주동엽,김영빈,정동혁,이중철 圓光大學校 附設 體力科學硏究所 2007 體力科學硏究 Vol.29 No.-
In order to compare and analyze major techniques employed by the college judo competitors of Korea who participated in the 43rd National Male and Female Judo Championships by Weight Class, the players in the light, middle and heavy weight classes were classified into 3 categories: (1) those who are taller than opponents(by +4 cm or more); (2) as tall as opponents(-3~+3 cm); and (3) smaller than opponents(by -4 cm or less). Scoring points and used techniques were examined from videotapes and matching records, which resulted in the following conclusions: 1. In case of light weight players who are taller than opponents, foot(34.73%) was used most frequently and effectively, followed significantly by hand(28.54%), pressing(15.35%), waist(15.31%) and pull-down(4.25%) sacrifice throw techniques(1.66%) in order(p<0.00l). Those who are as tall as opponents used foot techniques(34.88%) more effectively than hand although hand techniques(38.38%) were employed more frequently. For those who are smaller than opponents, hand techniques(35.03%) were used most frequently and effectively, followed significantly by foot(32.57%), waist(8.39%), pressing(16.12%) and pull-down sacrifice throw techniques(7.8%) sequence(p<.001). 2. In case of middle weight players who are taller than or as tall as opponents, foot(30.72%) was used most frequently and effectively, followed significantly by hand(35.42%), pressing(21.32%), waist(8.15%) pull-down sacrifice throw(0.42%) and cross lock(l.06%) in order(p<0.001). However, for those who are smaller than opponents, hand techniques were used more frequently and effectively than pressing, waist and cross lock

( Dong Yeup Lee ),( Jong Heon Baek ),( Dong Joo Kim ),( Soo Kyung Lee ),( Myoung Shin Kim ),( Un Ha Lee ),( Jeong Hee Hahm ) 대한피부과학회 2014 대한피부과학회 학술발표대회집 Vol.66 No.2
Background: Characterization of facial actinic keratosis via dermoscopy is valuable in guiding the dermatologist in thedifferential diagnosis of facial skin lesions. Dermoscopic evaluation of actinic keratosis has not yet been reported in Korean literature. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the dermoscopic features of facial actinic keratosis in Koreans. Methods: We examined 60 patients with facial actinic keratosis using dermoscopy. We determined the frequency of specific features revealed by dermoscopy and compared our results with those of other published studies. Results: A total of 67 facial actinic keratoses were observed in 60 patients. The common features of non-pigmented actinic keratoses revealed by dermoscopy were a red pseudo-network(66%), white-to-yellow surface scales(48.9%), linear wavy vessels(38.3%), and targetoid hair follicles(42.6%). The common features of pigmented actinic keratoses were slate-grey dots(55%) and globules(30%), annular-granular pattern(35%), a brown-to-gray pseudo-network(40%), and targetoid hair follicles(30%). The frequency of specific features revealed by dermoscopy across the analyzed patient population was not significantly different from that reported in other studies, except for rhomboidal structures(5%), which was lower in Koreans than in other populations(35.8%, p<0.05). Conclusion: Dermoscopy revealed specific features of facial actinic keratosis that can be utilized to evaluate and diagnose facial skin lesions.
A study on the efficiency optimum design of a permanent magnet type linear synchronous motor
Lee, Dong-Yeup,Jung, Chun-Gil,Yoon, Kang-Jun,Kim, Gyu-Tak IEEE 2005 IEEE transactions on magnetics Vol.41 No.5
In this paper, for the characteristic analysis of permanent magnet linear synchronous motor, voltage source finite element analysis, i.e., the combination of a finite element method and circuit equation is applied. A neural network is applied for the minimization of thrust ripple and the optimization of efficiency. Efficiency is increased 2% and thrust ripple ratio is decreased from 1.2% to 0.93%. So, a satisfactory design improving the control ability and efficiency is achieved conclusively.
P065 : Topical tretinoin treatment for confluent and reticulated papillomatosis
( Dong Joo Kim ),( Jong Heon Baek ),( Dong Yeup Lee ),( Soo Kyung Lee ),( Myoungshin Kim ),( Un Ha Lee ),( Jeong Hee Hahm ) 대한피부과학회 2014 대한피부과학회 학술발표대회집 Vol.66 No.2
Background: Confluent and reticulated papillomatosis(CRP) is a rare cutaneous disorder characterized by persistent, scaling brown papules, patches, and plaques located on the trunk, neck, axillae, and shoulders. Many different treatments with variable success have been attempted. There were a few case reports of CRP responding to topical retinoid, but no clinical studies on the efficacy of the topical retinoid treatment for CRP have been reported. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the topical tretinoin treatment for CRP. Methods: A retrospective study was performed based on the medical records and clinical photographs of the patients with CRP treated with 0.025% tretinoin cream. Results: Nine patients were enrolled in the study. The mean age of the patients was 17.4(11~34) years and the mean age at onset of CRP was 15.1(3~33) years. The duration of disease varied from 1 month to 7 years. Six of the nine patients showed complete remission and CRP lesions improved markedly after averagely 6.2 weeks from the beginning of the topical tretinoin treatment. The treatment response was better in the patients without itch than in the patient with itch(p=0.048). Adverse effects were detected in 3 patients and were mild irritation to the topical tretinoin. Conclusion: We think topical 0.025% tretinoin treatment is an effective and safe treatment modality for CRP and this treatment can be an alternative or additional modality to systemic treatment.
Compact Design of a Slotless Type PMLSM Using Genetic Algorithm with 3D Space Harmonic Method
Lee Dong-Yeup,Kim Gyu-Tak The Korean Institute of Electrical Engineers 2005 KIEE International Transactions on Electrical Mach Vol.b5 No.3
In this paper, in order to enhance thrust of slotless type Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor, an optimal design is achieved by combining a genetic algorithm with 3D space harmonic method. In the case of multi-objective functions, the ratio of thrust/weight and thrust/volume are increased by $\7.56[%]l\;and\;7.98\[%]$, respectively. Thus, miniaturization and lightweight were realized at the same time.

( Dong Joo Kim ),( Dong Yeup Lee ),( Soo Kyung Lee ),( Myoung Shin Kim ),( Un Ha Lee ) 대한피부과학회 2015 대한피부과학회 학술발표대회집 Vol.67 No.2
Background: The need for dermatological consultations of the hospitalized patients has increased gradually and there are a number of dermatoses caused by the underlying psychological conditions. However, the data regarding the analyses of consultations for the psychiatric inpatients are limited. Objectives: To analyze the demographics and the type of dermatoses among the inpatients with primary psychiatric diseases. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed 581 cases of consultations from inpatients referred by the department of psychiatry between January 1, 2009 and December 31, 2014. Results: The proportion of the consulted patients from the department of psychiatry were 25.9% (331/1279). Themost common age group was the 5th decade (19.3%) and the male to female ratio was 1:1.14. According to the fourth edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-IV), the most common underlying psychiatric disorder was Mood disorders (41.0%), followed by the Schizophrenia and Other psychotic disorders(25.0%) and Substance-related disorders(12.1%). The most frequent skin disorders were Eczematousdermatoses(34.6%) and Infectious dermatoses(32.2%), and Dermatomycosis(20.8%) was especially common. Conclusion: This study showed the dermatologic characteristics of the psychiatric inpatients. We concluded that the dermatologists and psychiatrists need to be concerned about the education and continuous management about various skin diseases of the psychiatric patients.
