        Single and 4 weeks oral administration of l-muscone, a major active ingredient of musk, to beagle dogs of both sexes were performed to investigate both acute and subacute toxicity. Beagle dogs(3 males and 3 females) in acute experiments were administered orally with single dosage of 2,000 ㎎/㎏ and groups of 9 male and 9 female beagle dogs in subacute experiments were given daily different dosage of l-muscone, 0.2㎎/㎏/day(low dosage group), 2 ㎎/㎏/day(middle dosage group), or 20 ㎎/㎏day(high dosage group) once a day for 4 weeks by oral route according to the Established Regulation of Korean Food and Drug Administration(1996.4.16). LD_50 value for beagle dogs was more than 2,000 ㎎/㎏ on oral route for both male and females. In animals administered with l-muscone, there were neither dead animals nor significant changes of body weights. In addition, no differences were found between control and treated groups in clinical signs, urinalysis, eye examination, hematology, serum chemistry, organ weight and other findings. No histolopathological lesions were observed in both control and treatment groups. Above data strongly suggest that l-muscone in beagle dogs is considered to be safe.

      • Simulation and Analysis for Error from Satellite Tracking Segment Anti-spoofing

        It is the first and most important step in the detection of satellite navigation deception attack. For the detection of the regenerative deception attack, a method based on carrier phase tracking spectrum analysis is proposed. The simulation experiment results show that this method can be used in the case that the false alarm probability is no more than 0.5%, and the detection probability is almost 100%. The method is not necessary for the transformation of the hardware, the signal processing module in the software receiver can be added to the corresponding processing module, and the detection of the deception attack can be realized.

        변부는 운문이고 순문학작품으로 묘사와 서정에만 쓰이는 작가의 서정의지의 문학형식이라 말할 수 있다. 변부는 사부로부터 발전해 온 것이다. 그래서 변문은 즉 일반적인 문장으로 그 주된 부분은 응용문이고, 작가가 사회적 교류를 하고 의견을 발표하는 중요한 수단이다. 변문은 고대산문에서 발전해 온 것이다. 그것들의 공통점은 둘 다 변우라는 수사수법을 사용하여 만들어졌다는 것이다. 하지만 그것들은 체제 구조와 행문 구식상 많은 다른 점이 존재한다. 변부는“주객의 대화를 서술하여 음악의 앞 머리을 이끄는 것(述客主以首引)”이 가능 하지만 변문은 사용하지 않는다. 변부의 결미는 여러 가지를 혼용해서 사용할 수 있지만(혹은 “頌”, “系”, “歌”, “重”, “訊”, “詩”등이라고 칭한다) 변문은 일반적으로 사용하지 않는다. 변부는 사육구 외에도 오칠언시구와 騷體句가 있을 수 있다. 변문은 일반적으로 사육구만 사용할 뿐 오칠언시구와 騷體句는 거의 사용하지 않는다. 따라서 변부와 변문은 두 가지의 완전히 다른 문체로, 그것들이 모두 변우 수사수법을 사용한다고 해서 동일한 유형의 문체로 바라보거나 함께 다루어서는 안된다.

        The anti deception technology of the capture section is put forward, which is based on the idea of three-dimensional space compression domain. In the first part, the acquisition range of the signal is strictly controlled and the difficulty of the attack is increased. Doppler frequency and code phase estimation error are the key factor to affect the performance of the technology. The smaller the estimation error is, the more accurate the position of the real signal can be accurately determined.

        The detector performance depends on the clock accuracy and the model, the clock parameters estimation error will lead to a decline in the performance of the detectors. Therefore, in order to reach the detector achieves a set of performance, it need to adjust the receiver of the crystal quality. In this paper, the method of detecting the clock states of the satellite navigation receiver is used to detect the receiver. The clock state model of the receiver is established in the static and motion mode, and the time variation of the clock state is analyzed.

        The Normality of Meromorphic Functions with Multiple Zeros and Poles Concerning Sharing Values

        In this paper we study the problem of normal families of meromorphic functions concerning shared values. Let F be a family of meromorphic functions in the plane domain $D{\subseteq}{\mathbb{C}}$ and n, k be two positive integers such that $n{\geq}k+1$, and let a, b be two finite complex constants such that $a{\neq}0$. Suppose that (1) $f+a(f^{(k)})^n$ and $g+a(g^{(k)})^n$ share b in D for every pair of functions f, $g{\in}F$; (2) All zeros of f have multiplicity at least k + 2 and all poles of f have multiplicity at least 2 for each $f{\in}F$ in D; (3) Zeros of $f^{(k)}(z)$ are not the b points of f(z) for each $f{\in}F$ in D. Then F is normal in D. And some examples are provided to show the result is sharp.

        Localization of QTLs for Husk Proportion and Lignin Content Using a High-Density Genetic Linkage Map of Brassica napus

        Husk proportion (HP) and lignin content (LC) are two important traits of seed quality of B. napus. Efficient selection of these two traits is an important way to improve the seed quality in meal improvement. A set of recombinant inbred lines (RILs) of B. napus (GH06 × Zhongyou 821) was used for mapping QTLs of HP and LC in a two-year study in different environments. 509 markers (78 SSR markers, 66 RAPD markers and 365 SRAP markers) were mapped on 26 linkage groups with an average length of 73.96 cM. The map covered a total of 1923 cM, and the average distance between two adjacent markers was 3.78 cM. Analysis of variance of LC and HP indicated that. LC might not be significantly affected by environment (F = 2.96 < 3.02) and HP might be affected by genotype × environment interactions. A total of 15 significant QTLs were detected in eight linkage groups with a LOD threshold value of 2.5 (LR ≥ 11.5) by CIM, explaining 4.99-16.14% of phenotype variation. Some QTLs of LC and HP were detected in near regions of the same linkage groups, such as qLCBB05-6-1 and qLCWZ06-6-1, qLCBB05-10-2 and qLCBB06-10-1 and qLCWZ06-10-2, qHPBB05-9-3 and qHPBB06-9-1, qHPBB05-10-4 and qHPBB06-10-2 and qHPBB06-10-3 and qHPWZ06-10-1. This study indicates that the repeatedly detected QTLs of LC and HP might be major-effect QTLs of LC and HP.

      • Passive Track and Location Method with TDOA for Moving Target

        Aiming at the problem of passive tracking of moving target, this paper establishes a mathematical model for the multi station time difference location and passive tracking of the moving radiation source and proposes a passive tracking algorithm based on extended Calman filter (Kalman Filter Extended, EKF). At first, the two order constant velocity motion model is established, the initial value and the initial co-variance of the Cal-man filter are used as the initial value and the initial co-variance of the system. The simulation results show that the extended Cal-man filter is used to achieve the real-time results of the time difference location. The positioning accuracy is greatly improved, and the target trajectory is more obvious. The tracking results can be approximate. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified by the engineering experiments.

      • Clinical Evaluation of Human Papillomavirus Detection by careHPV<sup>TM</sup> Test on Physician-Samples and Self-Samples using The Indicating FTA Elute® Card

        Objective: To make the clinical evaluation of a solid-state human papillomavirus (HPV) sampling medium in combination with an economical HPV testing method ($careHPV^{TM}$) for cervical cancer screening. Methods: 396 women aged 25-65 years were enrolled for cervical cancer screening, and four samples were collected. Two samples were collected by woman themselves, among which one was stored in DCM preservative solution (called "liquid sample") and the other was applied on the Whatman Indicating FTA $Elute^{(R)}$ card (FTA card). Another two samples were collected by physician and stored in DCM preservative solution and FTA card, respectively. All the samples were detected by $careHPV^{TM}$ test. All the women were administered a colposcopy examination, and biopsies were taken for pathological confirmation if necessary. Results: FTA card demonstrated a comparable sensitivity of detecting high grade Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia (CIN) with the liquid sample carrier for self and physician-sampling, but showed a higher specificity than that of liquid sample carrier for self-sampling (FTA vs Liquid: 79.0% vs 71.6%, p=0.02). Generally, the FTA card had a comparable accuracy with that of Liquid-based medium by different sampling operators, with an area under the curve of 0.807 for physician &FTA, 0.781 for physician &Liquid, 0.728 for self & FTA, and 0.733 for self &Liquid (p>0.05). Conclusions: FTA card is a promising sample carrier for cervical cancer screening. With appropriate education programmes and further optimization of the experimental workflow, FTA card based self-collection in combination with centralized $careHPV^{TM}$ testing can help expand the coverage of cervical cancer screening in low-resource areas.
