계층 3의 라우팅과 계층 2의 레이블 스위칭 기술을 통합한 MPLS는 고속의 전달, 트래픽 엔지니어링 그리고 가상 사설망 서비스의 지원을 가능하게 한다. 레이블 스위치 및 제어기 사이에서 동작하는 GSMP 프로토콜을 연결, 구성, 장애, 성능관리 및 동기화 기능을 제공하는 개방형 인터페이스이다. 개방형 인터페이스는 다양한 융통성을 제공하는 반면에 전통적인 스위치-대-스위치 연결설정에 비하여 지연을 감수하여야 한다. GSMP 기반의 개방형 인터페이스에서 망 관리를 위한 SNMP에이전트는 레이블 스위치 또는 제어기에 탑재될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 MPLS네트워크의 전달평면과 제어평면사이에 적용된 GSMP 인터페이스에서 병렬형 연결설정 방안과 망 관리 모델에 대하여 제안하였다. MPLS, which integrates routing of layer 3 and switching of layer 2, enables support of fast forwarding, traffic engineering and virtual private network services. GSMP is open interface, which provides connection, configuration, event and performance management and adjacency protocol between label switch and controller. The GSMP open interface separates control plane and transport plane. This separation allows flexibility in the network, but it suffers more setup delay than the traditional switch-by-switch connection setup. In the GSMP open interface, the functions of network management will be located either in controller or in label switch. This paper proposes parallel mechanism of connection establishment and network management model, in which the GSMP open interface is applied between control plane and transport plane of the MPLS network.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to compare the incidence of possible complications of cervical lateral screw fixation and the achievements of bicortical purchase using the Roy-Camille, Magerl and the modified methods. Methods : Six fresh-frozen cervical spine segments were harvested. The Roy-Camille technique was applied to C3 and C4, and the Magerl technique was applied to C5, C6, and C7 of one side of each cadaver. The modified technique was applied to the other side of each cadaver. The nerve root injury, violation of the facet joint, vertebral artery injury, and the bicortication were examined at each screwing level. Results : No vertebral artery injury was observed in any of the three methods. One nerve root injury was observed in each cervical spine segment using the Roy-Camille method (8.3%), the Magerl method (5.6%), and the modified method (3.3%). Facet joint injuries were observed in two cervical spinal segments using the Roy-Camille method (16.7%) and three with the Magerl method (16.7%), while five facet joint violations occurred when using the modified method (16.7%). Bicortical purchases were achieved on ten cervical spinal segments with the Roy-Camille method (83.3%) and Magerl method (55.6%), while twenty bicortical purchases were achieved in the modified method (66.7%). Conclusion : The advantages of the modified method are that it is performed by using given anatomical structures and that the complication rate is as low as those of other known methods. This modified method can be performed easily and safely without fluoroscopic assistance for the treatment of many cervical diseases.
Cerebral Dissecting Aneurysms in Patients with Essential Thrombocythemia

The etiologies of intracranial artery dissection are various, the exogenous as well as inherited connective tissue disorders. We report on a patient who presented with diffuse subarachnoid hemorrhage who had been suffered from essential thrombocythemia. He was diagnosed to multiple dissecting aneurysms of left superior cerebellar artery, left posterior inferior cerebellar artery and right pericallosal artery and treated with endovascular coil embolization.

Objective : Selecting an appropriate guiding catheter to provide both sufficient supportability for working devices and sufficient distal navigability is essential for ensuring the success of a procedure. This study aimed to evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of using the ENVOY 6F distal access (DA) guiding catheter in coil embolization of anterior circulation cerebral aneurysms. Methods : We included 98 patients (72 [73.5%] women, median age: 63 [range: 25-84] years) who underwent endovascular coiling with the ENVOY 6F DA guiding catheter from May to November 2016. We analyzed data on patient demographics and the number of co-axial techniques to position the guiding catheter, initial and final location of the catheter, and complications related to the catheter. Results : The co-axial technique was used to position the ENVOY 6F DA guiding catheter in the internal carotid artery (ICA) in 20 cases (20.41%). The initial position of the ENVOY 6F DA guiding catheter involved the cervical ICA (79.6%), horizontal petrous ICA (17.3%), and vertical petrous ICA (3.1%). Final control angiograms after endovascular coiling showed proximal change in the final, compared to the initial, position of the ENVOY 6F DA guiding catheter in 25 cases (25.51%). Procedure-related complications were observed in nine patients (9.18%), involving vasospasm in all cases; however, there was no symptomatic case. Conclusion : The ENVOY 6F DA guiding catheter had relatively sufficient distal navigability without symptomatic procedural complications. However, the change in the catheter position after endovascular coiling denoted insufficient supportability.
동적 네트워크 환경하의 분산 에이전트를 활용한 병렬 유전자 알고리즘 기법

네트워크를 통하여 서로 연결된 컴퓨팅 자원들의 집합을 분산 시스템이라고 정의할 수 있다. 최적화 문제 영역에서 가장 중요한 해결 기법 중에 하나인 병렬 유전자 알고리즘은 분산 시스템을 기반으로 하고 있다. 인터넷과 이동 컴퓨팅과 같은 동적 네트워크 환경 하에서 네트워크의 상태는 가변적으로 변할 수 있어 기존의 병렬 유전자 알고리즘을 분산 시스템에서 최적화 문제를 해결하기 위하여 그대로 사용하기에는 비효율적이다. 본 논문에서는 동적 네트워크 환경 하에서 분산 에이전트를 사용하여 병렬 유전자 알고리즘을 효율적으로 사용할 수 있는 기법을 제시한다. Distributed Systems can be defined as set of computing resources connected by computer network. One of the most significant techniques in optimization problem domains is parallel genetic algorithms, which are based on distributed systems. Since the status of dynamic network environments such as Internet and mobile computing, can be changed continually, it must not be efficient on the dynamic environments to solve an optimization problem using previous parallel genetic algorithms themselves. In this paper, we propose the effective technique, in which the parallel genetic algorithm can be used efficiently on the dynamic network environments.
