벼 깨씨무늬병 및 잎집썩음병에 항진균 활성을 갖는 길항 미생물의 탐색

벼의 깨씨무늬병과 잎집썩음병의 원인균인 Cochliobolus miyabeanus와 Sarocladium oryzae에 의해 발병되며, 깨씨무늬병이 이삭에 발생할 경우Curvularia lunata에 의해 이삭마름병이 추가로 발병하게 되고 한국인의 주식인 쌀의 수확량 감소 및 쌀의 품질 저하와 같은 손실을 초래하여 세계적으로 벼 재배 국가에서는 큰 문제로 장기적으로는 심각한 문제를 초래한다. 따라서, 이러한 식물 병원성 곰팡이의 생물학적 방제를 위해 순창군 논 토양에서 세포외 효소 활성이 우수하고 siderophore를 생산하는 유용 미생물 5종을 선별하였다. 5종의 선별 미생물은 벼의 식물 병원성 곰팡이 3종에 대하여 우수한 항진균 활성을 갖고 있었으며, 특히 JSRB 177 균주는 가장 우수한 활성을 지녀 최종 균주로 선별되었다. 최종 선별된 JSRB 177 균주는 16S rRNA 염기서열 분석을 통하여Bacillus subtilis로 동정되었으며, 최종적으로 JSRB 177의 당 이용성 및 효소 생산에 대한 분석을 통하여 생리학적 특성을 확인하였다. 향후 포트 시험 및 생산 공정 확립 등 산업화에 연관된 추가 연구가 필요하지만 앞선 결과를 토대로 JSRB 177 균주는 벼 병원성 곰팡이에 대한 생물학적 방제를 위한 소재로 높은 활용이 기대된다. Brown spot and sheath rot of rice are caused by fungal pathogens such as Curvularia lunata, Cochliobolus miyabeanus, and Sarocladium oryzae, and cause losses such as reduced rice yield and quality, which is an enormous problem with serious long-term effects. To search biological control agents of phytopathogenic fungi, five kinds of useful Bacillus-like isolates which are excellent in extracellular enzyme activity and produce siderophore were selected from paddy soil of Sunchang in Korea. The selected isolates were tested for excellent antifungal activity against three of the phytopathogenic fungi that frequently occur in rice, and JSRB 177 strain had the most excellent antifungal activity. Based on the experimental results, JSRB 177 is finally selected as a candidate for biological control and identified to Bacillus subtilis through 16S rRNA sequence analysis. In addition, physiological characteristics of JSRB 177 confirmed by analysis of carbohydrate fermentation patterns and enzyme production ability. Based on the above results, JSRB 177 is expected to be used as a biological control agent for the rice pathogenic fungi. In the future, further studies related to industrialization such as port test and establishment of mass production process are needed.

본 연구는 안산시 부곡동 지역의 현황을 파악하고 문제 및 욕구를 사정하여 향후 부곡종합사회복지관의 신규 프로그램 및 개발에 기초자료로 활용될 것이며, 부곡종합사회복지관이 지역사회 문제 및 욕구를 주민들과 함께 할 수 있는 마을공동체 허브로 변신하기 위함에 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 결과를 살펴보면, 아동을 대상으로 한 프로그램에 대한 욕구를 살펴보면, 1순위로 아동발달지원센터 참여할 의향이 44.4%, 피아노교실 참여 55.6%, 아동난타 44.4%로 나타나, 본 복지관에서는 아동발달지원센터 이용 확대를 위한 지원을 강화할 필요가 있고, 피아노 교실 및 아동난타 프로그램 및 서비스를 확대할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 청소년을 대상으로 한 프로그램에 대한 욕구를 살펴보면, 1순위로 청소년 자원봉사학교 66.7%, 명문대학 탐방 참여 44.4%, 청소년 진로체험 55.6%로 나타났다. 따라서, 본 복지관에서는 청소년 자원봉사를 위한 다양하고 전문적인 프로그램을 진행할 필요가 있다. 성인을 대상으로 한 프로그램에 대한 욕구를 살펴보면, 1순위로 동그라미 빨래방 25.7%, 취업훈련 20.0%, 2순위로 김장지원서비스 14.7%, 무료 점심 나누기 11.4%로 나타나, 본 복지관에서는 성인을 대상으로 취업훈련에 대한 프로그램 및 서비스를 강화할 필요가 있다. 노인을 대상으로 한 프로그램에 대한 욕구를 살펴보면, 1순위로 무료진료 48.8%, 김장지원서비스 47.6%로 나타나, 본 복지관에서는 노인을 대상으로 무료 진료 프로그램 및 서비스를 강화할 필요가 있고, 김장지원서비스도 확대할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. Looking at the results of this study, looking at the needs of children s programs, the intention to participate in the Children s Development Support Center was 44.4%, 55.6% participating in the piano classroom, and 44.4% child hitting. It was found that there is a need to strengthen support to expand the use of support centers, and to expand piano classrooms and children s hitting programs and services. Looking at the needs of the program for young people, 66.7% of youth volunteer schools, 44.4% of participating in prestigious university visits, and 55.6% of youth career experiences were ranked first. Therefore, the welfare center needs to carry out various and specialized programs for youth volunteering. Looking at the desire for the program for adults, the first rank was circled laundry 25.7%, job training 20.0%, second rank kimjang support service 14.7%, free lunch break 11.4%. There is a need to strengthen training programs and services. Looking at the needs for programs targeted at the elderly, the number of free medical treatment was 48.8% and Kimjang support service 47.6% as the first priority. It turned out to be necessary to enlarge.

Background/Aims: To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of direct acting antivirals (DAAs) available in chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients with hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection in Korea. Methods: In a retrospective, multicenter cohort study, 362 patients were enrolled from 2015 to 2019. The effectiveness and safety of DAAs including glecaprevir/pibrentasvir, sofosubvir/ribavirin, ledipasvir/sofosbuvir, and daclatasvir/asunaprevir were analyzed for patients according to CKD stage. We evaluated sustained virologic response at week 12 after treatment (SVR12) as primary endpoint. The effectiveness and safety were also evaluated according to CKD stage. Results: Among 362 patients, 307 patients completed DAAs treatment and follow-up period after end of treatment. The subjects comprised 87 patients (62 with CKD stage 3 and 25 with CKD stage (4–5), of whom 22 were undergoing hemodialysis). HCV patients with CKD stage 1 and 2 (estimated glomerular filtration rate [eGFR] ≥ 60 mL/min/1.73 m2) showed SVR12 of 97.2% and 95.4% respectively. SVR12 of CKD stage 3 and 4–5 (eGFR < 60 mL/min/1.73 m2) patients was 91.9% and 91.6% respectively. Patients undergoing hemodialysis achieved SVR12 (90.9%). Treatment failure of DAAs in stage 1, 2, 3, and 4–5 was 2.8%, 2.7%, 1.6%, and 4%. DAAs showed good safety profile and did not affect deterioration of renal function. Conclusions: DAAs shows comparable SVR12 and safety in CKD patients (stage 3, 4, and 5) with HCV compared with patients with stage 1 and 2. The effectiveness and safety of DAAs may be related to the treatment duration. Therefore, it is important to select adequate regimens of DAAs and to increase treatment adherence.
