Based on the scientific and pedagogical analysis of the theory and experience of teaching computer science disciplines, the didactic mechanism for ensuring the continuity of the average (full) general and higher professional education of economists for practical implementation innovative technology of personal experience foundation. The pedagogical conditions for the formation of information competence, including laboratory, design, research work, the use of active teaching methods for acquiring management skills in production and activities of the enterprise. An indispensable requirement for the conditions for the implementation of basic of educational programs is the assessment of competencies. With this the goal was to develop criteria and levels of formation information competence of future economists and carried out complex diagnostics.
SiC-based materials produced by explosive compaction of powders without sintering
Krokhalev Aleksandr,Kharlamov Valentin,Kuz’min Sergey,Lysak Vladimir 한국세라믹학회 2023 한국세라믹학회지 Vol.60 No.5
The explosive compaction technique achieves a considerably higher pressure compared to conventional powder metallurgy. This study demonstrates the fundamental possibility of obtaining SiC-based materials by explosive compaction without sintering. It has been determined that an increase in the compacting pressure from 12 to 16.5 GPa and a decrease in the titanium binder content from 50 to 20 vol.% are accompanied by a decrease in the compacted residual porosity of the material from 7 to 2%. In this case, the best compaction is achieved at a lower metal binder content. Microstructure analysis of the obtained materials showed that explosive compaction allows titanium particles to retain their size and form isolated inclusions in a continuous silicon carbide matrix. The initially splinter-shaped particles of the matrix transform, which ensures tight contact between them. To form strong boundaries between powder mix components at the explosive compaction stage, the loading modes should provide heating of the material during shock wave compression to above 780 °C. As a result, the hardness of the material containing 20 vol.% titanium reached 1300 HV. To retain the initial phase composition of silicon carbide and titanium powder mixtures during explosive compaction, the upper temperature limit should be 840 °C. The loading modes accompanied by heating to a higher temperature initiate a chemical interaction between the powder mix components.

Photoinduced charge transfer between semiconductors and gate dielectrics can occur in organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) operating under illumination, leading to a pronounced bias-stress effect in devices that are normally stable while operating in the dark. Here, we report an observation of a'polarization-dependent photoinduced bias-stress effect in two' prototypical single-crystal OFETs, based on rubrene and tetraphenylbis(indolo{l,2-alpha})quinolin. We find that the decay rate of the source-drain current in these OFETs under, illumination is a periodic function of the polarization angle of incident photoexcitation with respect to the crystal axes, with a periodicity of n. The angular positions of maxima and minima of the bias-stress rate match those of the optical absorption coefficient of the corresponding crystals. The analysis of the effect shows that it stems from a charge transfer of 'hot' holes, photogenerated in the crystal within a very short thermafization length (MLT mu m) from the semiconductor-dielectric interface. The observed phenomenon is a type of intrinsic structure-property relationship, revealing how molecular packing affects parameter drift in organic transistors under illumination. We also demonstrate that a photoinduced charge transfer in OFETs can be used for recording rewritable accumulation channels with an optically defined geometry and resolution, which can be used in a number of potential applications.

Due to their nature in optimization and also their colorful role in economic and social affairs, the category of optimi-zation issues has always been considered by various researchers. One of the problems that can be solved with optimi-zation tools is the issue of planning project classrooms. In this case, the goal is to plan class hours taking into account the limitations of professors and students. Accordingly, this research presents a new mathematical model for the problem of scheduling project classes. In order to solve this mathematical model, new optimization tools have been used. Accordingly, a new meta-heuristic algorithm has been developed to develop an imperialist competition algorithm. The computational results show that the algorithm used is highly efficient in optimizing the schedule of project classes.
