월경기 여성 건강 관리 서비스 디자인 제언 - 정보 제공 및 감정적 지원을 중심으로 -

This study suggests service design concepts for women's health care services that encompass the life cycle of women from menarche to menopause in order to allow women to have a positive perception of their body changes and provides them a proper health related data. In this study, 55 women from their menarche to menopause were surveyed in order to explore ways to recognize and cope with their body changes, and their preferences for the form of information provision and emotional support were investigated. Based on the survey results, two pillars are established for the subject of action, information, and emotional support types. Based on these, women’s health care service scenarios are established and each scenario is written to suggest design opportunities in service design for the overall journey of women's health from menarche to menopause.
Atherogenic dyslipidemia promotes autoimmune follicular helper T cell responses via IL-27

<P>The incidence of atherosclerosis is higher among patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE); however, the mechanism by which an atherogenic environment affects autoimmunity remains unclear. We found that reconstitution of atherosclerosis-prone Apoe(-/-) and Ldlr(-/-) mice with bone marrow from lupus-prone BXD2 mice resulted in increased autoantibody production and glomerulonephritis. This enhanced disease was associated with an increase in CXCR3(+) follicular helper T cells (T-FH cells). T-FH cells isolated from Apoe(-/-) mice had higher expression of genes associated with inflammatory responses and SLE and were more potent in inducing production of the immunoglobulin IgG2c. Mechanistically, the atherogenic environment induced the cytokine IL-27 from dendritic cells in a Toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4)-dependent manner, which in turn triggered the differentiation of CXCR3(+) T-FH cells while inhibiting the differentiation of follicular regulatory T cells. Blockade of IL-27 signals diminished the increased T-FH cell responses in atherogenic mice. Thus, atherogenic dyslipidemia augments autoimmune T-FH cell responses and subsequent IgG2c production in a TLR4- and IL-27-dependent manner.</P>
스포츠 O2O 플랫폼의 개인 맞춤화 서비스 제안: 검색 필터 및 리뷰 기능을 중심으로

MZ 세대의 건강 관리에 대한 관심이 높아짐에 따라 스포츠 센터에 대한 요구가 증가하고 있다. 스포츠 센터는 고객이 운동을 지속하는 데 중요한 요소이며 스포츠 센터 이용 전 단계인 탐색 과정에서 사용자들은 피로를 느끼고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위한 수단으로 스포츠 O2O(Online to Offline) 플랫폼이 다수 개발되었으나, 고객들이 신속하고 정확한 정보를 제공받기에 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존 O2O 플랫폼의 문제점과 서비스에 대한 사용자의 요구사항에 기반하여 보다 개인 맞춤화 된 스포츠 O2O 플랫폼 서비스를 제안하고자 한다. 기존 O2O 플랫폼 서비스의 장단점을 파악하였으며, 사용자 인터뷰를 통해 스포츠 O2O 플랫폼에 대한 사용자들의 사용 행태와 요구사항을 도출하였다. 사용자 맞춤형의 서비스 제공을 목표로, 사용자 취향 기반의 향상된 검색 필터와 사용자의 선호도가 반영된 키워드 리뷰 기능 중심의 스포츠 O2O 플랫폼 프로토타입을 설계하였다.
Depletion of adipocyte Becn1 leads to lipodystrophy and metabolic dysregulation

Macroautophagy is a catabolic process that delivers damaged and unnecessary cytosolic contents to lysosomes for removal of defective subcellular organelles and proteins. Becn1 is a key regulator of autophagy, forming a complex with class III phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K-III) to initiate autophagosome formation. Although Becn1 has been implicated in numerous diseases such as cancer, aging, and neurodegenerative disease, its function in mature adipocytes remains elusive. In this study, we implemented Adipoq-Cre to generate adipocyte-specific Becn1 KO (BaKO) mice to identify the function of autophagy in adipose tissue homeostasis. BaKO mice naturally developed severe lipodystrophy and metabolic dysregulation, which were exacerbated upon high dietary fat intake. These mice also acquired adipose tissue inflammation, hepatic steatosis, and insulin resistance which advanced to early mortality. Immortalized stromal vascular cells (imSVCs) were established in-vitro to conditionally knock-out Becn1 upon tamoxifen treatment. Ablation of Becn1 in adipocytes led to programmed cell death in a cell-autonomous manner, accompanied by elevated endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress gene expression. Furthermore, we observed that Becn1 depletion sensitized mature adipocytes to ER stress through activation of protein kinase R-like ER kinase (PERK) – eukaryotic initiation factor 2α (eiF2α) axis. This led to excessive unfolded protein response (UPR) and accelerated cell death through notable induction of C/EBP homologous protein (CHOP) and Bax expression. Taken together, these data suggest that adipocyte-Becn1 would serve as a crucial player for adipocyte survival and adipose tissue homeostasis.
