        CaCO_3/Poly ethyl methacrylate를 이용한 무독성 혼합라텍스의 개발

        Core-shell polymers of inorganic/organic pair, which are consisted of both core and shell component, were synthesized by sequential emulsion polymerization using ethyl methacrylate (EMA) as a shell monomer and ammonium persulfate as initiator. We found that CaCO_3 core should be prepared by adding 2.0wt% SDBS(sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate), CaCO_3 core/PEMA shell polymeriation was carried out on the surface of CaCO_3 particle during EMA shell polymerization in the core-shell polymer preparation. The structure of core-shell polymer were investigated by measuring the degree on decomposition of CaCO_3 by HCI solution, thermal decomposition of polymer composite on thermogravimetric analyzer, glass transition temperature on differential scanning calorimeter, and morphology using scanning electron microscope.

        부틸메타크릴레이트의 환경친화적인 광중합 및 열분해특성

        This study is the series of photopolymerization on alkyl methacrylate(AMA) to continue further research. The objective of this work is to investigate the environmental fraternitive characteristics of photopolymerization kinetics on n-Buthyl methacrylate(BMA) and comparing the decomposition behavior to other AMA. The experiment was done in aqueous solution under the influence of photo-initiator concentration(0.05~0.25㏖/l), light intensity(5000~9000??/㎠) and monomer concentration(2.0~6.0㏖/l). n-BMA was polymerized to high conversion ratio using hydrogen peroxide(H_2O_2), and the kinetics model we have obtained is as follows. R_p=k_p[S]^0.24[M]^0.33[L]^1.53exp^(27.19/RT) The differential method of thermogravimetric analysis(Friedman method) was used to obtain value of activation energy on decomposition reaction. The average value of it was 27.5㎉/㏖.

        복지시설 민간위탁관리의 문제점과 개선방안 : 서울시 청소년수련관의 민간위탁과정을 중심으로 Focusing on Youth Centers' Contracting-Out Process in Seoul Metro Government

        현재 서울시는 2000년에 준공된 강북청소년수련관을 포함하여 총 8개의 사립청소년수련관과 근로청소년복지관을 비롯한 9개의 특화시설을 민간위탁으로 운영하고 있다. 그러나 서울시의 특정 지역에 편재해 있는 현재의 시설로는 청소년의 수요는 물론 다양한 기호에 맞는 프로그램의 개발, 운영에도 어려운 점이 많아 시설 확충과 프로그램 개선대책을 마련하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 현재 서울시의 시립 및 구립 청소년수련관의 민간위탁관리현황 및 문제점을 분석하고, 수련관의 관리 및 지도·감독 업무에 대한 개선대안을 모색해 보고자 한다. 연구방법으로는 관련문헌 및 법규와 서울시의 정책지침을 조사하고, 관련 공무원 및 시설종사자를 대상으로 심층면접과 설문조사를 실시하였다. 주요 결과로는 첫째, 위탁방식을 일부 개선하여 우선 경쟁력 있는 수탁기관을 선정하고, 계약기관은 현재보다 상당히 장기화할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 개보수 등의 시설투자와 운영비용의 일부를 수탁기관이 조달하도록 하면서, 책임 있는 관리운영을 담보하고 경영마인드를 제고할 수 있는 여건을 조성하기 위하여 장기적으로는 양여권제약(Concession Contracts)의 형태로 나아가는 것이 바람직하다. 둘째, 수탁계약의 심의기준에 맞는 서비스 제공업체가 소수에 불과하고, 심사와 선정일정이 촉박하여 수련관의 운영을 위한 체계적인 준비기간을 가질 수 없기 때문에 시설의 입지나 건축계획의 수립부터 수탁기관의 계획이 반영될 수 있도록 하는 것이 바람직하다. 셋째, 투입과 과정위주로 계약서의 내용을 작성하기보다는 산출과 결과 위주로 약정하는 것이 필요하다. 즉 계약서 상에 요구되는 서비스의 성과수준을 제시하고 달성여부에 대한 인센티브와 패널티 내용을 포함한 유인체계의 도입을 계약서 상에 명문화할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 민간위탁의 지도·감독은 청소년수련관 서비스가 청소년을 포함한 지역주민을 대상으로 실시되는 대민서비스의 특성을 지니므로 고객과 지역적으로 가장 근접한 행정기관에서 실시하는 것이 바람직하다. 그러나 지도·감독권한을 이전하기에 앞서 관련분야의 자치구 공무원을 확충하고, 지도·감독업무를 위한 명확한 업무지침과 자치구별 재정능력을 고려한 세부재정지원계획 등의 마련이 선행되어야 할 것이다. 마지막으로 실질적인 재협약 심사가 이루어 질 수 있도록 구체적인 심사기준과 평가방법을 마련하고 관련 범규와 제도를 정비해야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to understand the current situation of youth centers and administrative difficulties of contracting-out process, and to seek the way of advancing service quality and managerial efficiency. Most youth centers are currently managed by third sectors such as NPO and youth institution, but they are under the supervision of City and Ku government. The study methods include literature review, interviews of employees and public of officials, survey and field research. Important findings and policy implications are as follows: first, to select the most competent institution, applicant, qualifications should be mitigated in order to encourage more institution1s participating in selecting process. In addition, the term of contract should be extended from two or three years to five years or longer. Also the study found that one-month is too short to review and to select an appropriate institution. Second, service outcomes should be emphasized instead inputs and the procedure, and service quality should be specified in a contract note in order to evaluate contractors performance. Third, youth centers may be monitored well under the supervision of local governments since their clients are mostly local youths and adjacent residents. However public servants of youth department and budget plan should be secured before transferring the authority of supervision from the City to Ku government.

      • 에틸메타크릴레이트의 환경친화적인 광중합특성에 관한 연구

        Photopolymerization, the utilization of electromagnetic radiation(or light) as the energy source for polymerization of functional monomers, oligomers is the basis of important commercial processes with broad applicability, including photoimaging and UV curing of coatings and inks. The objective of this study is to investigate the characteristics of environmental fraternitive photopolymerization of ethyl methacrylate(EMA). This work is the second step to continue further research about alkyl methacrylate. The experiment has been carred out in aqueous solution under the influence of photo-initiator concentration(0.05∼0.25mol/H_2O_2), light intensity(5000∼9000μJ/cm^2) and monomer concentration(2∼6mol/EMA). EMA was polymerized to high conversion ratio using hydrogen peroxide (H_2O_2), and the kinetics model which we have obtained is as follows. R_P=k_p[S]^0.28[M]^0.41[L]^1.58exp^(33.30/RT) The differential method of thermogravimetric analysis(Friedman method) was used to obtain value of activation energy on decomposition reaction. The average value of it is 31.9 kcal/mol and is similiar to the activation energy of orginal polymerization.

      • 父母의 養育態度가 子女의 性格形成에 미치는 影響에 關한 일 硏究 : 70年代 先行硏究와의 比較硏究 A Comparative Study with the Studies in the 70s

        This thesis aims to analyse and study every aspect of the factors that forms the children's personalities and the correlation between the parents' negative attitude towards their rearing attitude and children's perception of it. The children's emotional qualities and the ways of their development of today are different from those of the past. The parents' rearing attitude that influences strongly on the formation of their children's personalities also change according to the social environment and ages. So under the supposition that the home environment and the parents' education level will have effect on their children's character, this study aims to find out the result of their influences and compare it with the prior studies on the theme. The aim of this study is to show the desirable parents' rearing attitude of their children and help parents to grow them with satisfaction. To accomplish this study following problems are concretely investigated; 1) What is the psychological difference between the parent's and the children's view point of the parents' rearing attitude? And what is the difference between the prior studies and the result of this study? 2) Is mother's aspect on the parents' rearing attitude more negative one than father's towards the children's point of view? And what is the difference between the prior studies and the result of this study? 3) Is there any correlation between the parents' negative rearing attitude and the formation of the children's emotional character? And what is the difference between the prior studies and the result of this study? 4) Is there any correlation between the home environment and their children's personalities? 5) Is there any correlation between parents' education level and their children's personalities? To answer these questions ninety eight couples liveing in Seoul are selected at random and their ninety eight children are taken samples of the test. They are all in the second grade of girl's or boy's junior high schools. They are given questions and answered. Their special qualities of the personalities are measured by the Minnesota Multi-Phasic Personality Inventory by Chung Bum-Mo, and the parents' rearing attitude by Oh Ki-Sun's parents-Child Relation Test. T-test for the above questions 1),2) and 4), F-test for question 5) and co-efficient of product-moment correlation analysis for the question 3) are also done.

      • 다변량 선형회귀모델을 사용한 PID제어기의 자동동조

        본 논문은 여러 설비시스템의 프로세스 제어에 사용되는 PID제어기의 최적 자동동조에 관한 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 이 방법은 먼저, 제어대상의 계단응답으로부터 모델링 된 1차 지연계를 Pade 근사화하고, Ziegler-Nichols의 한계감도법으로 초기값을 정한 후, 최대 오버슈트, 감쇠비, 상승시간. 정정 시간에 대한 퍼지 평가함수를 최대로 하는 최적화된 PID 계수를 목표치로 하여 다변량 선형회귀모형을 통하여 충분히 반복, 학습시켜 새로운 K. L. T값을 입력하였을 때 근사적으로 최적화된 PID 계수를 구함으로써 퍼지추론에 의한 제어규칙이 불필요하여 자동 동조시간이 짧다는 장점을 가지고 있다. We propose a new method to deal with the optimized auto-tuning for the PID controller which is used to the process-control in various fields. First of all, in this method, 1st order delay system with dead time which is modelled from the unit step response of the system is Pade-approximated, then initial values are determined by the Ziegler-Nichols method. So we can find the parameter of PID controller so as to minimize the fuzzy criterion function which includes the maximum overshoot, damping ratio, rising time and settling time. Finally, after studying the parameters of PID controller by input vector of multiple linear regression analysis, when we give new K. L. T values to multiple regression model, the optimized parameter of PID controller is found by multiple linear regression analysis program.

        환경친화적인 무기/유기 Core-Shell의 제조에 관한 연구

        Composite particles using inorganic and organic chemicals were synthesized and the results of those reaction were compared to variation of temperature and agitation speed in presence of CaCO₃ which was adsorbed SDBS. Also the synthesises were optimized according to conversion rate of composite particles. In inorganic/organic core-shell composite particle polymerization, CaCO₃ adsorbed by 0.5wt% surfactant SDBS was prepared initially and then core CaCO₃ was encapsulated by sequential emulsion polymerization using MMA at the addition of APS 3.16X 10^(-3)mo1/L to minimize the coagulated PMMA particle itself during MMA shell polymerization. Encapsulated PMMA on CaCO₃ as inorganic/organic core-shell particles was verified by Fr-IR and DSC analysis. It was found that the CaCO₃ was very well encapsulated by PMMA as shell. The surfaces were distinctly found as spindle shape and broad particle distribution after capsulation.

      • 위험물질의 누출에 따른 독성영향평가에 관한 연구

        In an incident using the numerical method of CPQRA (Chemical Process Quantitative Risk Anslysis), it was estimated a risk for the dispersion of toxic materials as MIC, Acrolein and Toluene. Because CPQRA contained a many variation elements in spite of the approval error as the conditions of wind speed, weather stability class and dispersion coefficients etc., we could know that its accuracy is very high and it calculate an effect distance for each concentration, concentration for calculated spots and effect categories and areas in dispersion of toxic materials. Using these data, it would be used of a basic method in the evaluation of a risk degree and the prevention and protection of an incident. Also it would be used to motive for development of new difpersion model at the atmosphere which is near by real conditions for the numerical method of CPQRA, especially it would provide basic information and a development of nontoxic alternative materials in human body.
