        The purpose of this study is to investigate nutritional state and dietary behaviors in basketball athletes. Subject of this study was one hundred people of 23 female high school attending 1-2 grade. The measurement variable to investigate a nutritional state and dietary behaviors was main eating patterns, dietary behaviors, food intake and supplements. The result of analysis is as follows. 1. The difference of nutritional state as each grade was not a statistically difference among supplements and dinner, but there was a statistically difference among breakfast and lunch between groups. 2. Difference of intake lists was that one-grade were higher than two-grade intake from food, but two- grade were higher than one-grade in dairy product and fruit for additional taking nutrition. 3. The weight of intake food was that two-grade was statistically higher than one-grade in every lists. 4. The result of nutritive conditions each grade was that one-grade was statistically higher than one-grade. 5. The ingestion existence and nonexistence related to intake supplements of exercise nutrition was that two-grade was statistically higher than one-grade, intake frequency as well. Both one and two-grade response fatigue recovery and improving muscle in purpose of intake nutrition. and intake admonition was parents in two groups. above results from the study. We know nutrition intake frequency expect food is high as much as physical activity volume. we know high-nutrition intake is getting increase, as growing experience of exercise in case of one-grade.

      • 수종의 cytokine이 배양중인 조골세포에 미치는 영향

        Evidence indicates that cytokines are involved in the initiation and progression of chronic inflammatory diseases. Recent evidence demonstrates major roles of growth factors and cytokines as mediators for bone growth and remodeling. Bone remodeling is a local phenomenon which occurs in discrete packets throughout the skeleton. The cellular events which comprise the remodeling sequence are controlled by cytokines which are generated in the microenvironment of the bone resorbing area. These cytokines are derived from marrow mononuclear cells or from bone cells themselves, or they are incorporated into the bone matrix and released in biologically active form as bone resorb. But evidence is accumulating that some of these cytokines play an important role not just in physiological bone remodeling, but also in common diseases of bone remodeling such as osteoporosis, osteopetrosis, Paget's diseases and malignant diseases which involve bone and chronic inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and periodontal diseases. Also, these cytokines are derived from bone cells themselves, these receptors are present in bone cells. Therefore, this experiment developed a culture of osteoblastic cells from embryonic chicken calvaria to examine the possible role of some cytokine in osteoblast function. This experiment was performed 1) to examine the effect of cytokines on the acid phosphatase activity of chicken osteoblast and 2) to examine the effect of cytokines on the alkaline phosphatase activity of chicken osteoblast and 3) to study the effect of cytokines on the bone nodule formation of chicken osteoblast in long-term cultures. The observed results were as follows. 1. Cytokines and cytokine combination stimulate the release of acid phosphatase into cultured medium in cultures of chicken osteoblast. 2. Cytokines and cytokine combination increase the activity of acid phosphatase of cell extract in cultures of chicken osteoblast. 3. Cytokines and cytokine combination decrease the activity of alkaline phosphatase of cell extract in cultures of chicken osteoblast. 4. Less bone nodules were formed by cytokines than in control group.

        상아질의 경도, 위치 및 잔존 상아질 후경이 상아질에 대한 부위별 미세 전단결합강도에 미치는 영향 : EFFECTS OF DENTINAL HARDNESS, POSITION, AND REMAINING DENTIN THICKNESS

        The aim of this study was to measure the regional mictr-shear bond strength of dentin bonding sgents to dentin, and to investigate the relationship between the micro-shear bond strength and two dentinal characteristics ; Vickers hardness and remaining dentin thickness. Twenty-four freshly extracted, noncarious human molars were selected for this study. The materials tested in this study consisted of two commercially available dentin bonding agents(MAC-BOND, ONE-STEP) and two restorative light-cured composite resins (AELITEFIL, Z100). The occlusal of side surface of tooth crown was sectioned to expose dentin, and the exposed surface was finally polished with # 600 sandpaper, Four groups of application methods were used combining the filling materials and the dentin bonding agents. The composite resin-attached tooth specimens were embeded in a cold cure acrylic resin. and were obtained from each tooth. The cut spectimens were divided into three groups depending on the position of the dentin bonding wurface. The micro-shear bond strength. remaining dentin thickness, and dentinal hardness were measured. Experimental results were then statestically analyzed with ANOVA, t-test, Scheffe test. and regression analysis. From this experiment, the following results were obtained : 1. In the case of occlusal surface bonding, the pooled micro-shear bond strength of ONSTAELIT group (16.62 MPa) was singificantly higher than that of MACB-AELIT group (9.91 MPa) (p<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the mictr-shear bond strength depending on the centin positon (p>0.05). 2. In the case of side surface bonding of crown, the pooled micro-shear bond strength of four different bonding groups was not significantly different among each other (p>0.05). However, in three of the test groups (ONST-AELIT, MACB-Z100, ONST-Z100), the micro-sheer bond strength to the lower 1/3(Ⅲ) position was sugnuficantly lower than that to middle 1/3(Ⅱ) position of surface (p<0.05). 3. In the ONST-AELIT bonding group, the pooled micro-shear bond strength to the occlusal surface was significantly lower than that to the side surface of crown (p<0.05). 4. There was no significant correlation between the micro-shear bond strength and dentin hardness / remaining dentin thickness (p>0.05).

      • 상호작용 시각 정보 추출을 위한 프레임 지식의 이용

        본 논문에서는 핸드제스쳐 인식시스템의 성능향상을 위하여 상요자로부터의 학습정보를 얻기 위해 시스템의 일정 계획에 의한 훈련 자료의 획득과 획득된 자료로부터 제스쳐 인식 파라미터를 학습하는 학습시스템의 구조를 소개한다. 학습시스템은 사용자에게 임의의 동작을 지시하는 모델을 제시한 후, 카메라를 통해 사용자의 반응을 입력 받는 가이더, 입력된 영상을 분석하여 정확한 훈련 자료를 획득하는 해석모듈과 훈련 자료로부터 분할 요소를 학습하는 학습모듈로 구성된다. 시스템은 정확한 훈련 자료를 획득하기 위해서 해석모듈내에 계획유도프레임, 상황프레임, 해석프레임 등의 프레임 지식표현 방법을 이용한다. In this paper, we describe a learning system to acquire training data by system's plan and to learn parameters of hand-gesture recognition from them. The system consists of a guider, which provides some actions to user and captures his(or her) responds through camera, an interpreter module, which acquires exact training data, a learning module, which learns segment components from acquired data. It uses a method of frame knowledge representation to extract correct training data. It includes PlanDriver, Situation, and Interperter frame in the interpreter module.

      • 칼만필터를 이용한 적응적 손영역 획득 시스템

        We extract hand region by using color information, because it is an important feature for human vision to distinguish objects. Because pixel values in images are changed according to the luminance and lighting source, it is difficult to extract hand region exactly without previous knowledge. We generate a hand skin model at leaning stage, and extract hand region from images by using the model. We also use Kalman filter to consider the change of pixel values in hand skin model. Kalman filter restricts the search area for extracting hand region at next frame also.
