        이차구순열 결손의 치료

        Despite the current accomplishments with the repair of cleft lips, the surgical management of the nasal deformity remains a functional and aesthetic dilemma for patients, their families, and reconstructive surgeons. Recent improvements in the understanding and technical execution of te primary cleft lip repair have significantly reduced secondary sequelae and the consequent need for secondary surgical correction. But, secondary surgical corrections are necessary according to numerous factors. Such factors include the secondary surgical corrections are necessary according to numerous factors. Such factors include the severity of the initial deformity, the surgical plan, precision of execution of the primary repair, and success of the postoperative management. We preformed the secondary correction of cleft lip and palate in 11 patients via various methods. In conclusion, primary repair of cleft lip and palate patients is the most important to prevent the secondary deformities, and most of cleft lip and palate with secondary deformities must be treated with combined cheiloplasty and rhinoplasty.

      • Comb 형 전극구조를 갖는 AC 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널의 전기, 광학적 특성

        The electrical and optical characteristics of comb type AC-PDP fabricated by the screen printing method were measured. The charge-voltage (Q-V), capacitance-voltage(C-V) and current-voltage (I-V) characteristics were also measured. The Q-V curve showed the firing voltage and transferred conduction charges and wall charges. The capacitance charge due to the charge of applied voltage was also observed from the C-V curve and it was shown that the air gap could not be considered 100% shorted during the discharge. It can be concluded that the increase of the discharge space by the comb type electrode structure reduces the firing voltage and the internal physical characteristics of the AC PDP cell can be understood by measuring various electrical characteristics.

        In 2002, the standard for multifamily housing with bearing wall system and that with Steel & Rahmen Structure system are unified and amended as the Preparation Standard of Housing Design-drawing Therefore, the relative alterations of KS(Korean Industrial Standard) are systematically performed on the annual basis, and the consequent changes of construction standards are suggested by various studies The related model projects are also realized Unquestionably, these projects for standardization are accomplished on the MC(Modular Coordination) principle Nevertheless, the national standardization criteria for Industrialized Housing, which can visualize the effectiveness of standardization, component system, and prefabrication, are rarely achieved The standardization criteria should be organically interconnected with current domestic Open System m composition and content Furthermore, regarded as a social agreement, the construction of standardization criteria should be precedent to the settlement of related technology resulted from industrialization In this study, the standard would be suggested m overall interconnections of the design standard for industrialized housing and the contemporary preparation standard of design drawings limited by domestic Building Code and Housing Law Consequently, in the future development stage of Korean Industrialized Housing, the foundations of the Open System for construction industry and the standardization system of Korean industrialized housing could be acquired by the resulted standardization criteria

        공동주택 주호 내부구성재의 내용연한 및 수선주기 설정연구

        In case of an apartment house, the application of LC(Life Circle) design that considers remodeling and reconstruction when the a house reaches a certain time after its erection needs to be reviewed for longevity from time series life perspectives that set up a period of durability for components and maintains and improves their performances through systematic replacement and repair. Apartment houses are constructed with parts of different sizes and life. It is important to manufacture materials and components with high durability. However, more importantly, well-thought-out and systematic plans are needed between parts with a space module and a life module and construction space. Hence, this research sought to investigation of the expected service life of parts or members according to repair or replacement cycles with social and functional aspects, considering the establishment of housing parts hierarchy through the analysis of expected service life. Consequently, the establishment of the repair cycle and estimation of the service life of housing parts have the remodeling in place in the frontline construction business and cut cost on remodeling, thus activating remodeling.

        리모델링을 위한 공동주택 조립기준면의 영역성 및 위계성 설계방안에 관한 연구

        Twenty years following their erection, the reconstruction of RC-structured apartment houses in Korea is under discussion. The life span of those houses in Korea is significantly shorter than those in other countries. For example, the average life span of similar buildings in Britain is 141 years, in France 86 years, in Germany 79 and in Japan 30 years. Repair or extensions are made for the followings reasons when there is room for a floor area ratio: economic and social reasons, life style matters, the appropriateness of the area, and limitations of functional durability. As mentioned above, the functional life is as important as the physical life. In particular, unlike other components, the life span of structure is exceptionally long and they do not age rapidly. For this reason, it is important to develop a method to maintain the components of rooms in the house in a systematical manner, serving the ultimate goal - elongating the functional life. As part of environmental-preserving policies, this study attempts to present the basic information crucial for the implementation of long-life houses by seeking MC and LC design application methods to extend the functional life of the components of the room in the apartment houses which is easy for remodeling and also to adopt zonning and hierarchy.

        The functional life is as important as the physical life. In particular, unlike other components, the life span of structures is exceptionally long and they do not age rapidly. For this reason, it is important to develop a method to maintain the components of rooms in the house in a systematical manner, serving ultimate goal - elongating the functional life. Apartment houses are constructed with parts of different sizes and life. It is important to manufacture materials and components with high durability. However, more importantly, well-thought-out and systematic plans are needed between parts with a space module and a life module and construction space. The main objects of this survey are actual status of repairing and replacing for remodeling housing components to apply MC and LC design of apartment houses that allow easy remodeling as art of environment- preserving policies.

        일차 양측성 구순열의 일단계 재건에 대한 증례보고

        Bilateral cleft lip reconstruction can be performed in one-or two-stages. The choice depends on the surgeon's proficiency and experience. However the type and severity of the cleft must be considered. Complete or incomplete symmetric, bilateral clefts in which the premaxilla is within the alveolar arch or slightly protruded can be successfully treated with simultaneous lip reconstruction on both sides. There are some advantages that one-stage lip reconstruction facilitates creation of a symmetric and balanced lip, retraction of protruding premaxilla and the parent's psychologic satisfaction. However, there are some disadvantages such as micrognathia of the upper jaw by severe scar formation and poor adaptation of flap margins by severe tension. The surgeon must be able to judge and exploit the advantages offered by one-stage approach. We present the case report of one-stage reconstruction of primary bilateral cleft lip with literature reviews.

        철골조 유닛하우스의 오픈시스템을 위한 설계기준 설정연구

        Precast Concrete apartments were main stream of domestic industrialized housing around 90's , and Steel Houses applying Steel Stud technique with light weighted steel have been dominant portion since 1995. On the other hand, various building techniques including Steel Stud method and highly prefabricated and industrialized Unit method are prevailing in developed countries like Japan. Steel Stud and Unit Box have their own merits and demerits, but the more crucial aspect is that the constant design standard should be applied in each design procedure. It entails the necessity of industrial housing development on the Open System basis. In this study, the design standard for Unit house will be established coping with the established preparing standard for design specifications defined by Architectural Law and Promotion Law of Housing Construction. That is for design standard of industrialized private housing on the Open System basis.

        공동주택의 수명연장을 위한 시공간(時空間) 모듈설계시스템 적용 방안 연구

        To cope with the unavoidable processes like the functional obsoleteness and the deterioration of building facilities or components, more over, to improve and maintain the building function and capability, the overall maintenance system is required. Especially, buildings are composed of components with different dimensions and life spans. So, the Space-Time module design system is demanded along with enhancing the durability of building materials to satisfy certain replacement intervals and to maintain the constant space module of components. In this study, the design methods are suggested to support, so called, the gradational Total Maintenance System, in which the periodical exchanges and the repairs of components are applied through the overall Life-Cycle for multi-family housing from usual maintenance activities to the entire remodeling of buildings. These consequences are acquired by applying the Time-Space module in the initial design procedure of multi-family housing.

        This work was conducted to study the distribution of velocity field in the inlet region of evaporator for automobile HVAC(Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning). By experimental and numerical simulation method, we found out that the installation position of evaporator in cool air blowing system had optimal value. Also, the porous media assumption of evaporator in computational domain assured to valid when compared with experimental results. Finally, the diffusing scroll which proved to be very efficient and silent by experimentally.
