      • Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>/TiO<sub>2</sub> Nanolaminate Thin Film Encapsulation for Organic Thin Film Transistors via Plasma-Enhanced Atomic Layer Deposition

        <P>Organic electronic devices require a passivation layer that protects the active layers from moisture and oxygen because most organic materials are very sensitive to such gases. Passivation films for the encapsulation of organic electronic devices need excellent stability and mechanical properties. Although Al<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB> films obtained with plasma enhanced atomic layer deposition (PEALD) have been tested as passivation layers because of their excellent gas barrier properties, amorphous Al<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB> films are significantly corroded by water. In this study, we examined the deformation of PEALD Al<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB> films when immersed in water and attempted to fabricate a corrosion-resistant passivation film by using a PEALD-based Al<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>/TiO<SUB>2</SUB> nanolamination (NL) technique. Our Al<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB>/TiO<SUB>2</SUB> NL films were found to exhibit excellent water anticorrosion and low gas permeation and require only low-temperature processing (<100 °C).       • Electrostatic-Force-Assisted Dispensing Printing of Electrochromic Gels for Low-Voltage Displays

        <P>In this study, low-voltage, printed, ion gel-based electrochromic devices (ECDs) were successfully fabricated. While conventional dispensing printing provides irregularly printed electrochromic (EC) gels, we improved the adhesion between the printed gel and the substrate by applying an external voltage. This is called electrostatic-force-assisted dispensing printing. As a result, we obtained well-defined, printed, EC gels on substrates such as indium tin oxide-coated glass. We fabricated a gel-based ECD by simply sandwiching the printed EC gel between two transparent electrodes. The resulting ECD, which required a low coloration voltage (similar to 0.6 V), exhibited a high coloration efficiency (eta) of 161 cm(2)/C and a large transmittance contrast(similar to 82%) between the bleached and colored states at -0.7 V. In addition, electrostatic-force-assisted dispensing printing was utilized to fabricate directly patterned ECDs.</P>

      • 3D Hollow Framework Silver Nanowire Electrodes for High-Performance Bottom-Contact Organic Transistors

        <P>We successfully fabricated high performance bottom-contact organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) using silver nanowire (AgNW) network electrodes by spray deposition. The synthesized AgNWs have the dimensions of 40–80 nm in diameter and 30–80 μm in length and are randomly distributed and interconnected to form a 3D hollow framework. The AgNWs networks, deposited by spray coating, yield an average optical transmittance of up to 88% and a sheet resistance as low as 10 ohm/sq. For using AgNWs as source/drain electrodes of OFETs with a bottom-contact configuration, the large contact resistance at the AgNWs/organic channel remains a critical issue for charge injection. To enhance charge injection, we fabricate semiconductor crystals on the AgNW using an adsorbed residual poly(<I>N</I>-vinylpyrrolidone) layer. The resulting bottom-contact OFETs exhibit high mobility up to 1.02 cm<SUP>2</SUP>/(V s) and are similar to that of the top-contact Au electrodes OFETs with low contact resistance. A morphological study shows that the pentacene crystals coalesced to form continuous morphology on the nanowires and are highly interconnected with those on the channel. These features contribute to efficient charge injection and encourage the improvement of the bottom-contact device performance.         누리과정에 기초한 5세 어린이집 다문화교육 프로그램 개발 및 효과연구 : 문화적 반응교수법의 활용

        목적 본 연구의 목적은 문화적 반응 교수법을 활용하여 누리과정을 기초로 5세 어린이집 다문화교육 프로그램을 개발하여 실행함으로써 그 효과를 검증하는데 있다. 방법 프로그램을 개발하기 위하여 우선 누리과정 분석 및 다문화교육 프로그램 관련 문헌조사/분석 및 실제사례연구. 누리과정의 준거 및 요소 등에 대한 문헌 분석이 이루어졌다. 이를 근거로 계획-실행-평가로 이어지는 누리과정 연계 문화 반응적 다문화교육의 구조적 틀을 마련하여 총 3 주제의 누리과정 연계 다문화 프로그램을 개발하였고 개발한 프로그램 내용에 관하여 전문가 협의회 및 교사자문을 받아 프로그램의 목적, 목표, 교사활동안, 평가, 성찰 등의 프로그램을 확정하였다. 결과 개발된 프로그램의 누리과정 연계 주제는 ‘즐거운 어린이집, 소중한 가족, 우리 동네’ 이다. 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위하여 총 200명의 만 5세 유아들을 대상으로 실험집단에서는 3개월간 문화 반응적 다문화 프로그램을 실시하였고 비교집단 유아들은 기존 누리과정을 운영하였다. 유아의 다문화 수용성과 다문화인식에 대한 사전 사후 검사가 이루어졌다. 효능검증의 결과는 실험집단의 경우 다문화 인식에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였으며 인식수준이 높아진 것으로 나타났다. 다문화 수용성에서도 비교집단은 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었던 반면, 실험집단의 유아들은 다문화 수용성이 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 결론 누리과정과 연계하여 개발된 프로그램은 다문화 유아들뿐 아니라 전체 유아들에게도 적용할 수 있으며 인종적 차이뿐 아니라 문화의 다양성에 대한 인식과 태도를 증진시키는데 도움이 될 수 있는 것으로 보인다. Objectives The purpose of this study is to verify the effect by developing and implementing a multicultural education program for children aged 5 years old based on nuri process using culturally responsive teaching method. Methods In order to develop the program, first of all, the analysis of literatures, research, and actual cases related to the multicultural education program. Literature analysis was conducted on the criteria and elements of the Nuri process. Based on this, a structural framework of culturally responsive multicultural education was developed relating to Nuri curriculum. The goals, teacher activity plans, evaluations, and reflections were finalized. The theme of linking the Nuri process of the developed program is ‘Pleasant Daycare Center, Precious Family, Our Village’. Results In order to verify the effectiveness of the program, the experimental group participated in a culturally responsive multicultural program for three months with a total of 100 five-year-old children, and the children of the comparative group operated the existing nuri curriculum. The results of the effect test showed that the experimental group showed a statistically significant difference in multicultural awareness, and the recognition level increased. In multicultural acceptance, the comparison group showed no statistically significant difference, while the experimental group s children showed an increase in multicultural acceptance. Conclusions The program developed in conjunction with the Nuri process seems to be applicable not only to multicultural children, but also to all children, and to help raise awareness and attitudes about cultural diversity as well as ethnic differences.

        국내 이민자 교육에 관한 연구동향 분석 : 2013-2019년 국내 발간 논문을 중심으로

        본 연구는 국내 이민자 교육에 관하여 2013년부터 2019년 7월까지 출간된 학위논문과 학술논문 총 102편의 연구 동향을 분석하였으며 이를 통하여 이민자교육의 자료 제공과 발전방향을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 논문 선정을 위해 주제어 검색을 통하여 이민자 교육에 관한 논문을 1차적으로 선정한 후, 학위논문과 학술지 중복자료는 제외하여 최종적으로 분석대상을 확정하였다. 자료 분석은 연도별, 학문적 배경, 연구대상, 연구주제에 따라 분석하였고, 분류된 자료는 EXCEL 2010 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도를 산출하였다. 연구 결과 이민자 교육의 연도별 연구동향은 2013-2014년도에 최다 연구물의 출간을 보이며 급증한 후 연도에 따라 변화를 보이고 있다. 연구분야의 학문적 배경은 학위논문에서는 교육학 영역이 절반 이상을 차지하였고 인문학, 사회학 순으로 나타난 반면, 학술논문에서는 인문학이 가장 많고 교육학, 사회학 순으로 출간되었다. 연구대상별 분석에서는 대다수 결혼 이민자 연구 특히 여성이민자 연구가 다수를 이루었고, 이민자 자녀 및 남성이민자 교육에 관한 연구는 소수로 나타났다. 연구주제는 한국어 교육과 한국어 교육과정에 관한 연구가 주를 이루었고, 문화교육, 부모교육 등에 관한 연구는 적게 이루어졌다. 본 연구의 결과는 국내에 증가하고 있는 이민자 교육에 관한 연구의 기초자료가 되며, 한국어 교육 및 한국문화 전달 중심의 이민자 교육에서 더 나아가 종합적이고 문화반응적인 이민자 교육을 위한 제언을 제공하는데 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the research trends of 102 dissertations and research articles published between 2013 and July 2019 on domestic immigrant education. Also current study was investigated to suggest the provision and development direction of immigrant education. After selecting the research studies on immigrant education through the subject search for selection, the analysis subject was finally determined by excluding dissertations and the duplicated journal articles. The data was analyzed according to the year, academic area, research subjects, and research topics. The classified data were calculated using the EXCEL 2010 program. As a result, the research trend of immigrant education by year showed the largest number of research publications in 2013-2014, and it has been changing year by year. The academic area of the field of study was more than half of education areas in the dissertations, followed by humanities and sociology, whereas research articles were published most frequently in the humanities. In the analysis by subjects, the majority of immigrant education studies, especially female immigrant studies, were found, and a few studies on immigrant children and male immigrant education. The research topics were mainly on Korean language education and Korean language curriculum, but little on cultural education and parent education. The result of this study is the basic data for the research on the increasing number of immigrants in South Korea, and it is meaningful to provide a suggestion for comprehensive and culturally responsive immigrant education in addition to Korean language education and the education of Korean culture.

        대구경북 치과위생사들의 치과재료에 대한 유해정보 소통 실태

        Objectives: This study was conducted to evaluate the status of hazard communication regarding dental materials among dental hygienists in the Daegu Metropolitan City and the North Gyeongsang-do Province area. Materials: A total of 310 dental hygienists were surveyed using self-administered questionnaires to investigate the status of hazard communication on dental materials and information needs. We collected instructions for use and material safety data sheets(MSDSs) for 67 dental materials frequently used at dental hospitals located in the Daegu Metropolitan City and the North Gyeongsang-do Province area. Results: The questionnaire surveys showed that only 11% of the 310 dental hygienists had knowledge of MSDS and 46.8% of respondents never read instructions for use before using materials. Just 7.4% of dental hygienists have undergone training on hazard information for dental materials. In particular, dental hygienists working at dental clinics had significantly lower response rates on knowledge of MSDS(p<0.001), reading of instructions for use(p=0.042) and training on the hazard information of dental materials(p=0.004) than those in dental hospitals or general hospitals. The essential information most desired by dental hygienists was hazard identification(82.3%) followed by first-aid measures(53.9%), handling and storage(51%), disposal considerations (49%) and toxicological information(47.1%). All dental materials were on foreign products which came from Japan(59.7%), the USA(26.9%) and Liechtenstein(13.7%). In terms of usage, 56.7% of dental materials were prosthetic, followed by conservation(31.3%), orthodontics(9%), and prevention(3%). We found that dental hygienists had accessed MSDSs for only five dental products among the 67 dental materials. The instructions for the use of the 67 dental materials provided hazard identification(64.2%), first-aid measures(83.6%), handling and storage(97%), disposal considerations(20.9%) and toxicological information(26.9%). Conclusions: Based on the results of this study, the hazard communication system for dental hygienists working at dental clinics should be improved.

        유아기 지속가능발전교육에 관한 국내연구 동향분석

        본 연구는 유아기 지속가능 발전교육(ESD: Education for Sustainable Development)에 관하여 연구가 시작된 2009년부터 2018년까지 최근 10년간의 국내연구 동향 분석을 통해 유아기 지속가능 발전교육 연구를 위한 기초자료 제공 및 발 전방향에 대한 시사점을 모색하는데 있다. 이를 위해 학술연구정보서비스를 통하여 검색된 박사학위논문 8편, 석사학위논문 21편, 학술논문 73편 등 총 102편의 논문을 3단계를 거쳐 선정하였다. 1단계는 출간된 연구들을 주제어를 통하여 검색하여 선정하였고, 2단계는 선정 된 자료 중 학술지 게재로 중복된 자료를 제외하였다. 3단계는 2018년 12월까지 출간된 연구를 포함한 검색을 통하여 총 102편으로 분석 대상을 확정하였다. 자료 분석은 연구자 2인이 연도별 동향, 연구 영역, 연구 내용, 연구 대상에 따라 분석하였으며, 유아교육 전문가 2인의 검증을 거쳤다. 분류된 자료는 EXCEL 2010 프로그램을 사용하여 학위 논문과 학술지 논문을 합산하여 빈도를 산출하였다. 연구 결과 유아기 지속가능발전교육 연도별 연구동향은 2015년 이후 급격 히 늘어났으며. 연구 영역에서는 환경적, 사회∙문화적 영역이 다수였다. 연구 내용에서는 교육활동 및 효과와 개발 및 실행에 관한 연구가 많았고. 연구대상은 유아가 많았다. 본 연구의 결과는 유아기 지속가능발전교육 연구에 대한 기초자료가 되며, 유아기 지속가능발전교육에 대한 다각적 접근이 필요함을 시사한다. The current study aims to analyze research trend regarding early childhood education for sustainable development(ESD) in South Korea. This study analyzed total of 102 research studies including 72 articles, 8 dissertations and 21 thesis published from 2009 to 2018. The analysis criteria was research period, ESD domains, research content, and research subjects. Results showed that studies regarding ESD rapidely increased since mid 2010s. In terms of ESD domains, research studies have been implemented in environmental domain and socio-cultural domains rather than economic domain. Also ESD activities and the effect studies and development of programs and measurement studies have been done in the criteria of research content. Most studied research subjects were preschoolers. The current study outcome will provide preliminary data for further research in ESD. Furthermore, diverse approaches will be required to investigate education for sustainable development for young children.

        Characterizations of impedance responses in an anode-supported solid oxide fuel cell with an air blowing system

        Effects of operation parameters on impedance responses are characterized to study electrochemical reactions of an anode-supported solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) in an air blowing operation. The anode-supported SOFC, which consists of Ni-yttrium stabilized zirconia (YSZ) support/Ni-YSZ anode functional layer/YSZ electrolyte/gadolinium doped ceria (GDC) interlayer/La0.6Sr0.4Co0.2Fe0.8O3−δ -GDC cathode, is fabricated by a tape casting and co-firing process. To investigate the electrochemical response on impedances, an equivalent circuit is modeled with five elements and fitted by the complex nonlinear least square (CNLS) method. Based on the impedance spectra with the operation parameters, two among five elements are clarified to be concerned with anodic reactions and another two concerned with gas diffusion reactions in electrodes. It is difficult to clarify one among five elements with the results here. The clarified elements may be used to study the effects of materials and processes for SOFC with impedance responses,which will be helpful to improve the performance and reliability.
