This study has performed to analyse the measurement the main hall of Catholic churches and to find out general room acoustical characteristics. Furthermore, extracted data could be used in subjective evaluation for optimum values of each physical parameter. For the reason, we surveyed whole Catholic churches located in Gwangju metropolitan city and finally chose 11 churches to measure. Room volume of buildings chosen is ranged widely from 1,782 to 9,195 cubic meter so that measured values can be distributed including various characteristics of acoustical parameters. As a result, the differences of values using PA system as sound source were larger than those using omnidirectional speaker in the center part of alter and values of D50 and C80 in the balcony floor were especially appeared to have different values comparing with those of main floor due to diversified layout of speakers. The range of RT and EDT was from 1 to 3 sec. approximately depending on the room volume and sound absorbing materials installed on floor, wall and ceiling and it was revealed that RT at 250㎐ of center frequency range was shortest and RT at 1㎑ was largest as most of the materials applied to finishing were panel absorbers and reflectors such as wood panel, concrete and brick.

The buildings of Catholic church in Korea were built about one century ago when the freedom of faith was given, and have had lots of differences with those of western due to application of shape, transformation and change of inner space. The change of inner space brings the room acoustic characteristics modify, which is the reason that we have to look for appropriate evaluation method and design principle different from western one. This study, therefore, has begun as a preliminary step for evaluating of Catholic church's room acoustic performance and surveyed for gathering useful vocabularies and minimizing them. Finally we surveyed the subjective responses through questionnaire to users making use of vocabularies extracted and analysed the independent factors to be used in psycho-acoustic experiment by factor analysis.

The aim of this study is to analyse the relationship between traffic noises and subjective responses. The traffic noises considered in this study were aircraft, road traffic and train, and we recorded them in order to edit by using the sound insulation performance of windows. The sound sources recorded and edited were made to be different sound level with 5 steps by 5dB. Finally 100 sounds sources were composed for the purpose of psychoacoustic experiments and we surveyed the subjective responses. As a result, the average points of the subjective response to the sound sources have shown differently depending on their sound level, the type of windows and the type of sound sources.

Up to the present, we have used general 3D modelling tool for 3 dimensions visualization of electronic parts. If we use general 3D modelling tool, we are consumed many time and effort because it is not optimized modelling of electronic parts. Therefore we need technical 3D modelling tool for electronic parts. In this paper, in order to solve this problem, we develop the graphic tool that model and visualize the electronic parts as 3 dimensions.

In this paper, we introduce the method for developing the mobile 3D game engine based on the WIPI platform which has been proposed as the mobile standard platform. Our game engine is designed so that it supports OpenGL-ES and JSR-184 that are mobile 3D graphic APIs. Our game engine has a mobile emulator operated on PC and SDK to support mobile programming in PC environments. Mobile 3D game developers can use the APIs at various levels. Also, the game engine is developed in modular in order to support various game genres.

This study aims to enhance the soundscape for bus stations by introducing suitable sound sources for the features of spaces inside or outside of bus stations Sound sources are comprised of four artificial and five natural sounds, which are used for psycho-acoustic experiments For the experiment, evaluation on both background noise inn several places of bus stations and introducing sounds in the same places was performed using adjectives Environmental music among nine sound sources got a highest point and is considered to be effective for the soundscape of bus stations Whereas the broadcasting news got a lowest point These results could show effective way to introducing sounds to bus stations

This study aims to propose application of noise barrier and to provide useful data for noise control in construction field by measuring and analyzing the insertion loss(IL) of temporary noise barrier mainly used for specific work. For these reasons, survey on the documents declared before construction was carried out focusing on the construction machine and noise barrier planned and EGI fence with dust net was certified to used generally for noise control and temporary fence. For the analysis of the effect of noise barrier, IL was measured by indirect method in accordance with ISO 10847. IL depending on the distance between noise barrier and construction machine by 7.5m, 10m, 20m and 30m was compared, and IL depending on the distance of receiving point from noise barrier was also compared by measuring the sound pressure level(SPL) in the reference position above barrier and in each point, 7.5m, 15m, 30m, 45m and 60m, at the same time. Based on the IL measured, examination was performed whether the data were satisfied or not with regulation for life noise.

Soundscape design is applied for the purpose of expressing the characteristics of places, by supplying sound actively adequate for the place with identity. Bus station is a place for aggregating people aimed at transportation. That is, people come into station, and then, buy ticket, wait for departure or passenger. Therefore it needs more comfortable sound environment. This study aims to make bus station comfortable place acoustically to users. In this study, analysis on the behavior at each part of the space was performed and measurement at approaching path, waiting place, departure and arrival platform was carried out on the sound level and frequency characteristics. In addition, acoustic specialists' evaluation using questionnaire was performed with an object of ambient noise, information broadcasting and users' dialogue. The contents of KT and ST is composed of mixture sounds. The soundscape is varied with the region. Water sound is good element for establishing soundscape of bus station.

The present the information sharing among the subjects was not enough in Airway Logisctics Industry, because each subject use the independent system. The Airway Logistics Network is suggestion, but the Airway Logistics Network dose not operate with efficient connection, because each subject attached to the connection among the internal system. If the RFID system which one of Auto-ID systems is introduce into Airway Logistics, an efficient management of Airway Logistics will be possible. In this Paper, we introduce the RFID system into Airway Logistics SCM system for an efficient management and an efficient information sharing. We also develop Airway Logistics SCM system with priority given to Forwarder which is occupy an important position in Airway Logistics industry.
