B16세포주의 방사선 및 항암제감수성에 관한 실험적 연구

나승목,고광준 大韓口腔顎顔面 放射線學會 1995 Imaging Science in Dentistry Vol.25 No.2

The purpose of this study was to aid in the prediction of tumor cell tolerance to radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy. For this study, cell surviving curves were obtained for murine melanoma B16 cell line using semiautomated MTT assay. 2, 4, 6, 8, 10Gy were irradiated at a does rate of 210cGy/min using ?? Irradiator ALDORADO 8. After irradiation, B16 cell lines(2.5×10⁴cells/ml) were exposed to bleomycin and cisplatin at concentration of 0.2㎍/㎖, 2㎍/㎖ and 20㎍/㎖ for 1 hour respectively. The viable cells were determined for each radiation does and/or each concentration of drug. And they were compared to control values. The obtained results were as follows : 1 .There was significant difference of surviving fraction at 4, 6, 8, 10Gy on B16 cell line(P<0.05). 2. There was significant difference of cytotoxicity between bleomycin and cisplantin at concentration of 0.2㎍/㎖ and 2㎍/㎖(P<0.05) on B16 cell line, but there was no significant difference of cytotoxicity at concentration of 20㎍/㎖ on B16 cell line. 3. There was significant difference of cytotoxicity of bleomycin after irradiation of 2Gy and 10Gy on B16 cell line(P<0.01). 4. There was significant difference of cytotoxicity of cisplatin at concentration of 20㎍/㎖ after irradiation in B16 cell line.

영상보간법을 이용한 디지털 치근단 방사선영상의 개선에 관한 연구

        송남규,고광준,Song Nam-Kyu,Koh Kawng-Joon 대한영상치의학회 1998 Imaging Science in Dentistry Vol.28 No.2

Image resampling is of particular interest in digital radiology. When resampling an image to a new set of coordinate, there appears blocking artifacts and image changes. To enhance image quality, interpolation algorithms have been used. Resampling is used to increase the number of points in an image to improve its appearance for display. The process of interpolation is fitting a continuous function to the discrete points in the digital image. The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of the seven interpolation functions when image resampling in digital periapical images. The images were obtained by Digora, CDR and scanning of Ektaspeed plus periapical radiograms on the dry skull and human subject. The subjects were exposed to intraoral X-ray machine at 60kVp and 70 kVp with exposure time varying between 0.01 and 0.50 second. To determine which interpolation method would provide the better image, seven functions were compared; (1) nearest neighbor (2) linear (3) non-linear (4) facet model (5) cubic convolution (6) cubic spline (7) gray segment expansion. And resampled images were compared in terms of SNR(Signal to Noise Ratio) and MTF(Modulation Transfer Function) coefficient value. The obtained results were as follows ; 1. The highest SNR value(75.96dB) was obtained with cubic convolution method and the lowest SNR value(72.44dB) was obtained with facet model method among seven interpolation methods. 2. There were significant differences of SNR values among CDR, Digora and film scan(P<0.05). 3. There were significant differences of SNR values between 60kVp and 70kVp in seven interpolation methods. There were significant differences of SNR values between facet model method and those of the other methods at 60kVp(P<0.05), but there were not significant differences of SNR values among seven interpolation methods at 70kVp(P>0.05). 4. There were significant differences of MTF coefficient values between linear interpolation method and the other six interpolation methods (P< 0.05). 5. The speed of computation time was the fastest with nearest -neighbor method and the slowest with non-linear method. 6. The better image was obtained with cubic convolution, cubic spline and gray segment method in ROC analysis. 7. The better sharpness of edge was obtained with gray segment expansion method among seven interpolation methods.

상안면부 골절에 관한 방사선학적 비교 연구

        홍성우,고광준,Hong Seong-Woo,Koh Kawng-Joon 대한영상치의학회 1995 Imaging Science in Dentistry Vol.25 No.2

The subjects of this study consisted of 58 patients with Le Fort fractures, who were admitted to Chonbuk National University Hospital from Jan. 1988 to Oct. 1995. The author classified the maxillofacial fractures by Le Fort classification and examined the. incidence of Le Fort fractures by age, sex and etiology. The purpose of this study was to compare the imagings of conventional radiograms with those of computed tomograms and to aid in the diagnosis of patients with Le Fort fractures. The obtained results were as follows: 1. The Le Fort fractures occured mainly in 3rd and 4th decades, but there was no significant difference between decades. A ratio of men to women was 5.5 : 1. The major etiologic factors were traffic accident(69%), assault(14%) and fall-down(12%). 2. The most common type of Le Fort fracture was type I(49.3%). The numbers of Le Fort II, ill fractures were 41.3%, 9.4% respectively. And 8.6% were midsagittal splitting fractures. 3. The discontinuity and haziness of the maxillary sinus were easily detected by Waters' view. In skull PI A view, it was difficult to observe fractures due to overlapping of the other structures, but the haziness of the maxillary sinus was sometimes observed. 4. In Le Fort fracture, the fracture pattern of orbit, the wall of maxillary sinus, nasal bone and pterygoid plate were more easily detected in computed tomograms than in conventional radiograms.

하악과두골절 환자의 일반방사선사진상과 전산화단층사진상의 비교 연구

        조수범,고광준,Cho Su-Beom,Koh Kawng-Joon 대한영상치의학회 1995 Imaging Science in Dentistry Vol.25 No.2

The subjects of this study consisted of 75 patients with 83 condylar fractures, who were admitted to Chonbuk National University Hospital from Jan. 1988 to Oct. 1995. The purpose of this study was to compare the imagings of conventional radiograms with those of computed tomograms and to aid in the diagnosis of condylar fractures. Also the author evaluated the usefulness of 3-dimensional reconstructive imaging in condylar fractures. The obtained results were as follows: 1. The condylar fractures were observed mainly between 2nd and 4th decades, but there was no significant difference of incidence between decades. The incidence of condyalr fractures by fracture site was subcondyalr(44.6%), condylar head(36.1%), condylar neck(19.3%) in orders. 12 of 30 condylar head fractures were sagittal splitting fractures. 2. According to the relationship of condylar head to articular fossa, the incidence of condylar fractures was higher in Type II and Type m. And the incidence of subcondylar fractures was higher in Type I classified by Mclennan. But there was no significant difference of incidence between Types. 3. The more the fracture fragments were displaced, the easier the fracture patterns were detected in conventional radiograms. The computed tomograms were also useful in the diagnosis of sagittal splitting fractures which were displaced mesially. 4. The 3-dimensional reconstructive imaging were useful in the evaluation of the fracture patterns, but they were not useful when the size of fragment and the degree of displacement were small.
