As apartments built to address overcrowding in the Seoul metropolitan area have become dilapidated, the housing performance has been reduced and the shortage of parking lots has become more serious. Parking lots can be secured by remodeling, but there are not enough cases. The study aims to develop WBS for expansion of underground parking lots, drawing detailed work to calculate construction costs. The derived WBSs were applied to the case complex and analyzed. As a result, 12 activities were derived for Alternative 1(extended after its existence) and 24 activities for Alternative 2(extended after demolition).
RPA(Robotic Process Automation) 도입과 효율성 개선에 관한 연구

최근 4차 산업혁명과 포스트 코로나 시대의 언택트 흐름에 발맞추어 Digitalization 가속화가 필요한 사회적인 흐름과 특히, 정부의 주 52시간 근무제도입을 통한 근무 환경의 변화와 밀레이얼 세대들의 단순, 반복적인 업무를 기피하는 현상이 대두됨으로서 기업들은 인력 운영의 어려움이 가중되고 있는 관계로 효율적인 인력 운영을 위해 사무환경 자동화를 위한 RPA(Robotic Process Automation)에 여러 산업 분야에서 Back-Office 업무 위주로 도입하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 단순, 반복적인 업무를 RPA로 대체함에 따라 업무 유형별 POC(POC: proof of concep,개념증명)사업을 통해 Digital 업무 전환 및 RPA 기반으로 업무 자동화 체계를 구축 함으로써, RPA도입 후의 업무 효율성 향상에 대한 사례 제시와 정량적 분석을 통한 업무 효율화 방안을 찾고자 한다.
A Study of the Optical Properties of Cosmetics Measured by Polarized Light Goniophotometry

Polymethylmethacrylate powders are commonly used to improve the spreadability and blurring effects of powder foundation cosmetics. In this study, the opacity and haze effect of four types of polymethylmethacrylate powders and their 10wt% powder foundation formulation was evaluated. The distorted random hemispherical particulates with both concave and convex portions showed the highest haze and opacity value as a single powder substance. And as a formulated phase, the powder foundation formulation containing particulates with fine pores provided the highest haze and opacity value. We also examined the quantity of reflected light over the angular range 20-75° by polarized light goniophotometry. The total reflected light intensity, surface-reflected light, and internally reflected light were characterized. These studies demonstrated that hemispherical PMMA powders produce natural brilliance by creating high internally reflected light which is similar to the total reflection profile of artificial skin.
