This paper establishes an approach to co-design of an output feedback controller and a channel-access managing policy for networked control systems (NCSs) where channel limitations and network-induced delays are present at both sides of the system. In particular, communication sequences and controller co-design conditions for linear NCSs with bounded disturbance are derived in the framework of hybrid control and given in terms of difference linear matrix inequality (DLMI) and difference matrix equation (DME). The results are extended to NCSs with Gaussian noises and random delays that are independent identically distributed (i.i.d.) and Markovian, with corresponding results given in the sense of stochastic stability. Numerical examples have shown the usefulness of the proposed methods.
The Karyotype Analysis of Lilium Species Native to China
Ge Guo,Ki-Byung Lim 한국육종학회 2015 한국육종학회 심포지엄 Vol.2015 No.07
The karyotype analysis of various Lilium species native to Yun nan, Northeast China, viz., L. sulphureum, L. nepalense var, L. wenshanense, L. nepalense and L. brownie var. were observed through ordinary tablet compressing method. The results indicated that the chromosome number was 2n=2x=24 in all the species studied. The karyotype formula was 2n=2x=24=2m + 6sm (2SAT) + 4st+12t (4SAT) for Lilium sulphureum; 2n=2x=24=2m + 10st (2SAT) + 12t (4SAT) for Lilium nepalense var.; 2n=2x=24=2m + 2sm+8st (6SAT) +12t (2SAT) for Lilium wenshanense; 2n=2x=24=4m (4SAT) + 10st (4SAT) + 10t for Lilium nepalense; 2n=2x=24=2m + 2sm+10st + 10t for Lilium brownii var. The As.K value (the ratio between long arm and total chromosome length) and the ratio of the length of the longest and the shortest chromosome were recorded as 78.25%~83.71% and 1.83~2.18 respectively. The karyotype of all the species was 3B except for L. nepalense which was 3A. Comparatively, the karyotype analysis of Lilium nepalense var. and Lilium nepalense were similar and genetically close to each other. A great diversity in chromosome morphology was existed among different populations or cultivars of the same species. The genetic diversity of different species or populations could be discriminated thru the number and position of different kinds of chromosomes, as well as the difference of satellite number and positions.

Korean fir (Abies koreana E. H. Wilson) is a unique Pinaceae tree species endemic in Korea. The population of A. koreana has been declining, probably due to the climate change, and now it is one of the rare plant species that needs to be protected and conserved. In this study, callus induction was studied to find out the best combination of plant growth regulators (PGRs) using post-dormancy winter buds as the explants. In January 2021, after a winter dormancy period, buds were collected from about 10 year-old mature tree. The winter buds removed of rind after surface disinfection were transferred to the Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium supplemented with different combinations of auxins [2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid (2,4-D) and α-naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA)] and cytokinins [6-benzylaminopurine (6-BA), kinetin (KT) and thidiazurone (TDZ)]. These explants planted in Petri dishes were cultured in a culture room with a day/night temperature of 24/18°C and 80% relative humidity in the dark. After 4 weeks, treatments of combinations of PGRs showed significant effects on callus induction ratio, callus browning ratio, and fresh weight of callus. Among the 13 treatments, the highest and lowest callus induction ratio was 96.3% in the 1.0 mg·L-1 2,4-D + 0.2 mg·L-1 TDZ + 2.0 mg·L-1 6-BA and 66.1% in the control MS medium without supplementation of any PGR, respectively. The lowest browning ratio of callus was 3.7% in the 1.0 mg·L-1 2,4-D + 0.2 mg·L-1 TDZ + 2.0 mg·L-1 6-BA, and the greatest callus fresh weight of 985.8 mg was observed in the 1.0 mg·L-1 2,4-D + 2.0 mg·L-1 NAA + 1.0 mg·L-1 KT. In a conclusion, the 2,4-D consistently exerted a positive influence on callus induction from post-dormancy winter buds throughout this experiment.
