대 면적 기판 집적 PDN의 위상차 문제를 제거하기 위한 유전체 나사를 이용한 가변 기판 집적 도파관

본 논문에서는 대 면적 기판 집적 도파관 전력 분배 네트워크(Substrate Integrated Waveguide Power Distribution Network: SIW PDN)의 출력 단자 간 위상차를 제거하기 위해 유전체 나사를 적용한 가변 기판 집적 도파관(SIW: Substrate Integrated Waveguide)을 제안한다. 본 제안 구조는 가변 기판 집적 도파관에 비 도금된 비아 홀에 부분적으로 유전체 나사를 삽입하여 S-parameter의 크기에 거의 영향을 주지 않고 위상 천이를 이룬다. 이로써, 유전체 나사가 삽입되지 않은 가변 기판 집적 도파관이 적용된 대 면적 SIW PDN(370 ㎜×195 ㎜)의 측정된 ±33.9°의 위상 차이가 본 제안 구조를 통하여 ±4.65°까지 크게 감소되었다. 본 논문에서 제안된 유전체 나사를 이용한 가변 SIW는 향후 초경량, 고성능 기판 집적 위상 배열 시스템 및 대 면적 SIW 회로 응용에 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다. In this paper, we propose a tunable SIW(Substrate Integrated Waveguide) using dielectric screws for eliminating the phase imbalance of large size power distribution networks(PDN). Alumina screws partially inserted into several through holes of the tunable SIW section effectively change the phase shift without S-parameter degradation. ±33.9° measured phase imbalance of a large conventional 9 ㎓ SIW-PDN of 370 ㎜×195 ㎜ size has been greatly reduced to ±4.65°. We expect that the proposed tunable SIW plays an important role for a light-weight, high performance substrate integrated phased array system(Si-PAS) and large size SIW circuit applications.
Recycling Possibility of Waste Using BMP and AT4 Test

<P>This study analyzed the physical and chemical properties of waste and the biodegradability to present a plan for the re-use of landfills as a basic study on the reuse of landfills. As an analysis result of physical and chemical properties, there were lots of combustible contents (50 %) compared with the analysis result of the existing landfill (30 %). The biodegradability of buried anaerobic (BMP Test) waste was analyzed to be within 11 %. As a result of the aerobic evaluation(AT4 test), the oxygen consumption of buried waste was 5.45 to 19.76 mg O2/g DM and was measured less than 2525 mg O-2/g DM, a pre-stabilization evaluation standard at all the places where the sample had been collected. It seemed to be necessary to seek a plan for the reuse at landfill A by lowering the content of organic foreign materials less than 1 % through the secondary selection using the incineration treatment after drying for combustibles, the reburial for incombustibles and cleaning and wind power for sorting soil.</P>
다기능 케이블을 위한 연성 회로 기판에 내장된 공통 모드 필터

본 논문에서는 FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit) 케이블에 적층된 나선형 인덕터를 내장하여 다기능 케이블을 위한 공통 모드 필터를 제안하였다. 공통 모드 필터가 내장된 FPC 케이블은 별도의 SMD(Surface Mounted Device) 필터 없이 연성 케이블과 공통 모드 차단 특성을 가짐으로서, 다기능 케이블이라는 새로운 개념을 제시한다. 내장된 공통 모드 필터는 광대역의 공통 모드 차단 대역을 가지고 손실이 큰 페라이트와 같은 자성 물질을 사용하지 않아 차동 모드 삽입 손실 및 반사 손실이 향상되었다. 3-turn 인덕터를 가진 공통 모드 필터는 공통 모드차단 대역이 0.4~3.12 ㎓이며, 페라이트를 적용한 상용 LTCC(Low Temperature Co-fire Ceramic) 공통 모드 필터에 비해 3 ㎓에서 1.95 ㏈, 8 ㎓에서 6.97 ㏈의 향상된 차동 모드 삽입 손실을 갖는다. In this paper, a spiral shaped common mode filter(CMF) embedded in a flexible printed circuit board(FPCB) is proposed for a multi-function cable. The CMF embedded in a FPC cable presents a new concept as a multi-function cable by the common mode rejection characteristics without a surface mounted device(SMD) CMF. The embedded CMF has a wideband common mode rejection bandwidth and an enhanced differential mode characteristics compared to conventional CMFs that use a magnetic material such as a ferrite of high loss. The proposed CMF of 3 turn inductors has a common mode rejection bandwidth from 0.4 ㎓ to 3.12 ㎓ and has 1.95 ㏈ at 3 ㎓, 6.97 ㏈ at 8 ㎓ improvements of a differential mode insertion loss compared to the commercial LTCC(Low Temperature Co-fire Ceramics) CMFs.
양식 동자개(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)의 Edwardsiella ictaluri 감염

We observed yellow catfish Pelteobagrus fulvidraco fingerlings cultured in land ponds in Korea swimming in a corkscrew spiral pattern while hanging head-up and tail-down at the water surface, before eventually dying. Externally, these fish displayed “hole in the head” disease, pale gills, and hemorrhages in the base of the pectoral and caudal fins; internally they had liver hemorrhages and kidney discoloration. The bacterium Edwardsiella ictaluri (YCK-01 and YCL-01) was identified in the kidneys and livers of diseased fish via phenotypic characteristics and PCR analysis using the ictaluri-specific primers IVS (an intervening sequence) and IRS (the inter-ribosomal spacer). Infectivity challenges by intraperitoneal and immersion routes showed that a representative bacterial strain (YCK) exhibited strong virulence to yellow catfish, with an LD50 of 3.2 × 104 CFU/fish and 2.5 × 106 CFU/mL, respectively. This is the first report of E. ictaluri infection in yellow catfish from Korea.

To evaluate the non-specific defence activity of cultured flounder, Paralichthys olivaceus, the antibacterial effect of the serum, skin mucus and homogenate of various organs asainst fish pathogenic bacteria, Aeromonas hydrophila, Edwardsiella tarda, Vibrio anguillarum, Streptococcus sp., and Staphylococcus epidermidis and the activities of lysozyme, proteolytic enzyme and chitinolytic enzyme as non-specific defence factor were investigated. Kidney and liver showed the highest antibacterial activity by lysoplate assay on agar plate mixed with pathogens. Turbidimetric assay was carried out for the lysozyme activity of fish samples against lyophilized cells of Micrococcus lysodeiktikus. The kidney appeared to have the highest activity(96 units/ml), followed in decending order by eye ball, liver and spleen. Activities of proteolytic enzymes and chitinolytic enzymes were involved for antibacterial effects of all samples except mucus too. Therefore, flounder is considered as fish strain having effective defence mechanism based on the antibacterial activities, but low defence effect of mucus is thought to be related with frequent outbreak of disease in flounder.
바이오매스 연료 투입 비율에 따른 순환유동층 보일러의 성능 특성 연구

In this study, biomass fuel was injected into a domestic 200 MW fluidized bed boiler to study the characteristics of the boiler’s flow state and performance changes. As the biomass mixing ratio increased, the temperature of the upper part of the boiler increased and combustibility increased. As the amount of biomass increased, the amount of fuel (coal) relatively decreased, and the temperature of the cyclone outlet decreased; it was confirmed that the combustibility increased. As the amount of the circulation flow substance of small particulate matter (ash) increased to the upper part, the upper pressure determines that heat transfer due to the conduction of the water wall tube increased and combustibility improved. It was determined that the heat absorption amount of the rear heat transfer part to the heat exchanger increased and the heat distribution due to the amount of exhaust gas increased.
