A study of the precipitation process of Al-Li binary alloy at low ageing temperature has been carried by electrical resistivity measurement. Two types of G.P. zones were formed during ageing at low temperature. G.P.(1) zone and G.P.(2) zone have been formed primarily at ageing temperature below 60℃ and at ageing temperature range of 80℃ to 100℃, respectively. Therefore the precipitation process of Al-Li binary alloy was as follows ; G.P.(1) zone→G.P.(2) zone→δ`→δ G.P.(1) zone might be affected by excess vacancies, but G.P.(2) zone might be affected by secondary defects, clusters and Li-vacancy pairs. The activation energy for formation of G.P.(2) zone is 0.87eV. It is lower than that of Al-Cu alloy.

Roles of fundamental and additional hardening precipitates on the changes of mechanical properties and electrical resistivity during precipitation decomposition in binary Al-Li, ternaty Al-Lieu and multi-Li-Cu-Mg-Zr alloys have been investigated by the detailed measurement of electrical resistivity, hardness and tensile strength and the observation of transmission electron micrographs. Peek hardness and tensile strength in multi-component Al-Lieu-Mg-Zr Alloy had higher than that of the other alloys and the results of measurement of hardness, strength and electrical resistivity in each alloys aged at 90 and 190℃ precipitation behaviors and mechanical properties in binary, ternary and multi component Al-Li alloys were contributed to the δ`, precursory phase of δ`, T₁, G.P.B. zone and S`phases, respectively.
A Gait Analysis Using Smart Phone Images of the Knee Joint Angle and Stride Length

다양한 신경계 및 근골격계 질환이 있을 때 나타나는 증상으로 보행변화가 일어나며, 이에 대한 보행분석은 병의 진행 정도를 판단하는 데 매우 중요하다. 대부분의 보행분석 방법으로는 고가의 장비 사용과 공간의 제약을 받고 있다. 본 연구는 스마트 폰을 이용한 촬영 영상과 보행궤적 분석 프로그램을 사용하여, 보행 시 슬관절 각도의 변화와 활보장 측정을 바탕으로 보행분석을 진행하였다. 보행분석에 필요한 실험은 건강한 성인남성 7명을 대상으로 진행하였으며, 오른쪽 및 왼쪽 무릎관절 각도 및 활보장에 대한 데이터를 이용하여 보행분석이 이루어졌다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 보행분석은 기존의 보행분석 연구들과 비교하여 유사한 결과를 획득하였다. 여기서 제안한 방법을 이용한다면 고가의 장비와 공간의 제약없이 보행 분석을 할 수 있을 것이다. Various types of disease in the nervous and musculoskeletal system can change gait, and the gait analysis is very important in determining the progression of the disease. Most methods of analyzing gait are subject to high-priced equipment and spatial restrictions. This study used smart phone images and the walking track analysis program to make a comparative analysis with the existing gait analysis on the basis of the stride length measurements and the changes in the knee joint angle for walking. The test necessary to analyze gait was conducted in seven healthy men, and data about the angle of right and left knee joints and stride length were used to analyze gait. The gait analysis in this study obtained the similar results to the existing ones. The use of the methods suggested in this study will enable gait analysis to be made without high-priced equipment and spatial restrictions.
밸런스 핸들 장치를 이용한 상지 운동 기능의 근전도 신호 분석

편마비 환자의 상지 운동 기능 재활 치료에 대한 지속적인 관심과 훈련의 정량적인 평가를 위한 다양한 장치가 요구되고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서 본 논문에서는 거치대와 핸들, 밸런스 볼을 결합한 밸런스 핸들장치를 개발하였다. 피험자 7명을 대상으로, 개발된 상지 훈련 장치를 기울일 때 주요 상지 근육에 대한 근전도신호의 변화를 측정하여 재활 훈련 장치로 사용이 가능한지에 대한 유효성을 검토하였다. 밸런스 핸들 장치를 앞뒤로 기울였을 때의 상지 신전·굴곡 운동 동작과 좌우 기울임을 이용한 상지 운동 동작에서 근 수축과 이완이 기준이 되는 주동근과 길항근에서 근 활성화 신호를 분석하였다. 실험결과, Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA)의 신전 · 굴곡 운동 평가 항목에서 편마비 환자의 상지 운동 기능 평가에 이용되는 이두근, 삼두근, 삼각근에서 근 활성화 경향을 보였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 개발된 장치를 활용하여 편마비 환자의 상지 재활 훈련에 도움이 될 수 있다고 볼 수 있다. Rehabilitation of upper limb motor function of hemiplegic patient must maintain interest and demand a device for a quantitative evaluation of rehabilitation training. In this paper, we developed the device that is composed of arm cradle, handle, and balance ball for rehabilitation exercise. We have performed experiment for validity as to whether to use the rehabilitation device when tilting the upper extremity training device developed to measure changes in the EMG signal to the main upper limb muscles for 7 healthy volunteers. We have analyzed muscle activation signals on agonist and antagonist as a reference in the muscle contraction and relaxation in the upper limb extension and flexion when the balance–handle device is tilted to front-rear and left-right. The experimental results showed that a tendency of muscle activation of biceps, triceps, and deltoid used in upper limb motor function of hemiplegic patients from extension and flexion evaluation items of Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA). These results may be helpful for rehabilitation training for upper limb motor function of hemiplegic patients by utilizing a developed unit.

In this paper, we developed a rehabilitation device is composed of handle and balance ball, and confirmed possibility of this device on upper extremity rehabilitation using EMG. The experiment was performed on the subject 7 and the EMG signals from the triceps, biceps, deltoid muscle activity when evaluating the upper limb rehabilitation exercise were measured and analyzed. Thus for a test results it could be confirmed that this is a muscle activation appears each time the tilt handle.
