        論文 : 在隋唐時期的書籍中關於《素問》的引用

        포산국화 ( Kika Urayama ) 대한한의학원전학회 ( 구 대한원전의사학회 ) 2009 대한한의학원전학회지 Vol.22 No.4

The popular edition of 『Hwangjenaegyeong-Somun(黃帝內經·素問)』 was established by Wangbing(王氷)`s revising and annexing notes in the Dang(唐) Period. He revised 『Jeonwongibon(全元起本)』 which became the edition we currently know widely. To know how 『素問』 had been handed down from the Su(隋) Period to the Dang(唐) Period before the establishment of Wangbing(王氷)`s edition, we reviewed the citation of 『Somun』 in the four books: 『Ohaengdaeui(五行大義)』, 『Jebyeongwonhuron(諸病源候論)』 『Sagijeong-ui(史記正義), and 『Oedaebiyobang(外臺秘要方)』. As a result, it has been discovered that even if the reference was written as 『Hwangjesomun(黃帝素問』 or 『Somun(素問)』, they did not correspond with the currently established 『Somun(素問)』 in many cases, On the other hand, there were identical sentences to the current 『Somun(素問)』 among the cited parts; whereas 『Yeolron(熱論)』 and 『Jahakron(刺학論)』 were often cited in the medical books such as 『Jebyeongwonhuron(諸病源候論)』 and 『Oedaebiyobang(外臺秘要方)』, 「Yeolron(熱論)」 and 「Jahakron(刺학論)」 were often cited. Thus, we can suggest that the relevant content of 『Somun(素問)』 should be considered important in the period in question and further that the concept of disease symptom might have changed in those days.

Chemical Composition and Antioxidant and Antimycobacterial Activities of Bromelia balansae (Bromeliaceae)

        Roberta Gomes Coelho,Neli Kika Honda,Maria do Carmo Vieira,Rosenei Louzada Brum,Fernando Roge´rio Pavan,Clarice Queico Fujimura Leite,Claudia Andre´a Lima Cardoso 한국식품영양과학회 2010 Journal of medicinal food Vol.13 No.5

Bromelia balansae (Family Bromeliaceae) is a medicinal plant commonly used in the central region of Brazil as a cough syrup and also eaten roasted. The methanolic extract of ripe fruits was analyzed by chromatographic methods and spectrometrically. Four glycoside flavonols were isolated: kaempferol-3-O-α-l-rhamnopyranoside (1), kaempferol-3-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-d-glucopyranoside (2), quercetin-3-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-d-glucopyranoside (3), and kaempferol 3,7-di-O-α-l-rhamnopyranoside (4). The resazurin microtiter assay was used to measure the biological activity in vitro against Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The results showed a moderate activity of the methanolic extract with a minimal inhibitory concentration of 128μg/mL. Antioxidant activity was evaluated as free radical scavenging capacity and inhibition of peroxidation. Free radical scavenging capacity was assessed by measuring the scavenging activity of methanolic extract and methanolic fraction on 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl radical. The methanolic extract showed low values of antioxidant activities, whereas the methanolic fraction exhibited free radical scavenging activity ranging from 20.2% to 91.1%, and the inhibition of peroxidation values ranging from 5.6% to 27.5%. This is the first chemical study reported in the literature about this species.

Nitrosomonas sp. Based Biosensor for Ammonium Nitrogen Measurement in Wastewater

        Merlin Raud,Erki Lember,Eerik Jõgi,Timo Kikas 한국생물공학회 2013 Biotechnology and Bioprocess Engineering Vol.18 No.5

A bacterial culture of Nitrosomonas sp. was isolated from a nitrifying biofilm to construct a biosensor for ammonium nitrogen ( ) measurements in high ammonia wastewaters. The pure culture of microorganisms was immobilized into agarose gel matrix to attain a stable biosensor with a long service life. Biosensors were calibrated using (NH4)2SO4 solution and a steady-state method. Subsequently, several experiments with synthetic and industrial wastewaters were conducted. A linear range up to 20 mg/L of , and sensitivities between 0.030and 0.036 were gained with biosensors. During 14 days of stable service life of the Nitrosomonas sp. biosensors, variation of the signal was less than 7%. Response times of biosensors were 15 ~ 25 min, while recovery times were up to 25 min. Measurements with high ammonia content synthetic and industrial wastewaters were conducted, and 8.3 and 5.6% over estimation of was gained, respectively, compared with results of Nessler method. In spite of the small overestimation, the biosensor based on a pure culture of Nitrosomonas sp. and calibrated with (NH4)2SO4 is suitable for the analysis of in high ammonia content wastewaters.

Antimicrobial Activity of the Extracts and Fractions of Hexanic Fruits of Campomanesia Species (Myrtaceae)

Claudia Andréa Lima Cardoso,Gustavo Ruivo Salmazzo,Neli Kika Honda,Crislaine Batista Prates,Maria do Carmo Vieira,Roberta Gomes Coelho 한국식품영양과학회 2010 Journal of medicinal food Vol.13 No.5

The antimicrobial activity of the hexanic extracts and fractions of fruits of Campomanesia pubescens pubescens (D.C) O. Berg and Campomanesia adamantium (Cambess.) O. Berg were assayed against six microorganisms. The hexanic extracts of C. pubescens and C. adamantium fruits were also investigated in their composition by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry and high-performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection. The results of this study showed the presence of 34 volatile compounds and flavonoids in the hexanic extract of C. pubescens and 33 volatile compounds and flavonoids in the hexanic extract of C. adamantium.

Gastroprotective Effect of Serjania erecta Radlk (Sapindaceae): Involvement of Sensory Neurons, Endogenous Nonprotein Sulfhydryls, and Nitric Oxide

        Ana Paula Corrêa Castelo Branco Nappi,Roberta Gomes Coelho,Neli Kika Honda,Catharine Ferrazoli,Arnildo Pott,Clélia Akiko Hiruma-Lima 한국식품영양과학회 2009 Journal of medicinal food Vol.12 No.6

The present study reveals the pharmacological action of Serjania erecta Radlk. (Family Sapindaceae), an important medicinal plant species used in the Brazilian Pantanal against gastric pain. The methanolic (Me) and chloroformic (Se) extracts obtained from leaves of S. erecta were challenged by a very strong necrotizing agent in rodents, absolute ethanol. Se was also confronted with a nitric oxide synthase inhibitor (NG-nitro-l-arginine methyl ester), a capsaicin cation channel transient receptor potential vanilloid type 1 antagonist (ruthenium red), or a sulfhydryl-blocker (N-ethylmaleimide) to evaluate the participation of these cytoprotective factors in gastroprotection. In an in vivo experimental model, Me and Se presented several degrees of gastroprotective action without signs of acute toxicity. The best gastroprotective effect was restricted to all doses of Se. The mechanisms involving the gastroprotective action of Se are related to an augmented defense mechanism of the gastrointestinal mucosa consisting of sensory neurons, nitric oxide, and sulfhydryl groups that prevent and attenuate the ulcer process. The presence of polyisoprenoids in the Se explains the potent gastroprotective action of this medicinal species. Effective gastroprotective action and the absence of acute toxicity indicate this species may be a promising herbal drug against gastric disease.
