본 연구의 목적은 뇌파 기반 한글 문자입력기의 시각적 자극에서 잔상의 효과가 N200에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 시각적 자극제시를 두가지 (흰색/회색과 흰색/검정색)로 나누어 비교하였다. 본 연구에는 건강한 성인 18명이 참가하였다. 목표대상 (Target, T)과 비목표대상 (Non-Target, NT)에 2:8의 비율로 불규칙하게 제시되는 사건유발전위(ERPs)의 진폭을 유발하는 2 종류 (WG: White & Gray, WB: White & Black)의 5×5 한글 매트릭스를 자극 간격에 차이가 있도록 제작하여 비교하였다. EEG 수집과 분석은 8채널 EEG 시스템과 뇌파 분석 소프트웨어인 Telescan(Laxtha, Korea)이 사용되었다. 분석결과 N200에서 목표자극의 음전위 최대값과 양전위 최대값 모두 비목표자극 보다 통계적으로 크게 나타났다. WB와 WG의 잔상은 보다 효율적인 ERP 요소를 얻는데 큰 차이가 없었다. 이와 같은 결과는 EEG문자입력기 파라다임에서 N200을 유발하는데 매트릭스 잔상이 중요한 역할을 하지 않음을 나타낸다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로, 추후연구에서 2종류의 방법을 비교한 분류알고리즘을 사용하는 실시간 문자 인식의 효율성과 정확성 연구가 필요하겠다. The Purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of matrix afterimages on the N200 in EEG(Electroencephalogram). 18 healthy participants participated in the present study. We created the two types of the 5×5 Korean matrices with different afterimage colors. In one of the two, when the letters flash, the color of the letters turned into white and returned right back to gray afterimages (WG condition) against the black background and in the other type, the highlighted letters returned to black thus did not show any afterimages (WB condition). The targets and non-targets were presented randomly at a ratio of 2:8 and the amplitudes of the Event Related Potentials (ERPs) induced by them were compared. An 8 channel Electroencephalogram (EEG) system and a brain wave analysis software, TeleScan (Laxtha, Korea), was used to record and analyze the EEG signals. The results showed that the negative and positive peaks of the targets were statistically greater than those of the non-targets at the N200. The afterimages in WB and WG did not induce significant differences in obtaining more effective ERP components. These results indicate that the afterimages in matrix do not play an important role in producing N200 in the EEG speller paradigm. Based on these results, the efficacy and accuracy of real time letter discrimination using the categorization algorithms comparing these two methods need to be investigated in the future.

본 연구는 척수 장애인의 글쓰기를 도와줄 수 있는 글쓰기 보조기구 개발을 위해 이 기능이 필요한 척수장애인들의 신체적 특징을 고려한 제품을 설계하기 위한 요소들을 분석하고자 한다. 척수장애인들의 대부분 갑작스런 사고로 장애를 가진 20~30대 연령이 많은 비중을 차지하며 레저 활동이 활발해 짐에 따라 증가를 보이고 있는 추세이다. 20~30대는 사회생활을 필요로 하는 연령대이기 때문에 사회생활 중 반드시 자필의 글쓰기가 필요한 경우가 있다. 본 연구에서는 척수 장애인 관련 문헌조사를 통해 척수 장애인의 손기능에 대한 고찰과 글쓰기 보조도구 개발 시 고려해야 할 제품 설계 요소를 추출하였다. 추출된 제품 설계 요소와 제품 제작 시 고려해야 할 기타사항 및 요구 조사를 바탕으로 제품이 제작된다면 척수 장애인 좀 더 사용하기 편리한 제품을 만들 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

휠체어 사용 장애인을 위한 스마트홈 구축 및 사용성평가

휠체어를 사용하는 장애인은 주거 환경에서 접근성이 부족하여 일상생활활동에 어려움을 겪는다. 다양한 스마트 기술을 이용한 스마트홈은 휠체어 사용 장애인의 일상생활활동에 있어 접근성을 높여줄 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 휠체어를 사용하는 장애인을 위해 스마트홈을 구축하였고, 구축된 스마트홈에 대한 사용성평가를 실시하였다. 사용성평가는 시나리오기반사용경험평가, 도구적 일상생활활동평가, 그리고 심층설문방법을 사용하였다. 지역사회 거주 휠체어 사용 장애인 3명을 대상으로 스마트홈 사용성평가를 실시한 결과, 기존 거주지에 비해 구축된 스마트홈의 사용성이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 심층설문 결과, 스마트홈 내부의 부분적인 개선 요구사항 또한 도출되었다. 본 연구를 통해 스마트홈 구축 시 휠체어 사용 장애인의 주거환경 구축에 고려해야 하는 다양한 요소들을 확인할 수 있었다. Wheelchair users found difficulties in living independently in their houses due to the lack of accessibility. The state of the art smart home technology may enable wheelchair users to live independently. In this study, we built a smart home, and tested its usability with three community dwelling wheelchair users. Three evaluation methods such as scenario-based test, K-IADL(Korea instrumental activity of daily living) test, and in-depth interview were used. All three users responded positively for using the smart home. Through this study, we also found several necessary amendments in building smart homes for wheelchair users.

간호학생의 회복탄력성이 전공만족도와 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to identify the correlation among nursing professional value and major satisfaction and resilience of nursing students. Participants were 166 students recruited from the nursing department at one college. Data were collected through self-reporting questionnaire from 29 August to 3 October 2019. According to the general characteristics of participants, the difference in resilience, major satisfaction, and nursing professional value was analyzed with t-test and ANOVA using SPSS 24.0. The correlation among resilience, professionalism, and professional satisfaction of participants was analyzed with Pearson's correlation coefficiency. Resilience has a positive correlation with nursing professional value and major satisfaction. The increase in nursing professional value and major satisfaction is related to the increase of resilience. Further study is recommended to develop the program that improve resilience of nursing students based on these results.
