Implementation of New Method to Generate a Key in Automatic Variable Key for Perfect Security
Moumita Das,Rajat Subhra Goswami,Chandan Tilak Bhunia 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Security and Its Applicat Vol.10 No.4
Automatic variable key is a technique to generate time variant key. In this paper, we have proposed a new key generation technique. The proposed technique provides higher level of security compared to that provided by other key generating schemes. The newly generated keys in the technique are more random.
Formulation, development and optimization of mouth dissolving tablets of Rizatriptan benzoate
Bijaya Ghosh,Sayantan Ray,Moumita Das 한국약제학회 2015 Journal of Pharmaceutical Investigation Vol.45 No.6
Rizatriptan benzoate, a drug used to treat migraine needs quick action, for which mouth dissolving tablets (MDTs) of the drug may be suitable. However, the bitter taste of drug pose a major challenge to the development of MDTs of the drug. In the present study, MDTs were developed after masking the bitter taste of the drug through solid dispersion. The solid dispersions of Rizatriptan benzoate were prepared with PEG 6000 and mannitol in various ratios and the taste of the formulations was evaluated by willing volunteers and the most acceptable formulation was chosen for development of the MDTs. The MDTs were developed and optimized by using the sequential simplex optimization technique. Disintegration time, hardness and friability of the tablets were considered as the parameters for the optimization of formulations. The optimized formulation showed a disintegration time of 15 s, hardness of 5.2 kg/cm² and friability of 0.5 %. The drug release of 99 % was achieved within 15 min in simulated saliva fluid. Therefore, the MDTs developed in this study could meet the dual need of effectively masking the bitter taste of the drug as well as deliver it quickly, for speedy onset of action and better therapeutic efficacy.

The majority of bioactive polysaccharides are present in some marine creatures. These polysaccharides are considered as promising anti-obesity agents, their anti-obesity properties involve a number of mechanisms, including suppression of lipid metabolism and absorption, impact on satiety, and prevention of adipocyte differentiation. Obesity is linked to type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and other metabolic syndromes. In this review various bioactive polysaccharides like chitin, chitosan, fucosylated chondroitin sulphate, chitooligosaccharides and glycosaminoglycans have been discussed for their anti-obesity effects through various pathways. Critical evaluation of observational studies and intervention trials on obesity, lipid hypertrophy, dyslipidemia, and type 2 diabetes was done with a primary focus on specific marine fauna polysaccharide as a source of seafood that is consumed all over the world. It has been observed that consumption of individual seafood constituents was effective in reducing obesity. Thus, marine derived novel bioactive polysaccharides have potential applications in food and pharmaceutical industries.
