As the most important network implement, world wide web's user number is increasing at high speed. Korea is recognized as great power in Internet technology. There are many kinds of service productions based on Internet and web in Korea, more than 90% Korean are using the productions whose age bracket are 10-year-old to 40-year-old. Recently, with the economic development, Chinese Internet user number is increasing at high speed, and there are more and more websites about government and enterprise. Around the world, due to the enormous number of websites, information diversity, and variable quality websites, there is not a suit of uniform website evaluation criterion. Korea and China are not only neighbors, but also belong to the Asian Cultural Circle. At the same time, as the important means of information exchange - Internet is promoting some non-governmental exchanges between the two countries. So it is necessary to do a comparative analysis of website evaluation criterions between Korea and China. As a network developed country, Korean Internet popularization rate is far more than Chinese which is in the rapid developing. It is not that significant if we only comparing the website number or popularization rate of the two counties. So we choose the evaluation criterion between Korean and Chinese websites about government and enterprise in this paper. This paper contrasts and analyses website evaluation criterions of governments and enterprises between Korea and China based on summing existing website evaluation indexes. Through the comparison to find out the differences and shortcomings of the two evaluation criterions, and prove it with a questionnaire.
