        연구 논문 : 전기화학적 마이크로머시닝 기술을 이용한 균일한 니오븀 표면 에칭 연구

        본 연구에서는 micro-contact printing을 통하여 니오븀 호일 표면 위에 균일한 에칭 pits를 형성하였다. 균일한 보호층을 형성하고자 전해연마의 효과를 확인하였으며, 기존의 O2 플라즈마 공정 없이 손쉽게 균일한 에칭 pits를 형성시킬 수 있는 조건을 확인하였다. 메탄올 혼합 전해질을 사용하여 10 min 동안 에칭을 진행한 결과 니오븀 호일 표면 위에 지름과 간격이 각각 10 μm와 5 μm로 잘 정렬된 에칭 pits를 관찰하였다. We describe the preparation of highly-ordered etching pits on the Nb foil through a micromachining. The effects of electro-chemical polishing on the formation of uniformly-patterned protective epoxy layer was investigated. Unlike the previous proc-ess using O2 plasma, well-ordered etched pits were prepared without any dry processes. As a result, the Nb foil with the well-ordered pits of 10 μm × 5 μm could be obtained by electrochemical etching in methanolic electrolytes for 10 min.

In order for the effective action of the VE, this study examine the process model by the Check list method. In order to broader application, it is possible through the check list items. Not only is the selection of the quality models by check list, it also induces effective VE target.

        Multiloop Edgewise Arch Wire의 역학적 해석에 관한 연구

        This study was designed to survey the stress distributions and deflections which were derived from MEAW by the computer-aided three dimensional finite element analysis of teeth and surrounding bone composed of 2839 solid elements and 4621 nodes. MEAW model was also made using the 90 beam elements and the results were expressed by quantitative and visible ways. The findings of this study were as follows: 1.In case of vertical load on the MEAW there were extrusions of anterior teeth and upright effects of the posterior teeth. 2.Without applying the vertical elastics on the MEAW there were intrusions of anterior teeth, but relatively mild force was transmitted to the posterior teeth area. Torque forces were observed on the incisors and molars, and canine was intruded without torque. 3.The magnitudes of forces were different by the amounts of tip back bends of MEAW. 4.The displacements were in inverse proportion to the cross section areas of the wires according to the experiment using the 5 different size arch wires. 5.The difference of deflections between the MEAW and plain arch wire was not so big as the theoretical one but the deflections of MEAW were much more than the plain arch wire in every X, Y, Z direction.

        In this study, it propose a method that use a importance and satisfaction degree concept to select effective objects during many influence elements to have a success in design VE. It is characteristic of a directly proportion in importance degree and a inverse proportion in satisfaction degree to VE objects. And, it analyze spatial unit because it is unchangeable elements to apply what kind of projects. This proposal easily grasp a user's demands, so it accomplish a successful VE. In the case of a community dwelling house, it can be divide by a outer space, a public space and a private space. The calculated index from this spatial elements, make investigated objects and quality models. In this regard, the outer space seems a high degrees at parking lots, space between buildings and private space seems a kitchen, dinning, bathroom. By a flexible VE, the excessive space in public area convert into private. In this regard, it can be expect an effective VE for construction projects.

        This thesis is an analysis and summary of the on the relationships of the traffic volume and utilization ration in highway resting places. The f relationships of the traffic volume and utilization ration in highway resting places of this paper can be summarized as follows using function. In order for the effective design for the highway resting places, the design must make a suitable size, location and kind. So, this thesis is provided the he relationships of the traffic volume and utilization ration in highway resting places. But, there are no relations each other. Generally, during the traffic volume is closely connected with the utilization ration. And we can estimate the resting places are also is closely connected with the distance of the other resting places, but there are low influence. In addition, various studies are needed for systematic design of the highway resting places

      • 설계VE 및 EVMS 도입에 관한 해외사례 연구 : 미국 연방도로청 및 일본 건설성을 중심으로 FHWA in the U.S. and the Ministry of Construction in Japan

        Design VT(Value Engineering), which saves LCC(life cycle costs)and enhances function and EVMS(Earned Value Management System), that manages earned value in an integrated form need to be firmly established in order to enhance effiency. In this regard, this paper thoroughly analyzed the basic concepts og Design VE and EYMS and the case studies of its application in the U.S. and Japan. In order to legally establish CVS, official certification process should be adopted. There should also be an institutionalized standard in certifying VE companies. Mandatory check period in design VE, incentives for checking, practical VE educations is also needed. EVMS is the main factor in assessing the achievements of the project induding the work process and cost information management. In Korea, EVM is applied to lump sum contract system, making it difficult to acquire reliable information on real cost. Therefore, EVM should be applied to both cost plus fee system and lumps sum contract system.

The external appearance of a building acts as the billboard of an enterprise or firm for the external appearance heavily influence its first impression. And the well known detached type in high-rise office buildings are have a variety. In this reason, this study examined the detached type in high-rise office buildings analysed their forms of mass, of the main entrance, of the facade patterns and the elements.

        In electrical impedance tomography (EIT). the resistivity(impedance) distribution of the unknown object is estimated from boundary voltages induced by different current patterns with various reconstruction algorithms. In this paper. we propose a dynamic EIT reconstruction algorithm based on the extended Kalman filter(EKF). The reconstruction problem is formulated as dynamic equation which consists of the state equation and the observation equation and the unknown state is estimated recursively with the aid of the EKF. Computer simulations for the 16-channel synthetic data are provided to illustrate the reconstruction performance of the proposed algorithm.

        급성 유기인제 중독환자의 혈청 Cholinesterase 활성도와 임상적인 의의에 관하여

        To study the pseudocholinesterase acticity and its clinical significance in patients with acute organophosphate poisoning, Authors checked the serum cholinesterase activity in 49 normal subjects and 31 acute organophosphate poisoned patients. The results were followings. 1. The mean pseudocholinesterase activity f normal subjects was 1271 IU/L in male and 1131 IU/L in female. The total mean cholinesterase activity was 1209/ IU/L. 2. The pseudocholinesterase activity of patients were significantly reduced compare to normal. 22 patients(73%) were below 10% of normal, 6 patients(20%) were between 10-20% of normal and only 2 patients (7%) were between 20-50% of normal. 3. As a whole there was more depressed cholinesterase activity in patients with comatous and drowsy mentality, but there was no statistically significant difference between three groups. 4. The pseudocholinesterase activity in patients with respiratory failure was more depressed than without respiratory failure, but there was no statistically significant difference between three groups. 4. The pseudocholinesterase activity in patients with respiratory failure was more depressed than without respiratory failure, but there was no statistically significant difference presented. 5. The mean arterial blood gas checked on arrival was pH 7.386, PaO?? 66mmHg, PaCO?? 38mmHg 02 Saturation 91%. There was noted no statistically significant correlation between pseudocholinesterase activity and these parameters. 6. The pseudocholinesterase activity on the 1st day of admission was 5.7% of normal and progressively increased during admission. On the 14th day of admission, the pseudocholinesterase activity was 35.5% of normal and it takes 20 days to reach 50% of normal. Authors concluded that serum cholinesterase activity of acute organonphosporus poisoned patients were markedly depressed and progressively increased during admission. As a whole the pseudocholine-sterase activity seemed to be related to the clinical findings but no statistically significant difference was found.

      • RF 마그네트론 스퍼터링 방법에 의한 (Ba, Sr)TiO₃박막의 특성

        A sputtering target(BaxSr1-xTiO3) is obtained by changing the mol% of Ba and Sr. Pt is evaporated on the SiO2/Si substrate as a bottom electrode, and subsequently the BaxSr1-xTiO3 thin film is sputtered. Or, for obtaining the MIS structure Pt is not used, and directly thin film is sputtered on the Si substrate. Then, the capacitor structures(MIM, MIS) have been obtained by evaporating Al as a top electrode after post-annealing. Our results show that produced thin firm is found to have Perovskite structure according to the XRD measurement and shows better crystal growing phenomena on SiO2/Si substrate than those on Si substrate. And, the existence of polarization is recognized by the hysteresis loop. The capacitor(MIM) structure of BaxSr1-xTiO3 thin film shows that the dielectric constant is increased as the mol% of Ba and the post-annealing temperature increase. MIS structure shows a increase of capacitance with increasing the mol% of Ba.
