Nozzles with Various Geometries

( Rubby Prasetya ),( Takumi Kasahara ),( Kazuya Kotani ),( Takashi Miwa ),( Akira Sou ),( Seoksu Moon ),( Yoshitaka Wada ),( Yoshiharu Ueki ),( Hideaki Yokohata ) 한국액체미립화학회 2017 한국액체미립화학회 학술강연회 논문집 Vol.2017 No.-

Studies of in-nozzle cavitation are commonly carried out by conducting visualization experiments with optically accessible nozzle and visible spectrum light sources. However, multiple scattering occurs at the interface of in-nozzle cloud cavitation and discharged liquid jet, which prevents image acquisition of clear cavitation profile and liquid jet. In this study, X-Ray Phase Contrast Imaging (XPCI) is utilized to obtain a clear image of cavitation in several two-dimensional nozzles, as well as the discharged liquid jet of each nozzle. The XPCI was conducted at SPring-8 synchrotron light source. The nozzles used in this study have a width of 1 mm, with ratio of length and width LAV = 4. Upstream geometries of the nozzle are varied, with symmetrical and mini-sac upstream geometries. As a result, we can clearly capture the development of cavitation in the nozzle, from the start of nucleation to the formation of cavitation film in the nozzle. While cavitation film on symmetrical nozzle are relatively stable, mini-sac nozzle produces unstable cavitation film which moves laterally relative to the streamwise direction. The XPCI method also makes it possible to visualize individual bubbles in cloud cavitation, which clarified the collapse and rebound process of cavitation bubble. Finally, visualization of discharged jet from the nozzle under different cavitation regimes prove that wavy structure of the jet’s interface also becomes finer in accordance with cavitation growth in the nozzle.

      • Poster Session : PS 0359 ; Epidemiology and Public Health : The Prevalence of Unidentifi ed Disease in Cipto Mangunkusumo National Hospital Year 2010 and Sociodemographic Factors Related

( Nanda Lucky Prasetya ),( Muchtaruddin Mansyur ),( Andy Omega ),( Adam Prabata ),( Aghnia Permatasari ),( Ayudhia Kartika ) 대한내과학회 2014 대한내과학회 추계학술대회 Vol.2014 No.1

Background: Diagnosing is a main verb in medicine. Diagnosis is set based on clinical reasoning. Factors contributing in clinical reasoning are clinical competency and other factors related with physician; sociodemographical factor and others related with patients; diagnostic facility and others related to health policy. Methods: This descriptive-analytic cross sectional research was done in 904 medical record of adult polyclinic patient, using proportional random sampling and chi square analysis to show how many disease could not be identifi ed, and what factors signifi cantly contribute. Results: Although Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital is a referral centre and national hospital, our research found that there is 5, 60% (n =51) of polyclinic cases are diagnosed as Unidentifi ed Disease (ICD10: R69), ranked at 4th after Senile Cataract, Hypertension, and DM Type 2. Their 84, 30% (n=43) are from Internal Medicine Department, mainly from Unspecifi ed Division (patient of more than one division or unmentioned) for 63% (n=27), and Pulmonology Division for 33% (n=14). At this research also, we were going to fi nd the connection between Unidentified Disease and one of the factors contributing in clinical reasoning: Sociodemographical Factors. The variables are age, gender, educational level, employment, and health insurance. We found no variable is signifi cantly related to Unidentifi ed Disease (all p>0, 05). Conclusions: Hence, the other factors beside Sociodemographical Factors have contribution to clinical reasoning that is set up to Unidentifi ed Disease: physician`s factors (clinical competency and others), diagnostic facility, and others. However, which one defi nitely contributing is still questionable as CM Hospital is educational hospital; have thousands of doctors consist of consultants, residents, and others; one of the most complete diagnostic facility in nation. Further research shall be done to defi ne this relatively big number of disease which still being unidentifi ed in national referral hospital.

      • Mlesed and Nggandhul in the Musical Accompaniment of Shadow Puppet Theater: A Case Study of Gendhing Ayak-Ayak

Hanggar Budi Prasetya 아시아음악학회 2019 Asian Musicology Vol.29 No.-

The aim of this research is to describe the ethnography of gamelan music of shadow puppet theatre as cultural phenomena and as a social practice. I draw upon Piere Bourdieu’s notions of habitus, physical capital, and cultural capital. The main focus of this research is examining threefold distinction between individual habitus, institutional habitus, and ethnomusicological habitus. Memory is embodied through repeated gesture. The disciplined and rehearsed body of the gamelan musician is one of the most significant resources in the conduct of gamelan music. In this paper I explore some of these issues to make sense of embodied work of gamelan music performance, drawing on my ethnography of the shadow puppet theatre.

Social media has quickly becoming tools of choice for communicating between brand and their customers. Among all social medias, instagram is seen as the most effective one, especially for fashion brands. Instagram’s main function to share videos and pictures is suitable with visual communication methods that is often being used by fashion brands. Posts with high amount of likes and positive comments may increase brand awareness and can trigger positive e-WOM (Electronic Word of Mouth) among customers and potential customers. Why is communicating with consumers very important? Because in this era consumers are brands’ most trustworthy and loyal marketers for company’s products (Çukul, 2015). Customers are likely to believe review from their families and friends rather than reviews that is being written by the company itself (Chang, 2014). Realizing the importance of nurturing positive word of mouths among customers, this paper is going to use qualitative analysis to analyze Instagram posts of well-known local fashion brands to find out what kind of post that will generate the highest positive e-WOM feedback from the audience. Content of Instagram account of researched brands are being examined according to post type (photo / video), content type (9 elements), number of likes and reviews, photo type (amateur / professional), and shooting place (studio / outdoor / shops). Analysis is conducted to understand what kind of Instagram post that will give positive feedback from their customers. The result of this paper will serve as guidance for company to tailor interesting and engaging post hence increasing the probability of creating positive e-WOM that will increase brand image that ultimately will increase sales.

      • String Cavitation and 3D PIV in Multi-Hole Injector

( Hiroaki Nakano ),( Rubby Prasetya ),( Shinichiro Deguchi ),( Takashi Miwa ),( Akira Sou ),( Keiya Nishida ),( Akira Nakashima ),( Yoshitaka Wada ),( Yoshiharu Ueki ),( Hideaki Yokohata ) 한국액체미립화학회 2017 한국액체미립화학회 학술강연회 논문집 Vol.2017 No.-

It is essential to control fuel spray characteristics in diesel engines for cleaning up exhaust gases and improving combustion efficiency. Turbulent cavitating flow in fuel injectors plays an important role in fuel spray characteristics. String cavitation may occur in a sac and nozzles of multi-hole fuel injectors, which strongly affects fuel spray characteristics. It should be caused by the vortex flow in the sac. However, the occurrence mechanism of string cavitation has not been clarified yet. The purpose of this study is to clarify the mechanism and condition of string cavitation occurrence by conducting a high-speed visualization experiment in a transparent injector of cavitation and a discharged liquid jet at various needle lifts and flow rates. We also measure the three-dimensional flow field in the sac by 3D PIV. The transparent acrylic multi-hole mini-sac nozzle is designed to visualize cavitation. Sodium iodide aqueous solutions or diesel oil with α-methyl naphthalene is used as a working fluid to avoid the refraction at the surface of the acrylic walls and these liquids. As a result, it is found that at low needle lift string cavitation often occurs which is surrounded by a vortical flow in the sac and increases the discharged hollow-cone liquid jet angle, while at high needle lift thin and short string cavitation may occur, which does not strongly influence discharged liquid jet and spray. The probability of the string cavitation appearance under various conditions as well as the transient motion of string cavitation and liquid jet is also clarified.
