메르스 확산 초기 인터넷 포털 사이트에 보도된 메르스 예방식품 기사의 내용 분석 및 질 평가

본 연구는 한국에서의 메르스 확산 초기 6주 동안 인터넷 포털 사이트를 통해 보도된 메르스 예방식품 언론기사에 대한 내용과 정보의 질을 평가하기 위한 횡단적 서술적 조사 연구이다. 인터넷 검색 점유율이 가장 높은 네이버 포털 사이트에 보도된 메르스 예방식품 관련 기사 65건을 대상으로 분석한 결과 출처가 불분명한 하거나, 신뢰도가 낮은 출처를 인용한 경우, 광고성 기사가 많았다. 기사화된 식품의 종류나 성분은 메르스 예방에 특별한 효능이 있는 것이 아닌 일반적으로 면역력 강화식품 이었다. 인터넷을 통한 건강정보 이용자들이 정보의 질을 평가할 수 있는 능력을 갖출 수 있도록 하고 광고성 기사일 가능성에 대해 대하여 인식하도록 하여야 한다. 또한 인터넷 검색을 통하여 정보를 찾거나 서비스를 제공하는 자 모두에게 정보의 정확성, 신뢰성, 유용성의 중요함을 강조하고 개선을 위한 교육을 제공하는 것이 필요하다 The purpose of this study is to analyze the contents and quality of online news articles on preventive food for MERS (Middle East Respiratory Syndrome) reported on the online news portal website. The news articles containing relevant information reported between May 20 and July 1, 2015 were retrieved from NAVER, the most popular online news portal website. Of a total of 469 news articles retrieved, only 65 met the inclusion criteria. The DISCERN tool was used to evaluate the quality of the information and quantitative data analyses were performed. 47.7% of them were determined as a reliable source of the information, while approximately 40% were just for advertising. Overall, the quality of the information was far from satisfactory. and the contents and quality of the information were found to vary significantly. The education programs emphasizing scientific soundness, accuracy and reliability of the health-related information would be needed to provide for those seeking and reporting the health information
THREE-DIMENSIONAL SHOCK STRUCTURE OF THE ORION KL OUTFLOW WITH IGRINS

<P>We report a study of the three-dimensional (3D) outflow structure of a 15 '' x 13 '' area around the H-2 peak 1 in Orion KL with slit-scan observations (13 slits) using the Immersion Grating Infrared Spectrograph. The datacubes have a high-velocity resolution (similar to 7.5 km s(-1)), provide high-contrast imaging within ultra-narrow bands, and enable the detection of the main stream of the previously reported H2 outflow fingers. We identified 31 distinct fingers in the H-2 1-0 S(1) lambda 2.122 mu m emission. The line profile at each finger shows multiple-velocity peaks with a strong low-velocity component around the systemic velocity at V-LSR = +8 km s(-1) and high-velocity emission (|V-LSR| = 45-135 km s(-1)), indicating a typical bow-shock. The observed radial velocity gradients of similar to 4 km s(-1) arcsec(-1) agree well with the velocities inferred from large-scale proper motions, where the projected motion is proportional to the distance from a common origin. We construct a conceptual 3D map of the fingers with estimated inclination angles of 57 degrees-74 degrees. The extinction difference (Delta A(v) > 10 mag) between blueshifted and redshifted fingers indicates high internal extinction. The extinction, the overall angular spread, and the scale of the flow argue for an ambient medium with a very high density (10(5)-10(6) cm(-3)), consistent with molecular line observations of the Orion Molecular Cloud core. The radial velocity gradients and the 3D distributions of the fingers together support the hypothesis of a simultaneous radial explosion of the Orion KL outflow.</P>

<P>To evaluate the clinical and imaging characteristics of patients with visually equivocal amyloid PET images, patients from the Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative cohort who had fluorine-18-florbetapir PET scans both at baseline and 24 months were selected. Five nuclear medicine physicians visually assessed the PET images and classified them as either positive or negative. Images not reaching a majority agreement were classified as equivocal. Among a total of 379 patients, the number of patients in each fluorine-18-florbetapir PET negative/equivocal/positive categories was 218 (57.5%), 32 (8.4%), and 129 (34.0%). Eight to 9% of patients with normal cognition (N=12/141), mild cognitive impairment (N=20/214), and no Alzheimer's disease (N=0/24) showed equivocal PET finding for each. In negative/equivocal/positive groups, positive cerebrospinal fluid A(1-42) was observed in 25.7, 81.5, and 98.3%, respectively. Baseline standardized uptake value ratios of fluorine-18-florbetapir PET were 0.75 +/- 0.05, 0.86 +/- 0.09, and 1.01 +/- 0.09, respectively [F(2,376)=603.547; P<0.001]. After 24 months of follow-up, the standardized uptake value ratios increased by 0.81 +/- 2.62, 2.81 +/- 2.90, and 2.17 +/- 3.66%, respectively [F(2,376)=7.905, P<0.05 vs. the negative group]. Among mild cognitive impairment patients, the equivocal group showed a more rapid decline in glucose metabolism than the negative group [5.52 +/- 5.36 vs. 0.67 +/- 4.45; F(2,122)=9.028, P<0.01]. 8.4% of the patients in this study showed a visually equivocal result of amyloid PET. These patients showed a moderate amount of amyloid accumulation and a rapid rate of accumulation.</P>
