        건선 , 백반증 , 국소성 경피증 병소내 한선의 약물반응성에 대한 연구 - Skin Surface Hydrometer를 이용한 측정 -

        In a previous communication, we described a relatively simpli. method for assaying quantities of sweat using the skin surface hydrometer. In order to evaluate the pharmacologic response of weat glands in psoriasis, vitiligo and loalized scleroderma, we measured the basal skin conductance and the quantity of sweat induced by intradermal injections of pilocarpine nitrate in the lesional and per ilesional skin. The results were as follows : 1. In psoriatic plaques, based skin surface hydration and the sweat response to pilocarpine was markedly reduced (p<0.05), but there were no significant differences in normal perilesional skin. 2. In generalized vitiligo, basal skin surface hydration and the sweat gland response was normal. In the case of the segmental type, there was a slightly decreased sweat response in the lesion but, not significant statistically. 3. In the morphea plaque, basal skin surface hydration and the sw.at response to pilocarpine was markedly reduced but was normal in perilesional skin. This study presents evidence of the functional changes in the development of sweat secretion and surface hydration in the lesions of psoriasis, morphec and segmental type of vitiligo. The demonstration of ahnormalities in the pharmacolopic response to pilocarpine induction led us to suggest the possibility that some degree of sweat gland involvement is induced by the pathogenetic mechanisms of these diseases.       • 크리깅모델을 이용한 2 층 열차 차체의 최적설계

        Metamodels such as response surface model (RSM) and kriging model are used to meet weight minimization of a double-deck train car-body. Weight minimization problem of the double-deck train car-body is required to decide 36 design variables of thicknesses for large aluminum extruded panel while satisfying stress constraints. Therefore, we attempt to reduce the number of design variables by using RSM as a screening process based on orthogonal array design. Global sensitivity and Pareto plot of responses with respect to design variables are employed as screening criterion. After screening design variables, maximum entropy sampling is employed to select additional sample points. We construct kriging model for the mass and maximum stress of a double-deck train car-body with the reduced design variables. Optimization based on kriging model is performed and the merits of this design methodology are discussed.

        체감형 게임 인터페이스를 이용한 멀티미디어 구현

        컴퓨터의 하드웨어와 소프트웨어의 기술력이 진보 할수록 모든 미디어는 융합되고 멀티미디어화 되어 간다. 특히 게임 인터페이스의 발전 속도는 상상을 초월할 정도로 급속히 발전되어 가고 있고, 이러한 인터랙티브 요소가 강한 게임에는 다양한 입력 인터페이스가 사용되는데, 최근에는 키보드나 마우스, 조이스틱이 없이 사용자의 동작만을 이용한 제감형 인터페이스가 사용 되고 있다. 체감형 게임의 입력장치로는 일반적인 웹캠을 사용하여 구현할 수 있지만, 이러한 전자적인 센서 대신에 동작 입력 인터페이스를 간단히 알고리즘으로 구현하여 인터렉티브한 멀티미디어 작품을 제작할 수 있다. The media has merged into multi-media when the more technology for computer advanced. Particularly technical field of game, the development of interface has making rapidly progress. A Tangible of an input interface that takes only the user's motion without any instruments like a mouse a keyboard or joystick is the most recent used primarily for interactive game. The motion input interface uses a very simple algorithm to create a multi-media art work even if the typical web-cam could be used as a sensory of input interface. I'm making the algorithm of a Tangible of game's motion-tracking on this paper and also produce a multi-media video by using this algorithm.

        이명증 환자 중증도와 삶의 질의 상관 연구

        Objective : This study was done to investigate the correlation between general quality of life(QOL) and disease specific QOL of tinnitus patients. Methods : 2009 National health and nutrition survey(NHNS) data were employed for analyzing the mean estimates of total population and tinnitus sub-group patients, and predicting the regression equation of mapping between EQ-5D and disease severity. Baseline statistical analyses and normality tests were done by using Student t-test, Chi-square test, Shapiro-Wilk test and ladder test. Hierarchial regression analyses were performed using related variables and predicted the optimal regression equations. Statistical significance was achieved if the probability was less than 5%. Results : Firstly, the standardized prevalence of tinnitus patient in South Korea was 18.69% and over 90th age-group was relatively higher than other groups. Mean value of domestic QOL measured by EQ-5D was estimated as 0.9486 and QOL of tinnitus subgroup(0.9169) was lower than the non-tinnitus subgroup(0.9559), significantly. Stratified by age and sex, QOLs of all sub-groups with tinnitus were lower than without tinnitus sub-groups significantly. Regression equations from 2009 NHNS data were developed using hierarchial regression analysis which is as follows. $$Y_{EQ-5D}=0.9224-0.0079{\times}T1-0.0261{\times}T2-0.0951{\times}T3+\sum_{i=1}^{n}{\beta}_i{\times}X_i\\{\hspace{95}}(0.0106){\hspace{3}}(0.0037){\hspace{30}}(0.0072){\hspace{30}}(0.0038)$$ ($X_i$=Other explanatory variables except Tinnitus QOL1, 2, 3, ${\beta}$= Regression Coefficient of Model 4) Conclusion : We confirmed the correlation among THI and EQ-5D and HUI-III, and developed the inference for regression equation of EQ-5D.
