The purpose of this study was to analysis the factors in order to activate Taekwondo gymnasium that take a side view of a leader, intrinsic constitution, marketing strategy, geographical and environmental condition, and then forecast Taekwondo's future in the age of information. Now, in the domestic Taekwondo gymnasium the elementary students are training only. Perhaps a middle or high school student who is training Taekwondo, He is player or to enter physical education department and Taekwon department. Especially, There is no the scenes of aeged people's practice. Taekwondo is the standard sport center for children, but did not connect life sport for adolescent or aged people. It is Taekwondo handicap. A reliance of Taekwondo leader's personality who perfume sincery, seriousness, personality is the most important factors to overcome today's phenomenon. We must continue a serial effort to recreate Taekwondo terms, basic action, pomsae according to a period sense. Educational philosopy that is surrounding leader's teaching methods and teaching program, management strategy are device of competive power besides. Moreover, gymnasium's geographical and environmental condition are considered a important factor that charge a half of management success. Finally, Taekwondo will be loved many people as a nature alternative sport in the period of knowledge and information.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of participation of the physical educational club on high school students' self-esteem and mental health improvement. The subjects for this study were 126 male students who were studying in an Electronic High-Tech High School. All of subjects were freshman. Subjects were divided into two groups. The experimental group was 63 male students who were acting in the Physical Educational Club, and the control group was 63 male students who did not join any student club. Pre-test was conducted on March when the school start, and post-test was completed on October(after 7 months). The statistical method was used paired t-test. The results of this investigation were as follow. 1. The experimental group who were participated in physical education club had more significantly positive improvement than control group on general self-esteem and social self-esteem. 2. The experimental group who were participated in physical education club had more positive effect than control group on the decrease of obsessive-compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, paranoid ideation, anxiety, phobic anxiety.

For the investigation of occurrence of insect pests and their natural enemies, total number of 353 controlled agricultural farms were visited and surveyed. In the 73% of total controlled agricultural farms, 52 species insect pests were occurred. Among these pests, the western flower thrip (Frankliniella occidentalis), the two spotted spider mite (Tetranychus urticae), the greenhouse whitefly (Trialeurodes vaporariorum), the cotton aphid (Aphis gossypii) and the green peach aphid (Myzus persicae) were mainly occurred. On the other hand, small numbers of natural enemies were sustained in 40 controlled agricultural farms, which was 11% and 17% of visited farms and pest occurred farms, respectively. For the most part of collected natural enemies, there were included in Braconid, Coccinellid and Anthocorid, as 63, 20 and 8% of them, respectively.
Residual contact bioassay for the rapid diagnosis of acaricide resistance in Tetranychus urticae

To establish a rapid diagnosis method for the monitoring of acaricide resistance in the two-spotted spider mite, Tetranychus urticae, we evaluated the performance of residual contact vial (RCV) method as a routine bioassay for T. urticae by using two widely used acaricides, abamectin and tebupenpyrad. Appropriate concentrations of test acaricides were dissolved in acetone and evenly coated (100 μl) onto the inside wall of a 4-ml glass vial using a rolling machine. The average survival times in untreated control vial was longer than 12 hrs in the absence of food or water regardless of cap being closed or open. Webbing behavior of mites inside the vial, which may interfere with maximum chemical contact, began to be observed from 8 hrs post treatment. The minimum concentrations causing 100% mortality within 8 hrs posttreatment in a susceptible strain of T. urticae were determined to be 30 and 60 ppm in abamectin and tebupenpyrad, respectively. Dose-response curve was significantly affected by temperature in both acaricides, in which the knockdown rate increased greatly as temperature increased. The endpoint mortality at 6-8 hrs posttreatment, however, was not significantly affected by temperature. Nymphal stage of mites showed more rapid intoxication response than adults but endpoint mortality at 6-8 hrs posttreatment was not substantially different between developmental stages. When compared with the results from conventional spray method, RCV method showed moderate to high correlation coefficients (r=0.51~0.98), suggesting that it is a reliable in determining susceptibility of T. urticae. The vial-coated pesticides were stable at least one year when stored at -20°C as determined by LC-MS/MS analysis. Moreover, there was no significant difference in the bioassay results in repeated experiments with three different persons, indicative of high reproducibility of RCV. The RCV diagnostic kit, when used by farmers on site, should provide crucial and essential information for the selection of most suitable acaricides for different field populations of T. urticae.
