The reason why the soccer in korea has not achieved enough development to cope with that of other countries for the present, when the soccer has advanced so much andis prospering all over the world, can be calculate, in two fundamental defects that the training for the basic drill and physical power has ben neglected, and the want of players rather thatn the technique or skill of soccer. These are two urgent and immediate problems to be solved. Forthe former, tho more scientificand dynamicmethods for the basic training course of soccer is required, taking account that passing is one of the most primary and fundamental one among basic trainings. For the latter, it is necessary to train more players during secoundary school courses. In order to advance the technique and skill of passing, the following methods are indispensable ; 1. The characteristic of football 2. Some training methods of Running for the accuracy. 3. Some training methods of kicking for he faccuracy of passing, 4. Some training methods of Dribbling for the accuracy of passing. 5. Some fundamental training methods of Passing. 6. Synthetic training methods of passing. For the more efficient cultivation of technique, some tests are necessary as well as useful ; each individual Player must see theresults, good and weak points, of his own playing to cultivate his skill. Through these course of tests, one can also realize how the physical condition on each occasun is influential to the result of playing, and his realization will lead him to voluntary cultivation of physical condition. Concluding in brief, with speedy accurate passing and sufficient physical power and advanced technique and skill of various passing, which are aquired through the methods proposed above, every player will meet the requirements to play the game composedly with great reserve in ability and energy on any occasion.
폐암환자의 객담에서 Melanoma Antigen Gene(MAGE)과 Synovial Sarcoma on X chromosome (SSX)의 발현

Background : MAGE and SSX genes have been recently discovered as number of cancer/testis antigen, which are showed useful potential for anti-tumor immunotherapy and tumor mark. Expression rates of MAGE genes are disclosed in many cancer cases. Study of expression rate of MAGE and SSX genes in same time in lung cancer cases are rare. We studied about expression of both genes in sputum of lung cancer patients simultaneously. Material and method :Total 75 cases of patients studied, control group was 32 cases of benign lung disease, 43 cases of lung cancer patients were divided into two groups of non small cell lung cancer and small cell lung cancer groups. Patients sputum collected before treatment and extracted mRNA and identify MAGE genes and SSX genes by nested PCR method. Expression rates of both genes werestudied according to cell types, gender, LN metastasis and cancer stage. Results : In benign lung disease cases, expression rates of MAGE and SSX genes were 40.6% and 37.5% respectively. and was 12.5% in both genes. The expression rate of MAGE genes is higher inmale patients and expression rate of SSX genes is higher in female patients ( p < 0.01 ). Expression rate of MAGE genes in NSCLC group was 61.8%, and this is higher than that of control group. In squamous carcinoma, expression rate of MAGE genes is 76.9% and this is higher than that of adenocarcinoma. Expression rate in adenocarcinomaand small cell cancer are lower than control and squamous cell cancer.Expression rate of SSX genes in NSCLC group is 17.6% and is 11.1% in SCLC group. It is lower than that of control group. Expression rate of SSX genes is lower than MAGE genes in lung cancer cases and not found any relationship of expression of between both genes. No significant gene expressions between gender was observed. The present study suspect lymphnode involvement and cancer stage influence on expression of both genes in this study, but not significant statistically. Co-expression rate of both genes are 14.7% in NSCLC group, 11.1% in SCLC group and 12.5% in control group. Conclusion : MAGE genes are more applicable to diagnosing squamous cell cancer than SSX genes, but it's role seems to be still lim-ted to additive as a mark, because of expression in benign lung disease cases and lower expression rate in small cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma. Not found any relationship on both gene expression in this study.

Onposan has reputed to be effective for the remedy of sterility. In order to study the effects of Onposan on ovarian function, a series of experiments were conducted on the ovulation and serum LH, FSH, prolactin and estradiol 17-β level in rats and then the following results were obtained. 1. The increase of the dose of Onposan made a significant effect on ovulation induced PMSG. 2. The increase of the dose of Onposan made a significant effect on ovulation that on the induction of ovulation by PMSG and HCG. 3. The level of serum LH of rats induced hyperprolactinemia was significantly increased in the group of increase of the dose of Onposan. 4. The level of serum FSH of rats induced hyperprolactinemia was not significantly increased. 5. The level of serum Prolactin of rats induced hyperprolactinemia was not significantly increased. 6. The Level of serum Estradiol-17β of rats induced hyperprolactinemia was significantly increased.

After the athletic circles of our Country shouted the scientific sports, many years flowed already. Before and after Tokyo Olympics in 1964, he Korea Athletics Association added the basic and medical examination about the minute examination of the body, the management of the parasite and nutritious food etc, to the amateur players. And it is recently one of results of the Korea Athletics Association, the heodquarters of the physical culture, that the scientific training of circuit training, weighttraining and interval training etc. Forms the pattern of player's life. And also the health education of the officer and player through the cultural lecture and the re-education of the professial leader on the establishment of the couch academy, from the scientific point of the Korean sports, have a very great meaning.
