Pt-Co 합금박막형 측온저항체 온도센서의 제작과 그 특성

We made Pt-Co alloy resistance patterns on the Al_(2)O_(3) substrates by lift-off method and investigated the physical and electrical characteristics of these films under various conditions (the input power, working vacuum, annealing temperature, thickness of thin films) and also after annealing these films. The TCR value of Pt-Co alloy thin films was measured with various thickness of thin films and annealing conditions. The optimum TCR value is gained under conditions 3000Å of thin films thickness and 1000°C of annealing temperature. These results indicate that Pt-Co alloy thin films have potentiality for the high resolution RTD temperature sensors.

In this paper, a solution of the H∞ control problem for linear uncertain systems with input time delay is presented. An H∞ norm bounded condition is obtained as a sufficient condition for linear uncertain systems with input time delay. Based upon this sufficient condition, a robust H∞ controller design method which involves the solutions of linear matrix inequalities is developed. A numerical example is solved in order to illustrate the efficacy of the suggested design method.
頭蓋低의 屈曲度에 따른 각 骨格要素의 適應樣相에 關한 硏究

This study was performed to define the adaptation patterns of each skeletal components to the flexures of cranial bases, using 91 males from the ages of 17 to 36 and 64 females from the ages of 16 to 34, without orthodontic or prosthetic treatment experiences and with pleasant profiles as subjects. The conclusions are as follow: 1. When considering the changes of flexure of cranial base(Ba-SE-FMN) in both sexes, changes in the anterior cranial base angle to the PM Vertical line (SE-FMN/PMV) were greater than the changes in the posterior cranial base angle to the PM Vertical line(Ba-SE/PMV). Subsequently the nasomaxillary complex showed antero-superior rotating effect as the cranial base angles were increased and postero-inferior rotating effect as they were decreased. 2. Horizontal mandibular angle (Ba-SE-Me) was increased in both sexes as cranial base angle increases(Ba-SE-FMN) and it decreased as the latter was decreases. There by indicating compensatory effects. 3. Maxillary angle(SE-FMN-A) was decreased in both sexes as cranial base angle(Ba-SE-FMN) increases and it increased as the latter was decreased. There by indicating compensatory effects. 4. Mandibular ramus angle to posterior cranial base was decreased in both sexes as cranial base angle increases. There by indicating compensatory effect to anteriorly displaced maxilla and the mandibular ramus angle was increased as the cranial base angle decreases. There by indicating compensatory effect to posteriorly displace maxilla. 5. The length of posterior upper facial height was decreased in both sexes as the cranial base angle increases and it increased as the latter was decreased.

The direct injection stratified charge engine is considered to be an alternative to the conventional spark ignition engines. However, its actual utilization is prevented by high emission of unburnted hydrocarbons during light load operation. In order to solve this problem, an opposed injection stratified charge system with a pair of fuel injectors was examined using a pancake-type constant volume bomb. Unburnted hydrocarbons were reduced greatly as compared with the basic DISC system with a single fuel injector. This effect may be due to the promoted fuel-air mixing and to the increase the flame propagation velocity leaving less amount of over-lean mixture.

Electro Discharge Machining(EDM) is a so-call nonconventional machining technique. This paper presents the experimental results of an EDM technique for the fabircation of microholes on #7440 pyrex glass substrates. With various applied voltages and various concentration of NaOH or KOH solution, the glass substrates have been microdrilled using the copper electrodes of which diameters are 250 ㎛ 새 450 ㎛. The machined throughholes have been observed the top diameter, the bottom diameter and machining time have been measured. EDM in NaOH solution causes the fabrication to have better the surface condition, higher selective of electrode, lower concentration of solution with respect to EDM in KOH solution machined fabrication.
백금-코발트 합금박막을 이용한 측온저항체 온도센서의 제작

Platinum-Cobalt alloy thin films were deposited on Al₂O₃substrates by r.f. cosputtering for RTD temperature sensors. We made Pt-Co alloy resistance patterms on the Al₂O₃substrates by lift-off method and investigated the physical and electrical characteristics of these films under various conditions (the input power, working vacuum, annealing temperature, thickness of thin films) and also after annealing these films. At input power of Pt: 44 W/㎠, Co: 6.91 W/㎠, working vacuum of 10 mTorr and annealing conditions of 1000℃ and 60 min, the resistivity and sheet resistivity of Pt-Co thin films was 15 μΩ·cm and 0.5 Ω/□, respectively. The TCR value of Pt-Co alloy thin films was measured with various thickness of thin films and annealing conditions. The optimum TCR value is gained under conditions 3000 A of thin films thickness and 1000℃ of annealing temperature. These results indecate that Pt-Co alloy thin films have potentiality for the high resolution RTD temperature sensors.
개심술(開心術)의 임상적 고찰 : 치험 200예 200 Cases

Background and Objectives: Two hundred cases of the open heart surgery due to congenital and acquired heart disease were done using the cardiopulmonary bypass in the Department of Thoracic and Cardiovascular surgery, Chosun University Hospital from November, 1980 to June, 2001. Material and Methods: The number of congenital heart disease was 132 cases. 68 cases were acquired heart disease. 'The age of the congenital heart disease was from 22 days to 45 years. In the acquired heart disease, the age was from 14 to 72 years. Result: Congenital heart disease consisted of 113 congenital acyanotic heart disease, 19 congenital cyanotic heart disease. Corrective operation was done for congenital heart disease with 4. 5 % operative mortality. Of 68 cases acquired heart disease, 44 patients were valvular heart disease, 3 cardiac tumors, 9 ischemic heart diseases, 12 aortic dissections and etc. The operative mortality was 13%. Conclusion: The postoperative complications were appeared in 68 cases and the complications were wound infection, occipital alopecia, low cardiac output syndrome, arrhythmia, septicemia etc. The mortality after open heart surgery was 15 cases and the causes of death were low cardiac output syndrome, septicemia, respiratory failure and left ventricle rupture.
