목재부후성 담자균류의 배양 균사체의 생물활성을 조사하기 위하여 항균활성, 식물생장조절활성, 항암활성 및 그들이 생산하는 효소활성을 검정한 결과 Coriolus versicolor 5129와 C. pubescens 5131 균주는 그람양성세균에, Lenzites betulina 8029 균주는 그람음성세균에 저지 효과를 나타내었으며 L. betulina 8085 균주는 세균과 진균에 저지 효과를 나타내어 광범위한 항균 spectrum을 보였다. 대부분의 균주가 0.8㎖/㎖ 농도 처리시 배추 및 무의 발아 및 생장을 억제하였으며, 특히 Fomitopsis pinicolor 8059와 Fomitella fraxinea 8084 균주의 경우 생육을 강하게 억제하였다. 그러나, Bjerkandera adusta 8054 균주는 0.4 및 0.2 ㎖/㎖ 농도에서 배추 및 무의 생육을 촉진하였다. 몇종의 목재부후균 다당체를 추출하여 암세포를 이식한 ICR mouse에 투여한 결과 거의 전 균주가 항종양 작용을 나타내었으나 버섯종류 간에 큰 차이를 보였고 그중 L. betulina 8029와 미분류된 8058 균주는 효과가 비교적 높았다. 목재부후균의 세룰로스와 리그닌 분해력은 거의 전 공시균주에서 나타났고 종류간에 역가가 다양하여 강력한 분해균의 선발 가능성을 보였다. For screening of biological activities of culture broth of some wood rotting basidiomycetes, antimicrobial activity, plant growth regulating activity, antitumor activity, and various enzyme activities were checked. Coriolus versicolor 5129 and C. pubescens 5131 strains showed inhibition activity against gram-positive bacteria and Lenzites betulina 8029 strain showed the activity against gram-negative bacteria. L. betulina 8085 inhibited the growth of both bacteria and plant pathogenic fungi. All of tested basidiomycetes inhibited the germination and growth of radish and cabbage at concentration of 0.8 ㎖/㎖. Especially, Fomitopsis pinicolor 8059 and Fomitella fraxinea 8084 showed strong inhibition activity. In contrast, Bjerkandera adusta 8054 stimulated the growth of cabbage and radish at concentration of 0.4 and 0.2 ㎖/㎖. All polysaccharides from tested basidiomycetes showed anti-tumor activity against sarcoma 180 and the stronger antitumor activity was observed in L. betulina 8029 and unidentified 8058 strain. All tested basidiomycetes had also an ability to degrade cellulose and lignin.
The Fungal Flira of Mt. Gyeryong National Park(Ⅱ)

To investigate the funfal flora of Mt. Gyeryong National Park, the wild mushrooms were collected in the area from July to October in 1982 and 1983. They were classified into 20 families, 43 genera, 63 species of Basidiomycotion and 3 families, 4 genera, 4 species of Ascomycotiona. Species of Marasmius, Amanita, Agaricus, Boletus, Suillus, Russula, Lastarius, Ramaria and Clavaria were dominantly observed in this area. Lactarius lignyotus var. marginatus, Russla pulchella, Suillus placidus, and Pulveroboletus auriflammeus were reported for the first time in Korea.

Out of 826 isolates of Streptomyces isolated from different soils, their distribution and antibiotic productivity were investigated. Distribution of the organism in the soil was affected by the soil conditions and plants. The highest isolation frequency was occurred from Quercus forest, Robinia forest and grass field, while soils from orchards and cultivating fields showed low density of Streptomyces. More than 49% of the isolates showed antibacterial activity against Bacillus subtilis, Erwinia carotovora subsp. carotovora and Xantomonas campestris pv. oryzae and about 40% of the isolates showed antiyeasty activity against Saccharomyces cerevisiae but only a few isolates showed antibiotic activity against E. coli and Pseudomonas solanacearum. Forty isolates of the Streptomyces showed strong antifungal activity against Pyricularia oryzae. Rate of isolation of Streptomyces was the highest on starch agar among the eight media tested. Antibiotic productivity of the isolates was the highest on potato sucrose agar medium among the 5 media tested.

Factors affecting the regeneration, reversion of protoplasts from mycelium of F. velutipes were investigated and the selection of auxotrophic mutants from protoplasts of F. velutipes was performed. PDP medium stabilized with 0.6M sucrose was suitable for the regeneration of protoplasts, and regeneration frequency was 0.47-1.32. The regeneration frequency of protoplasts was increased when nutrients were added to the regeneration medium. Especially, yeast extract was the most effective to regeneration of protoplasts. Regeneration pattern of protoplasts was formation of germ tubes from bud-like cells. 13-18% of monokaryotic strains was appeared from reverted protoplasts. Five of auxotrophic mutants were isolated from strains showed survival frequency of 1.9-1.6.
Buprofezin이 Ganoderma및 Coriolus 屬菌의 原形質體 裸出 및 再生에 미치는 影響

Effects of buprofezin, a chitin synthesis inhibitor of insects, on mycelial growth, protoplast formation and reversion of Coriolus versicolor, Ganoderma applanatum and G. lucidum were investigated. The mycelial growth of C. versicolor, G, applanatum and G, lucidum was severely inhibited by buprofezin treatment, and the inhibition rate severely as the concentration of the buprofezin increased. Aerial mycelia and oidia formation of the mushrooms were increased by buprofezin treatment, but mycelial morphology was not changed. The rate of protoplast formation and reversion of G, applanatum was greatly increased by the treatment of the buprofezin, while that of G. lucidium was decreased. The rate of protoplast formation of C. versicolor was also increased when buprofezin was added to the medium, but the rate of protoplast reversion was not affected by the treatment, From the results obtained in this experiment, we found that the rate of protoplast. formation and reversion was increased by the treatment of the buprofezin in the mushrooms such as C, versicolor and G, applanatum, whose mycelial growth was fast on the medium, while that of G. lucidum, whose mycelial growth was relatively slow, was decreased by the treatment.

Buprofezin이 느타리버섯속의 원형질체 나출 및 재생에 미치는 영향

Effects of buprofezin, an inhibitor of chitin synthesis, on mycelial growth, protoplast formation and reversion of Pleurotus ostreatus and P. sajor-caju were investigated. The mycelial growth of Pleurotus ostreatus and P. sajor-caju was the inhibited by buprofezin treatment, and the inhibition rate was severer as the concentration of the buprofezin increased. Aerial mycelium formation was increased by buprofezin treatment, but mycelial morphology was not changed. Protoplast formation of Pleurotus ostreatus and P sajor-caju. was significantly increased when buprofezin was added to the culture medium at the concentration of 200-500 ppm and the protoplast reversion of the mushrooms was also increased by the treatment of the buprofezin.
