유례없는 코로나19 재난으로 인해 전세계가 고통을 받고 있지만, 그중에서도 이주민은 많은 사회에서 약자이며, 이로 인해 더 많은 위험과 어려움에 직면하게 된다. 특히 인간의 삶의 질에 중대한 영향을 미치는 의료, 직업, 교육의 측면에 이주민이 처한 현실은 매우 어렵다는 점이 여러 실증적 자료로부터 나타나고 있다. 이 연구에서는 이와 같은 관점에서 한국사회 뿐만 아니라 국제적으로 나타나고 있는 이주민에 대한 불균등한 재난의 영향에 주목하고, 이를 나타내는 여러 지표들을 살펴본다. 많은 국가에서 이주민은 코로나19 감염에 상대적으로 많이 노출되어 있었으며, 노동 이주를 위한 입·출국과 실업률 면에서 취약성을 나타내고 있다. 뿐만 아니라 많은 국가에서 이주민 자녀들의 인터넷 접근성이 비교적 떨어짐에 따라 비대면 교육 과정에서 교육기회의 불균등을 겪고 있는 것으로 나타난다. 그럼에도 한국의 입법체계는 국적을 가진 국민을 중심으로 하므로 재난상황에서 이주민에 대한 배려와 포용이 상대적으로 미흡하다. 코로나19 이후 여러 시행착오와 구체적 문제에 직면하면서 어느 정도 정책적 대처가 있었으나, 여전히 정책의 사각지대가 남아 있다. 이 논문에서는 현재의 코로나19 재난상황에서 외국인의 상황에 비추어 공정한 회복(just recovery)를 위한 외국인 관련 입법과 정책에 대해 논의하였다. While the world is suffering from the unprecedented COVID-19 disaster, migrants, who are socially disadvantaged in many societies, face with more risks and difficulties. In particular, various empirical data show that migrants are very difficult in the aspects of medical care, occupation, and education, which have a significant impact on the quality of human life. From this perspective, this study pays attention to the impact of unequal disasters on migrants not only in Korean society but also internationally, and examines several indicators that show the phenomena. In many countries, migrants have been exposed to relatively high levels of COVID-19 infection, showing vulnerability in terms of international migration and employment. In addition, in many countries, it appears that children of migrants are experiencing unequal educational opportunities in the non-face-to-face education process as their Internet access is relatively low. On the other hand, Korea’s legislative system is centered only on the people who has nationality, so consideration for migrants in disaster situations is relatively insufficient. After COVID-19, there have been some policy responses in the face of trial and error and specific problems, but there are still blind spots in the policy. In this paper, we discussed legislation and policies related to foreigners for just recovery in light of the situation of foreigners in the current COVID-19 disaster situation.

Using the 120-chapter edition Water Margin as the main research object, this paper studied the ‘Perspectives of Chinese and Barbarian’ and ‘China consciousness’ shown in Water Margin, and examined the characteristics of the text and the contexts of forming it. The traditional idea of Chinese and Barbarian including the Chinese order of the all-under-the-heaven system is revealed in Water Margin, but ‘China consciousness’ of the nationalistic features as a ‘nation’ is more clearly emphasized. The Song Jiang group described as loyal heroes can also be a result to reflect contemporary context in several layers in the long process that the relevant stories were created and novelized. The country’s safety was dangerous in the late Northern Song Dynasty itself, the background of the story. The Southern Song Dynasty that Shuihu’s heroic tale began to be in fashion was the period right after the ruin of the Northern Song Dynasty by the Jin Dynasty. The Yuan Dynasty, when Shuihu hero-related plays were prevalent, was ruled by Mongolia. The period that it was created as the novel was around the late Yuan and early Ming Dynasty which was overflowing with the anti-Yuan feeling. In the late Ming Dynasty that it began to be in fashion as the novel, when nationalistic sentiment was rising again due to the invasion of Japanese pirates, the rise of the Manchus, and furthermore the invasion of the ‘Western barbarians’. In the context which can be a perceptual change in the civilization map from ‘the all-under-the-heaven system’ to ‘a nation’ like this, the story of Song Jiang group had difficulties in escaping from the framework of the nationalistic idea to be again born and widely welcomed as a hero in the novel, and on the contrary, such appearance was more required. ‘Loyalty’ of ‘defense of the fatherland’ was put up as the primary value in Water Margin as a natural consequence. In addition, the point that they became the greatest hero that ever lived in the tragic ending and the value of loyalty and righteousness which is paradoxically more emphasized through this tragic also can be regarded products in this framework after all. Like this, Water Margin is in a pivotal position in terms of Chinese nationalistic hero narratives and made a considerable contribution to expansive reproduction of the Chinese nationalistic feeling as it was in fashion as very popular reading. And the meanings and values of the Song Jiang group’s tragic which could not be sublimated into the more universal level leave somewhat to be desired, but this should be seen as the basic limit resulting from the story of Water Margin and the historical context of forming it.
결정방향에 따른 결정질 실리콘 태양전지 후면전계 특성 연구

최근 태양전지 제조비용 절감을 위해 초박형 실리콘 태양전지 개발이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 이에 따라 후면전계(Back Surface Field, BSF) 특성에 대한 관심이 높아지는 추세이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 후면의 결정방향 및 표면구조에 따라 형성되는 후면전계(BSF)의 특성에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 후면이 절삭손상층 식각(Saw damage etching) 후 (100)면이 드러난 실리콘 기판과 텍스쳐링(Texturing) 후 (111)면이 드러난 실리콘 기판에 후면 전극을 스크린 인쇄 후 Ramp up rate을 달리 하여 소성 공정(RTP system)을 통해 후면전계(BSF)를 형성하여 비교하였다. 후면전계(BSF)의 형상과 특성만을 평가하기 위하여 염산을 이용하여 후면 전극층을 제거하였다. 후면 전극 제거 후 주사전자현미경(Scanning Electron Microscopy)과 3차원 미세형상측정기(Non-contacting optical profiler)로 후면전계(BSF)의 형상을 비교하였다. 또한 후면전계(BSF)의 특성을 평가하고자 Quasi-Steady-State Photo Conductance(QSSPC)를 사용하여 포화전류(Saturation current, J_0)을 측정하였고, 면저항 측정기(4-point probe)로 면저항을 측정하여 비교하였다. 후면 전계(BSF)는 (100)면과 (111)면에서 모두 Ramp up rate이 빠를수록 향상된 특성을 보였고, (111)면에서 더 큰 차이를 보였다.

<P>Passivated emitter and rear contact (PERC) is a promising technology owing to high efficiency can be achieved with p-type wafer and their easily applicable to existing lines. In case of using p-type mono wafer, 0.5-1% efficiency increase is expected with PERC technologies compared to existing Al BSF solar cells, while for multi-wafer solar cells it is 0.5-0.8%. We addressed the optimization of PERC solar cells using the Al paste. The paste was prepared from the aluminum-silicon alloy with eutectic composition to avoid the formation of voids that degrade the open-circuit voltage. The glass frit of the paste was changed to improve adhesion. Scanning electron microscopy revealed voids and local back surface field between the aluminum electrode and silicon base. We confirmed the conditions on the SiNx passivation layer for achieving higher efficiency and better adhesion for long-term stability. The cell characteristics were compared across cells containing different pastes. PERC solar cells with the Al/Si eutectic paste exhibited the efficiency of 19.6%.</P>
Rapid Thermal Process를 이용한 실리콘 태양전지의 국부적 후면 전극 최적화

현재 상용화되고 있는 단결정 실리콘 태양전지는 알루미늄 페이스트를 이용하여 후면의 전 영역에 전계를 형성한다. 최근에는 고효율을 얻기 위하여 후면에 패시베이션 효과와 장파장에 대한 반사도를 증가 시키는 SiNx막을 증착 후, 국부적으로 전계를 형성하는 국부 후면 전극(Local back surface field)기술이 연구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 전면만 텍스쳐 된 단결정 실리콘 웨이퍼를 이용하였다. Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition(PECVD)를 이용하여 전,후면에 SiNx를 증착 하였고 후면의 국부적인 전극 패턴 형성을 위하여 SiNx 식각용 페이스트를 사용한 스크린 프린팅 기술을 이용하였다. 스크린 프린팅을 이용하여 패턴이 형성된 후면에 알루미늄을 인쇄 한 후 Rapid Thermal Process(RTP)를 이용하여 소성 공정 조건을 변화시켰다. 소성 조건 동안 형성되는 후면 전계층은 peak 온도와 승온속도, 냉각 속도에 따라 형상이나 특성이 변화하기 때문에 소성 조건을 변화시키며 국부적 후면 전계 형성의 최적화에 관한 연구를 수행하였다. 패이스트를 이용하여 SiNx를 식각 후 광학 현미경(Optical Microscopy)을 사용하여 SiNx의 식각 유무를 살펴보았고, RTP로 형성된 국부 전계층의 형성 두께, 주변 부분의 형상을 살피기 위해 도핑 영역을 혼합수용액으로 식각하여 주사 전자 현미경(SEM)을 이용하여 관찰 하였다. 또한 후면의 특성을 살펴보기 위해 분광 광도계(UV/VIS/NIR Spectrophotometer)를 사용하여 후면 SiNx층의 유무에 따른 반사도를 비교, 측정 하였다.
Silk Amino Acids Improve Physical Stamina and Male Reproductive Function of Mice

<P>The effects of a silk amino acid (SAA) preparation on the physical stamina and male reproductive function of mice were investigated. Eight-week-old male ICR mice (29—31 g) were orally administered SAA (50, 160 or 500 mg/kg) for 44 d during 30-min daily swimming exercise. The mice were subjected to a weight-loaded (5% of body weight) forced swimming on the 14th, 28th and 42nd day to determine maximum swimming time, and after a 2-d recovery period (treated with SAA without swimming exercise), parameters related to fatigue and reproductive function were analyzed from blood, muscles and reproductive organs. Repeated swimming exercise increased the maximum swimming time to some extent, in spite of a marked reduction in body weight gain, and SAA further enhanced the stamina in a dose-dependent manner. Forced swimming exercises increased blood parameters of tissue injury, but depleted blood glucose and tissue glycogen, which were substantially prevented by SAA treatment. In addition, SAA significantly reduced the muscular thiobarbituric acid-reactive substances and blood corticosterone content increased by forced swimming. Swimming exercise decreased the blood testosterone level, which was recovered by SAA, leading to enhanced sperm counts. These combined results indicate that SAA not only enhances physical stamina by minimizing damage to tissues, including muscles, as well as preventing energy depletion caused by swimming stress, but also improves male reproductive function by increasing testosterone and sperm counts.</P>
