        By comparing and analyzing the measurement of physical figure, body fat, and muscular development and function in order to examine the relationship between the physical development of players, especially each part of body, and the function of muscular strength, this study reaches the conclusion as follows; 1) As for the physical figure (height, weight, sitting height), basketball team and Korean wrestling (Sirum) team show the high point compared with other teams, and as for the brachium and the thigh, Sirum team, Rugby football team, and skating team show the high point compared with other teams. 2) As for the physical figure index (Chest, Rohler), Sirum team and skating team show the high point compared with other teams. 3) As for the body fat, Sirum team shows the high point, and as for the active organizing quantity, Sirum team and skating team show the high point compared with other teams. 4) As for the muscular development, Sirum team and skating team show the high point. 5) As for the muscular function, Sirum team and skating team show the hight point compared with other teams. 6) The muscular development show the high point among the physical figure, the muscular development and the muscular function. When the physical figure divided into the physical figure index and the physique, it is arranged in order of physical figure index, the physique.

      • 노면표시 제거 자동화 장비개발을 위한 작업공정분석

        Present removal work for road signs has been required many workers and times because it has been worked by a manually controlled shaving equipment. While these manual works are progressing, there are unwillingly traffic jam by passing control, and unexpected accidents to all workers exposed dangerous road circumstance. Besides, in current shaving method, there are high potentialities on air pollution as well as explosive accidents occurred by using propane gas. However there have been little efforts to improve technical impediments and to develop a new method or equipment related to the road sign erasing works in domestic construction industry. The purpose of this study is to investigate the road sign erasing work processes of the existing in detail and to analyze the required performance criteria for the automated equipment development.

        Development of a Musculoskeletal Load Measuring Device for Construction Workers Based on Accelerometers and Gyro Sensors

        The characteristics of construction work cause excessive strain on specific body parts of the construction craft workers. However, there are few tools to mane an accurate measurement of the load on the musculoskeletal system, and the musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) experienced by the workers have not been properly understood. So, there is an urgent need for development of a tool to measure the load on the musculoskeletal system. Therefore, this research aims to develop a musculoskeletal load measuring device for construction workers. In order to eliminate the noise and errors, an accelerometer, gyro sensors and the Kalman Filter are used in the device developed in this research.

        Development and Verification of Technical Criteria for a U-Bridge

        With the recent acceleration in the adoption of IT in industries, converged Construction-IT has been drawing attention as a new market driver in the IT fusion industry. Despite the simultaneous implementation of U-Cities all over Korea in a manner suiting each city's own attributes, Technical Criteria to build an optimized IT-infrastructure have not yet been prepared. To solve this problem, a standard for U-City construction should be prepared. This research, therefore, draw sample contents in order to establish and verify the criteria for U-City construction. The findings are expected to be meaningful, in that they would serve as significant data for establishing the criteria for future U-City construction.

        저소음·분진회수형 도로절단기의 친환경성 평가

        최근에 상하수관로, 지역난방 열공급관로 등의 유지보수가 증가하면서, 도로절단기에 의한 도로절단 작업도 급증하고 있다. 이러한 도로절단 작업은 소음과 함께 분진(절단슬러지)을 많이 발생시키므로, 저소음, 분진회수 등 친환경적인 기술이 적용될 필요가 있다. 기존에 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 분진을 회수하는 장비가 개발된 사례가 있으나, 친환경성이 정량화되지 않았다는 한계가 있었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 소음 및 분진과 같은 환경위해요인의 발생원인을 근본적으로 제거할 수 있는 저소음·분진 회수형 도로절단기를 개발하고, 이 절단기로 수행하는 도로절단작업 과정에 대한 친환경성을 평가하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 진공장치와 슬러지흡입부로 구성된 수냉-슬러지회수 통합시스템을 개발하고, 개발된 시스템을 도로절단기에 적용하였다. 그리고 개발된 장비를 테스트 베드에 적용하고, 친환경성 관련 데이터를 수집하여, 친환경성을 평가하였다. 평가 결과, 개발된 장비의 절단슬러지 회수율은 83% 이상이었으며, 소음도는 82~83 dB, 음향파워레벨은 115 dB 수준이었다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 도로절단기를 개선하는 과정에서 절단슬러지 회수성능과 저소음 성능을 향상시키는 데에 기초자료로 활용될 예정이다. With the recent increase in maintenance works on water and sewer pipes as well as district heating supply pipes, pavement cutting work using pavement cutter is on the rise. The pavement cutting operation generates considerable dust (cutting sludge) as well as noise; therefore, it is necessary to apply eco-friendly technologies that have low noise and dust recovery capability. Thus far, various equipment for recovering dust have been developed; however, there is a limitation in that the environmental friendliness is not quantified. Therefore, in this study, we developed a low-noise, dust-recovery type pavement cutter that can fundamentally remove the causes of environmental hazards such as noise and dust and evaluated the eco-friendliness of the pavement cutting process performed by this cutter. To this end, an integrated water cooling-sludge recovery system composed of a vacuum device and a sludge suction unit was developed, and the developed system was applied to a pavement cutter. Subsequently, the developed equipment was applied to the test bed, and data related to its eco-friendliness were collected and evaluated. The results showed that the cutting sludge recovery rate of the developed equipment was greater than 83%, the noise level was approximately 82 – 83 dB, and the sound power level was 115 dB. The results of this study will be used as basic data to develop improved pavement cutters in the future with improved cutting sludge recovery performance and lower noise.

        저소음·분진회수형 도로포장절단기 개발

        본 연구에서는 도로 포장 절단작업에서 유발되는 소음과 절단슬러지 등의 환경오염을 예방하고자, 저소음·분진회수형 도로절단기를 개발하였다. 이를 위하여 진공 팬, 진공 탱크, 슬러지 펌프 등의 절단슬러지 회수시스템을 위한 주요 구성품을 도출하고, 각각의 구성품을 설계·제작하였다. 그리고 도로절단기와 슬러지 회수 시스템을 통합하고, 통합된 저소음·분진회수형 도로절단기를 테스트 베드에 적용하였다. 적용 결과, 개발된 장비로 절단 깊이 150㎜~300㎜를 절단하는 데에 큰 무리가 없었다. 또한 절단 깊이 150㎜로 안정적으로 절단 작업할 때, 절단 길이 1m 당 약 25초에서 35초가 소요되어 생산성도 기존장비와 유사할 것으로 예상되었다. 그리고 육안 검사 결과, 대부분의 슬러지가 잘 회수되어 잔존슬러지가 거의 없었고, Ø4mm 이상 입도의 돌가루는 진공 탱크에서 잘 분리되었다. 다만 개발된 장치는 프로토타입으로 안정성이 다소 낮다는 한계가 있었다. 따라서 향후에 튜닝 등을 통해 안정성이 향상되어야 한다. 또한 기존 저소음 도로절단기 등과 절단 성능 등 정량적인 성능 비교 분석도 이루어져야 할 것으로 생각된다. This study developed a low-noise and dust recovering pavement cutter to prevent environmental pollution such as cutting noise and sludge. Various components such as a vacuum fan, a vacuum tank, and a sludge pump for recovering cutting sludge were derived, designed, and manufactured towards developing the proposed pavement cutter. Following the design and development, the cutter and the sludge recovery system were integrated, and this assembly was applied to the test bed for further tests. The test results suggest that there was no difficulty in cutting a depth of 150 mm to 300 mm with the new pavement cutter. In addition, while working stably and cutting a depth of 150 mm, the new pavement cutter took about 25 to 35 seconds to cut per 1 m of length. So, the productivity of the new pavement cutter is expected to be similar to that of the existing equipment. Moreover, through visual inspection, it was confirmed that most of the sludge was well recovered, and the stone fragments with a particle size of Ø4mm or more were well separated in the vacuum tank. However, the developed device was less stable as a prototype. Therefore, the stability of the newly proposed pavement cutter has to be improved through tuning of the processes and components in the future. In addition, quantitative performance evaluations such as the comparison of the cutting performance of the new pavement cutter with the existing equipment should also be conducted.

        유리창 청소작업의 자동화 장비 도입에 대한 타당성 분석

        최근에 외부 유리창 청소에 대한 수요는 증가하고 있으나, 이 청소는 매우 위험한 인력 의존형 작업이다. 또한 청결을 중시하는 업장에서 원하는 빈도로 자주 청소하는 것도 용이하지 않다. 따라서 이 작업을 자동화 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 특정 유리창에 부착하여, 그 유리창을 지속적으로 청소하는 장치의 개념을 제시하고, 이 장치의 경제적 타당성을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 장비의 예상 제작비 1천만 원 수준이나, 투자 가능비용은 내구연한 5년 기준으로 최소 9.8백만 원, 내구연한 10년 기준으로 최소 103백만 원 수준이었다. 따라서 장비비 보다 예상 절감액이 충분히 커서, 경제적 타당성이 있는 것으로 평가 되었다. 본 연구에서는 정량적 지표만으로 분석하여, 안전성 향상에 의한 노무자 안전사고 감소, 생산성 향상, 공기 단축, 품질 향상 등으로 인한 원가 절감 기대 값은 고려되지 않았다는 한계가 있다. 따라서 향후 고려되지 않은 기대 값을 추가하여 자동화 장비에 의한 원가절감 효과를 산출하면 경제성이 보다 정확하게 산정될 것으로 예상된다. In recent years, the demand for external window cleaning has increased, but the process is a very dangerous manpower-dependent operation. In addition, it is difficult to clean at the desired frequency in a business that values cleanliness. Therefore, there is a need to automate this work. This paper presents the concept of a device that can be attached to a specific window and clean the window continuously. The economic feasibility of this device was analyzed. The estimated manufacturing cost of the equipment was approximately 10 million won, but the possible investment cost was at least 9.8 million won for five years of endurance and 103 million won for 10 years of endurance. Therefore, the expected savings well exceed the equipment cost, and it was evaluated as having economic feasibility. Since this study analyzed only quantitative indicators, the expected cost reduction due to a reduction in safety accidents, productivity improvement, construction time reduction, and quality improvement was not considered. Therefore, it is expected that the calculated economic feasibility will be more accurate if the cost reduction effect by the automation equipment is calculated by adding the expected values not considered in this study.

        IoT 기술 기반의 산악지 모니터링 시스템 개발

        국토의 70%가 산지인 우리나라는 산악지 거동으로 인한 시설물 피해가 많이 발생한다. 그런데 최근에 모노레일 등 산악활동을 위한 시설물에 대한 건설수요가 증가하면서, 시설물 피해 가능성이 점점 더 증가하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존의 유선기반 산악지 모니터링 시스템을 개선하여, IoT기술이 적용된 산악지 실시간 모니터링시스템을 구축하고, 현장적용성을 평가하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기존 산악지 시설물 현황과 모니터링 현황을 조사․분석하고, 기존 유선 모니터링 기술을 분석하였다. 둘째, IoT기반 모니터링을 위한 시나리오를 개발하고, 이에 적합한 RF통신모듈과 RF통신모듈 인터페이스, 전원부, 태양전지 등 센서노드를 개발하였다. 셋째, K대 현장에 테스트베드를 구축하고, 이에 대해서 현장적용성 실험을 수행하였다. 그 결과 초기 무선통신의 오류를 보완한 이후에는 유선시스템과 동일하게 데이터가 수집되는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 개발된 시스템을 활용하면, 약 25%(4시간)의 공기단축과 약 3~52%(8~119만원) 수준의 비용절감이 가능할 것으로 예상된다. 다섯째, 피복케이블 운반과 같이 위험한 작업환경인 사면현장에서 수행해야 하는 작업들 중 일부를 제거함으로써, 작업원의 안전도를 크게 향상시킬 수 있다. 본 연구의 한계로는, IoT환경에 최적화된 센서를 사용하지 못하였고, 센서노드의 수가 적다는 점을 들 수 있다. 70 percent of Korea"s territory is covered with mountains, whose difficult conditions can cause damage to facilities. Recently, the demand for facilities related to outdoor activities including monorails has been on the rise, and such facilities are much more likely to become damaged. For this reason, a monitoring system applying IoT to mountainous areas was developed and its applicability is evaluated in this study. The current status of the existing mountainous facilities and monitoring systems were reviewed, and the current wired monitoring technology was analyzed. A scenario for IoT-based monitoring was developed, and then sensor nodes were developed, which include an RF-communication module and interface, power-supply and solar-cell. A testbed was set up at K University. The same data was collected by the wireless system as had been collected by the wired one. The study findings are as follows. Firstly, by using the wireless system, it is estimated that the construction duration can be reduced by about 25 percent, while the construction costs can be reduced by about 3~52 percent. Secondly, the safety of the construction workers can be improved by making the working conditions less dangerous, such as by eliminating the need to transport cables.

        저소음·분진회수형 도로절단기 개발의 타당성 분석

        도로포장 절단 작업에서 미세먼지를 많이 발생시키고 있어, 이 작업에서 미세먼지 발생량을 줄이는 것이 전체 미세먼지 관리에 매우 중요하다. 이러한 점에 착안하여, 본 연구에서는 도로절단 현장에서 발생하는 비산먼지를 회수하는 장치의 개념설계를 제안하고, 이의 도입에 대한 경제적 타당성을 분석하였다. 제안된 개념모델의 경제성을 분석한 결과, 편익비율이 2.96으로 1을 크게 상회하였다. 그리고 수익률은 62.78%로 도로포장 절단 실무자 면담을 통해 설정한 최소기대수익률 10%를 크게 상회하였으며, 손익분기점은 약 21.6개월로 분석되었다. 따라서 제안된 저소음・분진회수형 도로절단 장비의 경제적 타당성은 충분할 것으로 예상된다. A large amount of fine dust is generated during the process of pavement cutting. Consequently, reducing the amount of fine dust generated during pavement cutting is crucial for the overall management of fine dust. Based on this premise, in this study, a conceptual model is proposed for a device that can be employed for recovering scattered dust generated at the site of pavement cutting. The economic feasibility associated with the incorporation of the proposed model was analyzed. Results obtained from the economic feasibility analysis of the proposed conceptual model indicate that the benefit ratio is 2.96, which is significantly higher than 1. The rate of return is found to be 62.78%, which significantly exceeds the minimum expected rate of return (i.e., 10%), as established on the basis of interviews conducted with companies that implement pavement cutting. Furthermore, the break-even point is found to be at approximately 21.6 months. Hence, the proposed pavement cutter, which features dust suction and a low noise level, is economically feasible.
