숲을 활용한 자연생태체험놀이 활동이 장애아동의 언어능력에 미치는 영향1

본 연구는 숲을 활용한 자연생태체험놀이 활동이 장애 아동의 언어능력에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 G시에 소재한 장애아동 전문 어린이집 방과 후 교실에 재원 중인 발달장애 2급 이상의 발화가 가능하며 수용언어-표현 언어검사(PRES)점수가 20개월 이상인 3명의 장애아동을 대상으로 자연생태체험놀이 활동을 주 1회 총 27회기 실시할 수 있도록 고안하였고, 활동내용과 교수학습방법에 유아들의 흥미, 경험, 놀이가 강조될 수 있도록 하였다. 검사 도구는 장애아동의 언어능력 향상을 알아보기 위하여 김영태(2003)등이 제시한 `취학 전 아동의 수용언어 및 표현 언어 발달척도` 에서 제시한 것으로 2~7세 취학 전 아동의 수용언어 및 표현 언어의 발달정도를 측정할 수 있는 것 을 사용하였다. 그 결과 숲을 활용한 자연생태체험놀이 활동은 장애아동의 언어능력 향상에 긍정적 영향을 준 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 숲을 활용한 자연생태체험활동을 통한 오감체험, 정서적 안정, 적극적인 관찰이 언어적인 표현을 유도하는 매개체가 되어 언어능력을 향상시켰다고 볼 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of a natural ecological experience program that utilizes the forest in the linguistic abilities of children with disability. The subject of this study were three handicapped children, whose developmental disability level was higher than class 2 and whose PRES scores were higher than 20 months, in an after-school class at a daycare center located in “G” city. This study was designed to perform an ecology experiencing activity 27 times once a week to emphasize interest, experience and play in children for the contents of activity and teaching and learning method. `Development scale of receptive language and expressive language for pre-school students` suggested by KIM, YOUNGTAE(2003) etc. was used as the test instrument to determine the improvement in the linguistic abilities of the children with disability. The scale can measure the development degree of receptive language and expressive language of pre-school students who are 2~7 years old. The result shows that natural ecological experience program that utilized a forest has a positive influence on the linguistic abilities of children with disability. The result also shows that natural ecological experience program that utilized a forest improved the linguistic abilities of children with disability. A natural ecological experience program as media inducces language expression through the experience of the five senses, emotional stability and positive observation.

안전문화 실무 정착을 위한 적용성

본 연구는 안전문화 조사를 이용한 기업의 안전문화를 측정하고 기업의 산업안전 개선방안을 도출하는 방식으로 구성되었다. 특히 안전문화 사업의 성과는 안전문화 수준에 따라 달라진다는 전제하에 산업안전은 기술적·공학적 활동이지만 문화적 기반에 종속되어 있으며 이는 공학적 개입으로서 산업안전 사업도 산업안전관리체계와 직원들의 인식, 태도 행위에 따라 안전수준이 좌우되며 공학적 접근에 의한 산업안전 활동은 단기적으로 효과를 기대할 수 있지만 장기적인 효과는 효율적인 관리체계와 산업안전의 활동 주체인 직원들의 인식 및 태도에 따라 달라진다는 전제하에 타켓 회사를 선정하여 기업의 안전문화 수준이 어느 단계에 와 있는지를 연구하였다. 본 연구를 통해 얻어진 기업 내 안전문화 정착에 저해하는 요인에 대해 방안을 모색하여 안전문화에 대한 기업의 한계를 넘어, 사회 전반적인 접근과 개개인의 안전문화에 관한 연구의 활성화 및 정책적 접근방법 등 안전문회의 요인들 간에 서로 상호 작용을 할 수 있도록 다각적인 노력이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. Due to Korean government’s reduction policy of the level of local administration, the government tries to become smaller and more efficient organization and in accordance with this movement, they try to transfer the human power and work of the office of Eup, Myeon, Dong to the office of Si, Goon, Goo so that they can take administrative action quickly, increase the efficiency of administration by preventing the overlapping of administrative task, improve the administrative service toward the citizens and make a functional shift of Inhabitant Self-Government Center in a way that is aimed at improving the quality of life of the inhabitants by setting up cultural, welfare facilities and forming the local community. Hereupon I expect this study will help to show the ways of composing the space of community center, accommodating the various demands of inhabitants through appropriate area calculation of functional area, increasing the efficiency of government officers’ administrative support and also will be the guide for the architectural designs of the community centers. For this purpose, I have investigated community centers of 8 Dongs out of 11 Dongs in Goon-po Si that was chosen to be operating the pilot program of the office of Eup, Myeon, Dong’s functional shift and obtained excellent results. I have surveyed how the functional spaces are being used, interviewed the government officials, examined the size of the functional and required space with Building card of a plan and the analyzed results are as follows.

PR을 위한 Social Network Service의 효용성 분석 -KAIST 페이스북 팬페이지를 중심으로-

본 연구는 SNS가 PR 미디어로 사용되기 위해 우선해야 할 요소를 알아보기 위하여 DeLone & McLean(2003)의 ‘정보시스템 성공모델(Information System Success Model)’의 정보품질 항목을 SNS에 적합하도록 재정의하고 콘텐츠 유형 항목을 추가한 ``SNS 성공모형``을 제안하였으며 제안한 모형에 대한 가설을 세우고 국내 한 SNS 사용자 집단을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행 후 분석하였다. 분석 결과 SNS가 PR 도구로 사용되기 위해서는 이용자들에게 유용한 정보제공이 가장 우선되어야 하며 그 후 다양하고 독특한 콘텐츠를 통해 이용자들의 호기심과 즐거움을 줄수 있어야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 SNS 이용자들의 계층에 따라 어떤 정보를 전달할지에 대한 분석이 가장 우선되어야 하며 그 후 흥미를 끌 수 있는 독특한 콘텐츠를 통해 이용자들에게 즐거움을 주었을 때 SNS가 PR 미디어로서의 온전한 역할을 할 수 있음을 제언하였다. This study was conducted to identity priorities in order to utilize SNS as a PR media. To that end, we (the author) redefined the information quality items specified in “Information System Success Model (2003)” by DeLone & McLean to include SNS, proposed “SNS Success Models” to contain contents types, established a hypothesis for the models, conducted a survey on a SNS user group in Korea, and analyzed the survey results. The analysis presents that the first priority to be considered when using SNS as a publicity tool is the provision of useful information to users. Next is the supply of diverse and unique contents to users, thereby stimulating their curiosity and fun. Therefore, this study suggests that it is important to analyze what type of information should be given to SNS users based on their groups, and then, offering the users fun experiences through the provision of interesting and unique contents will allow SNS to play a critical role as a PR media.

과거 다중폭력 피해 경험, 청소년기 학교폭력 가해, 성인기 사이버 폭력 가해/피해 경험의 관계: 심리사회적 변인 비교를 중심으로

본 연구에서는 과거 외상경험, 청소년기 학교폭력 경험, 성인기 사이버폭력 경험이 서로 어떤 관련성을 갖고 있는지를 군집분석을 통해 분류하고, 군집 간의 차이가 있는지를 심리적 증상, 내면화된 수치심, 지각된 사회적지지 측면에서 살펴보았다. 국내 거주하는 성인 462명을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시하였다. 연구결과 4개의 군집으로 분류되었다. 군집 1(외상경험)은 외상을 주로 경험한 집단이고, 군집 2(고-사이버피해/학교폭력 피해경험)은 높은 사이버폭력 피해와 학교폭력 피해를 경험한 집단, 군집 3(무경험)은 과거 외상경험, 청소년기 학교폭력 경험, 성인기 사이버폭력 경험을 보고하지 않은 집단이고, 군집 4(고-사이버 가해/학교폭력 가피해)는 사이버폭력 가해경험이 가장 높고, 학교폭력 가피해를 경험한 집단이었다. 청소년기의 학교폭력 경험과 성인기의 사이버폭력이 서로 관련이 있음을 확인할 수 있었고, 이를 폭력의 초맥락적(trans-contextual) 현상으로 설명하였다. 군집 간 차이를 살펴보면, 군집 1, 2, 4는 폭력 경험이 없는 군집 3에 비해 심리적 증상과 내면화된 수치심을 높게 보고 하였다. 그러나 군집 1, 2, 4 사이에서의 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 또, 사회적지지에서도 군집 1, 2, 4 사이에서의 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 이와 같은 결과를 폭력의 다중폭력피해라는 관점에서 논의하였다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의와 제한점을 논의하고, 폭력 예방과 개입에 대한 제언을 하였다. The purpose of this study was to identify the characteristics of various violence experiences including cyberbullying in adulthood, past bullying experience, and past traumatic experience. A survey was conducted online with 462 adults. The cluster analysis and ANOVA were conducted. The cluster analysis suggested the data formed 4 distinct clusters: 1) trauma only, 2) high-cyberbullying and traditional bullying victim, 3) no experience, and 4) high-cyberbullying offender and traditional bullying victim-offender. This result supported trans-contextual phenomenon that victimization or perpetration tendency is likely to occur across contexts. Cluster 3 was differed from other clusters in terms of psychological symptoms and internalized shame. It was found that cluster 1, 2, and 4 were similar in terms of psychological symptoms and internalized shame. Furthermore, cluster 3 was higher than cluster 1 on social support from friends; however, there was no group differences among all clusters in social support from family and significant others. It was discussed in the context of poly-victimization. Implication for prevention and intervention and suggests for further research are discussed.

The effect of manufacturing parameters on wear and surface roughness characteristics of motorcycle break system was studied using a disk-on-pad type friction tester. Such parameters conditions have an effect on the wear and surface roughness factor such as applied load, sliding speed, frictional time and number of ventilated disk hole. However, it is difficult to know the mutual relation of these factor. In this study, the wear and surface roughness characteristics using design of experiment containing 4 elements were investigated for an optimal condition for the best motorcycle break system employing Taguchi robust experimental design. From this study suggests a new modle of ventilated disk which has expended convection area improving more cooling ability and reduced wear of the disk.
