The relevance of the study is due to the fact that in recent years, a number of technologies for the processing of waters with a priority content of copper zinc and manganese have been developed as remedial measures, which make it possible to obtain additional metal-containing products and improve the quality of water purification. This article aims to analyze the measures of protection of the ecological system in the South Urals. Leading approach to the study of this problem is monitoring that has afforded revealing peculiarities of natural and technogenic waters of mining enterprises in the South Urals. The materials of the paper imply the practical significance for the university teachers of the ecological specializations.

In this research, an inventory management model is developed by the seller for a three-echelon supply chain, which also includes a central warehouse, along with order constraints. In this method, the seller monitors the level of inventory of the retailer so that it determines the time and amount of products for the seller and the retailer and reduces the inventory costs for the seller and the retailer. Sales inventory management in the supply chain has an integrated approach to planning and controlling materials and information in the production and distribution chain, transportation, warehouses and customers. One of the objectives of the proposed mathematical model is to determine the inventory of retailers, vendors, central warehouse and the optimal refund rate for the seller and central warehouse, which ultimately leads to a reduction in the cost of the entire system. In this study, after presenting a three-objective mathematical model to study the three-level supply chain by considering several retailers and multiple vendors and the central warehouse, the model is solved using GAMS software by the Epsilon constraint method and to test. The validation of the proposed model is examined by providing an example of the proposed model.

Rice Fungal Diseases Recognition Using Modern Computer Vision Techniques
Igor V. Arinichev,Sergey V. Polyanskikh,Galina V. Volkova,Irina V. Arinicheva 한국지능시스템학회 2021 INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL of FUZZY LOGIC and INTELLIGE Vol.21 No.1
In the article, the authors study the possibility of detecting some fungal diseases of rice using visual computing and machine learning techniques. Leaf blast and brown spot diseases are considered. Modern computer vision methods based on convolutional neural networks are used to identify a particular disease on an image. The authors compare the four most successful and compact convolutional neural network architectures: GoogleNet, ResNet-18, SqueezeNet-1.0, and DenseNet-121. The authors show that in the dataset used for the analysis, the disease can be detected with an accuracy of at least 95%. Testing the algorithm on real data not used in training showed an accuracy of up to 95.6%. This is a good indicator of the reliability and stability of the obtained solution even to a change in the data distribution. Data not used in training showed an accuracy of up to 95.6%. Background: Some of the most debilitating symptoms of fibromyalgia (FM) include widespread chronic pain, sleep disturbances, chronic fatigue, anxiety, and depression. Yet, there is a lack of effective self-management exercise interventions capable of alleviating FM symptoms. The objective of this study is to examine the efficacy of a 10-week daily Qigong, a mind–body intervention program, on FM symptoms. Methods: 20 participants with FM were randomly assigned to Qigong (experimental) or sham-Qigong (control) groups, with participants blinded to the intervention allocation. The Qigong group practiced mild body movements synchronized with deep diaphragmatic breathing and meditation. The sham-Qigong group practiced only mild body movements. Both groups practiced the interventions two times per day at home, plus one weekly group practice session with a Qigong instructor. Primary outcomes were: pain changes measured by the Short-Form McGill Pain Questionnaire, a visual analog scale for pain, pressure pain threshold measured by a dolorimeter. Secondary outcomes were: the Revised Fibromyalgia Impact Questionnaire the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale and the Quality of Life Scale. Results: The experimental group experienced greater clinical improvements when compared to the control group on the mean score differences of pain, sleep quality, chronic fatigue, anxiety, depression, and fibromyalgia impact, all being statistically significant at p < 0.05. Conclusion: Daily practice of Qigong appears to have a positive impact on the main fibromyalgia symptoms that is beyond group interaction. Trial registration: ClinicalTrials.gov NCT03441997.

Paenibacillus polymyxa is a promising plant-growth-promoting rhizobacterium that associates with a wide range of host plants, including agronomically important ones. Inoculation of wheat seedlings with P. polymyxa strains CCM 1465 and 92 was found to increase the mitotic index of the root cells 1.2- and 1.6-fold, respectively. Treatment of seedlings with the exopolysaccharides (EPSs) of these strains increased the mitotic index 1.9-fold (P. polymyxa CCM 1465) and 2.8-fold (P. polymyxa 92). These increases indicate activation of cell division in the root meristems. Analysis of the morphometric variables of the seedlings showed that P. polymyxa CCM 1465, P. polymyxa 92, and their EPSs promoted wheat growth, increasing root and shoot length up to 22% and root and shoot dry weight up to 28%, as compared with the control. In addition, both strains were found to intensely colonize the seedling root surface. Thus, P. polymyxa EPSs are active metabolites that, along with whole cells, are responsible for the contact interactions of the bacteria with wheat roots and are implicated in the induction of plant responses to these interactions. The strains used in this work are of interest for further study to broaden the existing understanding of the mechanisms of plant–bacterial interactions and to develop effective biofertilizers for agricultural purposes.

This paper reports a methodological approach to quantitatively assess the effectiveness of the Blue Ocean Strategy inthe Russian steel market that makes the competition irrelevant. Based on the simulation method, qualitative and quantitative dependencies are determined between firm economic performance and the implementation of the Blue Ocean,Red Ocean, and Monopoly strategies. It is shown by the example of the Russian steel market that Blue Ocean Strategyenables to get a significantly higher level of profit for the enterprise as compared to the implementation of the RedOcean Strategy, even in a monopolistic market. This is provided by creating innovative value, manifested in the minimization of social losses in the market, ensuring the possibility of establishing a higher market value while reducingproduction costs. The results of the paper may serve as an aid to the effective development of small and medium-sizedbusinesses by providing a sound quantitative framework to quantify the value of innovation. This article gives an insight into how firms can create blue oceans of uncontested market space to prosper in the future, providing an opportunity to evaluate the effectiveness of the chosen strategy to minimize risks.
A Neural Network-Based Approach to Multiple Wheat Disease Recognition
Igor V. Arinichev,Sergey V. Polyanskikh,Irina V. Arinicheva,Galina V. Volkova,Irina P. Matveeva 한국지능시스템학회 2022 INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL of FUZZY LOGIC and INTELLIGE Vol.22 No.1
In this paper, modern computer vision methods are proposed for detecting multiple diseases in wheat leaves. The authors demonstrate that modern neural network architectures are capable of qualitatively detecting and classifying diseases, such as yellow spots, yellow rust, and brown rust, even in cases in which multiple diseases are simultaneously present on the plant. For certain classes of diseases, the main multilabel metrics (accuracy, micro-/macro-precision, recall, and F1-score) range from 0.95 to 0.99. This indicates the possibility of recognizing several diseases on a leaf with an accuracy equal to that of an expert phytopathologist. The architecture of the neural network used in this case is lightweight, which makes it possible to use offline on mobile devices.
