At present, environmental problems are gradually becoming quite serious because of the expansion of the business scale of companies, factories, and enterprises, and that is also the reason for the global pollution of the world. Green entrepreneurship is playing an increasingly crucial role in influencing people’s intentions, behaviors, and attitudes toward environmental protection through sustainable development. The purpose of this research was to examine the factors affecting university students’ green entrepreneurship levels in Vietnam. To do this, we performed a scientific research survey with 773 students from reputable universities in Vietnam, 337 of whom are male and 436 of whom are female. To assess the reliability and correlation between observed and total variables, this study employs scale testing methods such as Cronbach alpha, EFA, CFA, and SEM. After evaluating the influencing elements, the findings reveal that the Subjective norm factor and the Risk-aversion component are two distinct aspects that influence university students’ green entrepreneurship intentions in Vietnam and of which, the greatest influence is Risk Aversion. Furthermore, the findings revealed that the level of interest in green entrepreneurship is mostly seen by students with university education between the ages of 18–25.

The world has witnessed the outbreak of the Covid-19 epidemic. Mainstream and social media are playing an important role in Covid-19 pandemic prevention. This research explores awareness, communication channels and effectiveness of communication in the Covid-19 pandemic in rural areas of Thua Thien Hue province, Central Vietnam. Primary information was collected from 181 respondents, who are farmers, non-farmers and students. Secondary information was collected from reports and statistical data. Television, word of mouth and local loudspeakers are the main channels of mainstream media while social media mentions the role of Facebook and Zalo to transfer Covid-19 pandemic information. Mainstream media is still the main channel of farmers and old people while non-farmers and young people tend to access information through social media. Communication has significantly contributed to improving awareness and action of rural people in the Covid-19 epidemic prevention.

A new method for semi-synthesis of alkyl salicylaldoximes from cardanol is reported. Cardanol was extracted from decarboxylation process of cashew nutshell liquid, an abundant agricultural by-product. Molecular structures, physical and chemical properties of cardanol and oxime derivatives were confirmed by spectroscopic analyses. The produced oximes were successfully employed to extract copper(II) cation from aqueous copper salt solutions, offering a practical and economical pathway to effectively recover metals using agricultural by-products.
ALMA OBSERVATIONS OF W HYDRAE: IMPACT OF MISSING BASELINES

The lack of short baselines, referred to as the short-spacing problem (SSP), is a well-known limitation of the performance of radio interferometers, causing a reduction of the flux detected from source structure on large angular scales. The very large number of antennas operated in the Atacama Large Millimeter/sub-millimeter Array (ALMA) generates situations for which the impact of the SSP takes a complex form, not simply measurable by a single number, such as the maximal recoverable scale. In particular, extended antenna configurations, complemented by a small group of closeby antennas at the centre of the array, may result in a double-humped baseline distribution with a significant gap between the two groups. In such cases one should adopt as the effective maximal recoverable scale the one associated with the extended array and use only the central array to recover missing ux, as one would do with single dish or ACA (Atacama Compact Array) observations. The impact of the missing baselines can be very important and may easily be underestimated, or even overlooked. The present study uses ALMA archival data of the ^{29}SiO(8-7) line emission of the AGB star W Hydrae for a demonstration. A critical discussion of the reliability of the observations away from the star is presented together with comments of a broader scope. Properties of the circumstellar envelope of W Hya within ~15 au from the star, many of which are not mentioned in the published literature, are briefly described and compared with R Doradus, an AGB star having properties very similar to W Hya.

We report for the first time a microfluidic electrophoretic mobility reversal assay (MEMRA) for double-stranded DNA (dsDNA) detection using zinc-finger proteins (ZFPs) and a polyacrylamide-gel (PAG) sieving matrix. Microfluidic DNA analysis was actively studied because of its importance in biology and medicine. Most microfluidic DNA detection techniques rely on time-consuming denaturation and hybridization processes. To address this limitation, ZFP was employed as a novel affinity probe, which directly binds to a specific sequence of dsDNA without denaturation and renaturation. A mildly alkaline electrophoresis buffer (pH 8.6) was used for our MEMRA, instead of a strongly alkaline buffer (pH 10.75) for separating the ZFP–dsDNA complex from interfering species. At pH 8.6, the mobility of ZFP was reversed upon binding with dsDNA (complex p I = ~ 5.33), and unbound ZFP (p I = ~ 9.3) was excluded from loading. Therefore, the ZFP–dsDNA complex was detected without zone interferences. Furthermore, nonspecific interactions and band dispersion, observed in strongly alkaline buffer, were effectively mitigated in the MEMRA. The ZFP–dsDNA complex was fully separated (separation resolution ≥ 2.0) and detected rapidly (12–15 s at a separation distance of 160–240 μm) using on-chip photopatterned 3–16%T discontinuous PAG. The MEMRA performance was excellent, providing a detection limit of 50 pM and a detection range of 100 pM–500 nM for seb ( Staphylococcus enterotoxin B) gene dsDNA oligonucleotides. We expect that our ZFP-based MEMRA will find broad utility in biology and medicine where the rapid, specific, and quantitative detection of dsDNA is of paramount importance.
