        Rasch 모형을 적용한 무용교수유형 선호도 측정척도의 타당화

        As a follow-up study of the study conducted by Kim Hye-ryeon (2016), As for dance teaching style preference measurement tool, First, results show that questions 25~30 of validity based on the contents of test are considered inappropriate. Second, validity evidence based on the reality turned out to be appropriate. Third, this study confirmed that validity based on the internal structure has a sufficient condition. Fourth, as for the validity based on the generalization, this study also confirmed through analysis of differential function that there are questions functioning differentially according to the grade (the lower grades, the higher grades) and major (Korean dance, ballet, modern dance).

      • 유아교육에서 미적교육에 관한 이론적 고찰 : Schiller의 『미학 편지』를 중심으로

        There is a growing interest in the arts and aesthetic education as a critical alternative for reason-centered modem education. Schiller who had already forecasted the dark aspects of human reasoning in modern society, insisted paying more attention to the aesthetic education. In the book, 『The Aesthetic Education of Man』 which includes his speculation about beauty and the naturc of man, Schiller emphasized perfect coexistence and unification of sensuous drive and formal drive human mind. In terms of Schiller, Play drive that is a combination of sensuous and formal aspect can foresee completion of man, and it is only possible through beauty and aesthetic education by the arts. Schiller's aesthetic education gives suggestions to early childhood education that is abundant with the beauty, art, imagination, and play as those are also core part in Schiller's theory too. Especially, this article explored how beauty and arts are connected to the essence of early childhood education. Finally, this study also discussed educational implication of Schiller's aesthetic theory and direction of today's early childhood education that is asked more careful consideration about aesthetic appreciation and art education.

      • Furan과 Pyrrole의 Alkyl 유도체 합성

        New vinyl derivatives of furan and pyrrole, such as (E)-4-methyl-1-(2-pyrryl) penten-3-one(6d),(E)-1-(2-furyl)-3-(p-ethylphenyl)propen-e- one(6b'),(E)-1-(2-furyl)-3-(p-chlorophenyl)propen-3-one(6c'), (E)-1-(2-furyl)-3-(p-methoxyphenyl)propen-3-one(6d'),(E)-1-(2-furyl)-3-(m-nitrophenyl)-propen-one(6e') and (E)-1-(1-methyl-2-pyrryl)buten-3-one(12a) were prepared by the condensation of furfural and 1-methyl-2-formylpyrrole with the corresponding compounds having active methylene group. The reduction of compound(6d) with NaBH₄gave only (E)-4-methyl-1-(2-furyl) penten-3-ol(9d). In the application of the Huang-Minlon modification under the same condition, the reduction of vinylpyrrole deribatives gave 1-(1-methy1-2-pyrryl) butane(13a)and 1-(1-methyl-2-pyrryl)-3-phenylpropane(13a'), but vinylfuran derivatives were not reduced to the corresponding alkyl derivatives of furan because of their easy polymerization at low temperature.

      • 백암산, 재안산 및 일산일대의 식물상에 관한 연구

        본 조사지역인 백암산(일명 흰바우산, 1179.2m)은 행정구역상으로 강원도 철원군 원남면, 원동면과 화천군 화천읍의 경계에 위치하고, 지리적으로는 북위 38° 13′ 83″ - 38° 21′ 18″, 동경 127° 39′ 59″ - 127° 49′ 93″에 위치하고 있다. 백암산의 동남방향에 위치한 재안산(955.4m)은 행정구역상 강원도 화천군 화천읍 일대에 분포하고 지리적으로는 북위 38° 11′ 08″ - 38° 12′ 97″, 동경 127° 46′ 13″ - 127° 49′ 30″에 위치한다. 또한 일산(1190.3m)은 재안산으로부터 6㎞ 정남방향인 강원도 화천읍에 위치하고, 지리적으로는 북위 38° 07′ 54″ - 38° 11′ 29″, 동경 127° 45′ 17″ -127° 49′ 55″에 위치한다. 백암산, 재안산 및 일산은 민간인통제선 이북과 휴전선 접경지대에 속하는 군사지역으로 한국전쟁이후 군의 철저한 통제하에 관리되어 왔으며, 백암산의 일부지역을 제외하고는 현재까지 본 지역에 대한 정밀한 학술조사는 이루어진 바 없다. 2000년 6월 12일부터 8월 31일까지 본 지역과 관속식물을 채집, 조사한 결과 관속식물은 85과 261속 283종 1아종 59변종 10품종 1잡종으로 총 354분류군이 생육하는 것으로 확인되었고, Hanabusava asiatica Nakai, Anemone reflexa Steph, et Wild., Cimicifuga geracleifolia Kom, Rodgersia podophylla A. Gray, Spiraea miyabei Koidz., Chinna latifolia(Trev.) Griseb., Brachybotrys paridiformis Max. 등의 북방계식물이 분포하는 것으로 나타나 식물구계학적으로 한국 중부하구에 속하는 것으로 나타났다. 조사지역에서 채집된 식물중 우리 나라 특산식물은 16과, 17속 19분류군으로 조사지역내 분포하는 354분류군중 약 5.36%에 이르며, 귀화식물은 7과, 11속, 14분류군으로 조사 지역 내 전체 출현종 354분류군중 3.9%에 달하며, 우리 나라 전체 귀화식물종 177종류의 7.9%이다. Mt. Baekam-san(l179.2m) is located at 38˚ 13' 83" - 38˚ 21' 18" N in latitude, at 127˚ 39' 59" - 127˚ 49' 93" E in longitude, and on the border of Wonnam-myon(Cheo1won-gun) and Hwacheon-up(Hwancheon-gun). Mt. Jaean-san(955.4m) is iocated at 38˚ 11' 08" - 38˚ 12' 97" N, at 127˚ 46' 13" - 127˚ 49' 30" E, and on the Hwancheon-up(Hwanche0n-gun). From the southbound of Mt. Jaean-san, Mt. Il-san is located at 38˚ 07' 54" - 38˚ 11' 29˚ N, at 127˚ 45' 17" - 127˚ 49' 55" E, and on the Hwancheon-up(Hwancheon-gun). This investigated area is situated between DMZ and common people limited area, and it has been protected as military zone after Korean War. There is no detailed record on academic investigation in this area except Mt. Baekam-san partly. The results of vascular plant collection and their investigation from June to August in 2000 are as follows : 1 hybrids, 10 forms, 59 varieties, 1 subspecies, 283 species, 261 genera, 85 families, total 354 taxa. Also we collected many northern area plants such as Hanabusaya asiatica, Anemone reflexa, Ctmicifuga heracleifolia, RodgerSia podophylla. Spiraea miyabei, Cinna latifolia and Brachybotrys paridiformis. Also it was confirmed that this area is included in phytogeographically Korean Middle Subarea. There were 19 Korean endemic species(5.36%) from 16 families. Also. the naturalized plants were 14 taxa(3.9%) among total 354 taxa and 7.9% among the total 177 taxa of naturalized Plants in Korea.

        Substituent effects on the electron delocalizability of derivatives of vinylpyrrole and pyrrole imine have been examined in MeOH solution by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The effects did not appear to be additive, but longer wavelength shift due to conjugation and electron withdrowing group. Specially, the significant difference in ?? for derivatives of pyrrole imine was seem to be caused by the conjugation effect and the position of the substituents.

        Prolyl Endopeptidase Inhibitory Activity of Two Styrylpyranones from Phellinus linteus

        Two styrylpyranones (1 and 2) were isolated from the CH2Cl2-soluble fraction of Phellinus linteus and their structures were established by extensive Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectral data as inoscavin E and C. Both compounds showed significant prolyl endopeptidase inhibitory activity with IC50 values of 4.26±0.14 and 4.08±0.04 μM and Ki values of 1.50±0.02 and 1.43±0.03 μM, respectively. They also exhibited antioxidant capacities against the ABTS radical system with EC50 values of 6.47±0.05 and 7.64±0.06 μM, respectively.

        Control of silica-zirconia nanoparticles for uniform porous SiO2-ZrO2 membranes.

        <P>Silica-zirconia composite sols were prepared by means of a sol-gel method, using tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) and zirconium tetra-n-butoxide (ZrTB) precursors. TEOS, ZrTB, HCl, H2O and EtOH were mixed at 70 degrees C for 24 hours to give molar ratios of 1:1:8-80:0.2-1.0:100-300. The mean particle size of the silica-zirconia sol was controlled by the concentration of the alkoxides and catalyst, as well as the water molar ratio in the starting solution. The particle size of the SiO2-ZrO2 sol, which was analyzed by dynamic light scattering (DLS) and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), was in the range of 20 to 350 nm. The SiO2-ZrO2 sol solutions of different sol sizes were coated onto porous stainless steel supports (O.D. 10 mm, length: 20 mm, 316L SUS, Mott corp. USA) by a dipping-rolling-freezing-fast drying (DRFF) and soaking-rolling-freezing-fast drying (SRFF) method. After coating with SiO2-ZrO2 sol, the single gas permeation characteristics (He, H2 and N2) of the resulting SiO2-ZrO2 membranes were evaluated at room temperature. This produced a decrease in the mean flow diameter and H2/N2 permselectivity in the range of 2.0-3.5. Finally, following the results of gas permeation testing, the pore size of the membranes was controlled by changing their particle size.</P>

      • Exogenous 8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine Attenuates Pulmotoxicity of Normal Human Bronchial Epithelial Cell Lines Exposed to Cadmium

        Background Increasing researches have been reported that 8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine (8-OHdG), one of the wastes of DNA damages arising from oxidative stress, involved in ameliorating pathological exacerbation of in vitro and in vivo various disease models induced by damageable triggers. However, the action of the molecule in normal human bronchial epithelial cell line (BEAS- 2B) exposed to cadmium (Cd) has not been elucidated. In the current study, we investigated whether exogenous 8-OHdG contributes to alleviate pulmotoxicity when exposed to Cd in BEAS-2B cells. Methods We conducted real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR), H2DCFDA assay, flow cytometric analysis and immunoblots to identify the therapeutic effects of 8-OHdG on BEAS-2B cells exposed to Cd in terms of pathological changes, which are inflammatory response, ROS production, ER stress- and EMT-related gene expressions. Results 8-OHdG induced the down-regulation of inflammatory mediators in BEAS-2B cells exposed to Cd in RNA level and/or secretion forms. BEAS-2B cells treated with Cd and 8-OHdG accounted for the fewer cell population of color changes to green than cells just exposed to Cd, indicating that 8-OHdG diminishes intracellular ROS production in BEAS-2B cells exposed to Cd. 8-OHdG reduced the expressions of ER stress-related genes such as Bip, IRE1α and Ero1-Lα, and Fibronectin, Claudin, Snail1 and Slug related to EMT. Interestingly, recovery of E-cadherin expression was partially observed in BEAS-2B treated with Cd 10 μM and 8-OHdG. Conclusions 8-OHdG decreases pathological damages of BEAS-2B exposed to Cd by mitigating activations of inflammation, ROS, ER stress and EMT in transcriptional and translational levels. Taken together, these findings provide a basis that 8-OHdG can be a therapeutic candidate to attenuate continually vicious cycles inducing pathological injury (This work was supported by the Research Program funded by the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency(2020-NG-010-01)).
