      • Slab 住宅의 室內 壁體와 天井 結露(condensation)防止에 關한 硏究

        In order to get rid of the causes of condensation in our lives, we can make the wall double by putting air, Sawdust, straw, asbestos, soil, sand, pebblestoneor aluminium plate in the space betweenboth wails. Naturally the temperature, heat and moisture of the room are to be regulated. And we can build a housefacing the south with a closet orard a little away from the wall. We can installte a ventilator on the ceiling or under the floor. Especially in the bathroom orthe kitchen, the ceiling had better be risen at a slope of 1 in 50 or in 100. Ifwater-drops arise by condensation, we shonld drain them to one side, condendensation by steam can be prevented by aventilator. When we build a house during the autumn and paper a wall and a room at the same time, the wall or the run easily get musty because the moisture can not be exhausted. To prevent this, wt had better paper at least one year after the housei is built. In this way, if we build a house by preveenting condensation with care, we can make our lives very pleasant.

      • 양조간장의 항산화작용 및 Cu(Ⅱ)킬레이트작용

        To understand the relationship between antioxidative effect and metal chelating activity of soybean sauce, the antioxidative effect of 8 month fermented soybean sauce was measured by ferric thiocyanate method, and copper chelating activity was measured by Sepharose 6B column chromatography: 8 month fermented soybean sauce was chromatographed on Sephadex G-50 column, and the characteristics of soybean sauce such as ninhydrin reaction, color intensity in 420nm and 280nm, antioxidative effect by ferric thiocyanate method, salt concentration were examined. Antioxidative activity of 8 month fermented soybean sauce was strong in fractions showing high ninhydrin positive reaction, absorbance at 280nm, salt concentration, but it did not correspond with absorbance at 420nm. To exclude the effect of salt in soybean sauce, desalted soybean sauce prepared by electrodialysis, was rechromatogrophed on Sephadex G-50 column and the characteristics of fractions were compared. Antioxidative activity was the strongest in fractions corresponded to ninhydrin costive reaction substance, absorption at 280nm. The molecular weight of these fractions was about 7,200. Soybean sauce was separated into three fractions by Cu(Ⅱ) chelating affinity column chromatography: The first fraction eluted at pH 7.9 showed high concentration of copper ion, and color intensity at 405nm, and ninhydrin positive reaction. The second fraction eluted out during the pH gradient fall(pH 7.9 to 3.4), had low absorbance at 405nm but appreciable amounts of copper ions, ninhydrin positive reaction substance. The third elected out by EDTA contained a large amount of Cu ion as expected from Cu ion binding capacity of EDTA. These three components were separated on Sephadex G-50 column chromatography and absorption at 420nm, 280nm, copper ion contents and ninhydrin positive reaction were determind. The components which has lower molecular weight showed strong copper ion chelating activity, increased absorption at 280nm, ninhydrin positive reaction substance. The data suggest that the antioxidative activity of soybean sauce is closely related to its metal chelating activity.

      • 숙성기간 및 간장의 산화정도가 양조간장의 Cu(Ⅱ) 킬레이트작용에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        Soybean sauce widely used in Asian area, has been investigated for ifs functional properties. The main component showing antioxidative activity in soybean sauce was known to be melanoidin, brown pigment. One of the antioxidative mechanism of melanoidin seems to be associated with its metal chelating activity, Because the color intensity of melanoidin in soybean sauce was increased with fermentation period, the effect of fermentation period on the metal chelating activity of soybean sauce was measured. Hashiba et al, reported that oxidized soybean sauce changed its color tone from red to black and its metal chelating on Fe ion incrased. Korean traditional soybean sauce made from soybean only; whose color intensity is lower than Japanese style soybean sauce, has small amounts of melanoidin. But Korean soysauce stored for a long time in a container tended to succeptable to oxidation. To examine metal chelating activities of fermented soybean sauces, oxidized soybean sauces, which has different fermentation periods, and Korean traditional soybean sauce were fractionated on Cu(Ⅱ) chelating Sepharose 6B column chromatography. For the fermented soybean sauces, fractionation patterns on the Cu(Ⅱ) chelating Sepharose 6B column were very similar among different fermentation period untill 6 month. At pH 7.9, dark and ninhydrin-postive melanoidin containing high concentration of copper ion was eluted out at first, followed by lightly brown colored comporments containing large amount of copper ion, and finally melanoidin with high concentraction of Cu(Ⅱ) was eluted out by EDTA-acetate buffer. But in 8 month fermented soybean sauce, the first components which were eluted at pH 7.9 and second components eluted at pH gradient were better resolved than in non-fermented one. On oxidized soybean sauces, the separation between the components at pH 7.9 and pH gradient was even better achieved. Korean traditional soybean sauce showed the same chromatographic pattern on Cu(Ⅱ) chelating Sepharose 6B column chromatography as oxidized soybean sauce, suggesting the oxidition of Korean traditional soybean sauce. The components fractionated by pH gradient showed stronger Cu ion chelating activity than those fractionated at constant pH 7.9. In oxidized soybean sauce, increased portion of melanoidin eluted out by pH gradient suggest its enhanced metal chelating capability. Even though Korean traditional soybean sauce showed apparently low color intensity and high ratio of A400/A500, an indicator of oxidation, it might be extensively oxidized as its chromatographic patters was similar to oxidized soybean sauce.

      • 부산지역 중학생들의 점심 도시락 실태에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 남녀 중학생을 대상으로 식생활 태도, 영양지식, 일상 생활 태도, 점심실태 및 영양섭취 실태와 어머니의 영향과의 상관관계를 조사 · 분석하고자 부산시 6개 지역의 남녀 중학생을 대상으로 설문지 및 실측법을 이용하여 실시하였다. 영양지식 점수와 식생활태도점수는 남학생과 여학생간의 차이는 보이지 않았으며, 영양지식과 식생활 태도의 상관도 거의 없는 것으로 나타났다. 영양지식의 분포는 남학생의 경우 poor가 10.6%, fair 38.2%, good 42.5%, excellent 8.7%이었으며, 여학생은 poor 4.1%, fair 31.6^, good 52.1%, excellent 12.2%이었다. 식생활 태도는 모두 good-fair-excellent-poor 순으로 분포를 보였다. 남학생보다 여학생의 도시락 지참횟수가 많은 것으로 (p<0.05) 나타났고, 영양지식과 식생활태도에 따라 도시락 지참횟수에 유의적인 차이 (p<0.001)를 보였으나, 어머니의 직업 유무, 어머니의 학력, 월식생활비에 따른 차이는 없었다. 점심을 통한 영양소 섭취 실태를 보면, 인과 비타민 C를 제외한 나머지 영양소들은 일일 영양권장량의 1/3수준에 미치지 못했으며, 특히 칼슘은 13 ~ 14.1%, 비타민 A는 17.9% ~ 19.2%, 철분 19.3 ~ 19.6% 으로 부족 정도가 심각했다. 각 영양소 섭취량은 서로 높은 상관관계를 보인 반면, 영양지식이나 식생활 태도와는 상관이 거의 없는 것으로 나타났으며, 도시락 지참횟수와 에너지 섭취량, 인의 섭취량이 유의적인 상관을 보였고, 식생활태도가 좋을수록 도시락 지참횟수가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 점심도시락을 싸오지 않는 이유로는 가지고 다니는 것이 귀찮아서 (17.6%), 싸주지 않아서 (11.2%), 사먹는 것이 맛이 있어서 (10.3%), 먹기 싫어서 910.3%) 등으로 나타났다. 점심을 싸오지 않았을 때는 점심으로 친구도시락을 나누어 먹는 경우가 가장 많았으며, 분식이나 빵을 사 먹는 경우도 있었지만 굶는 학생도 5.4%나 되었다. 조사대상자의 62.3%가 편식습관을 보였고, 아침을 늘 먹지 않는 학생이 9.5%, 꼭곡 챙겨먹는 학생은 52.6%이었으며, 결식 이유는 시간이 없어서 (39.9%) 먹기 싫어서 (17.6%) 식사준비가 안되서 (3.7%) 다이어트 (2.3%) 등이었다. 따라서 성장과 건강유지를 위한 식품과 영양에 대한 바른 정보를 제공하여 정확한 영양지식을 습득케하고, 올바른 식생활을 유도할 수 있는 체계적인 영양교육을 제공하고, 또한 가정에서도 적절한 영양관리 및 지도가 이루어질 수 있도록 지속적인 영양관리 및 지도가 이루어질 수 있도록 지속적인 프로그램이 마련되어야 할 것이며 점심 도시락만으로는 부족한 영양소를 충분히 보충시켜줄 수 있는 다양한 식단과 학교급식이 하루 발리 시행되어야 될 것으로 사료된다. This study was designed to investigate lunch of the boy's and girl's middle school students in Busan. The survey was conducted from September 15 to September 30 in 2002. It was revealed that there is no difference in the scores measuring the knowledge in nutrition and the eating habit between male students and females , 10.6% of the male students scored poor in the knowledge in nutrition, 38.2% fair, 42.5% good and 8.7% excellent respectively while 4.1% of the female students scored poor in the same area, 31.6% fair, 52.1% good and 12.2% excellent respectively. The biggest number of both group of students scored good in their eating habit, the second biggest fair, the third biggest excellent and the least scored poor. Female students were reported to bring their lunch more than the male students do (p<0.05). And there was a significantly difference in the frequency of ringing lunch according to their knowledge in nutrition and their dietary attitude (p<0.001), but whether mothers have jobs or not, mothers' educational background or monthly expenses for food didn't seem to make any differences. The intakes of nutritional elements except phosphorus and vitamin C are lower than RDA. The ratio of intakes of nutritional elements from lunch was 13 ~ 14.1% of calcium, 17.9 ~ 19.2% of vitamin A and 19.3 ~ 19.6% of iron, showing a significant unbalance in nutritional intakes. Nutritional intakes had little relationship with the knowledge in nutrition and eating habit. The frequency of carrying lunch, energy intakes and phosphorus intakes had significantly relationship with each other. And the better the eating habit was, the more often the individual carried lunch.

      • 括數根 水溶性 蛋白質의 細胞毒性

        The purpose of this research was to investigate effect of water-soluble protein of Trichosanthes kirillowii(TKP) on the proliferation of human tumor cells. TKP inhibited the proliferation of HeLa cells and KHOS-NP cells. The inhibitory activity of doxorubicin on HeLa cells and its of mitomycin C on KHOS-NP cells were increased by the combination of TKP. TKP did not affect on the proliferation of Balb/c 3T3 cells, but inhibited the proliferation of mouse spleen cells and human lymphocyte at 1 ㎍/ml. These results suggest that TKP bas the cytotoxicity on HeLa and KHOS-NP cells, and increase the cytotoxicity of doxorubicin or mitomycin C.

        염산 케타민을 이용한 뇌성마비아동 5명의 치과치료에 관한 연구

        Complete oral rehabilitation in pediatric dentistry is nowadays a routine procedure performed in specialized outpatient clinics as well as in private offices. The duration of the procedure, the age and psychological behavior of patients, and the presence of congenital or neurological abnormalities have prompted the search for suitable forms of sedation to allow such treatment to be performed under optimal conditions and in a single session. We report here our experience in proving a suitable anesthetic service during the performance of total oral rehabilitation in single session for 5 children. Ketamine HCL is a nonbarbiturate, IV or IM administered, short-acting anesthetic that is suitable for operative procedure of short duration. It does not obstruct airway and protective pharyngeal and laryngeal reflex that prevent aspiration. Induction is rapid and smooth and duration is controlable. Cardiovascular activity is slightly stimulated and respiratory function is unimpared. Ketamine is to be a satisfactory and efficient anesthetic agent for outpatient dental treatment, superior to conventional anesthetic techniques. But it does not a panacea and there is much work to be done in this field.

      • 매립지 침출수의 수질예측에 관한 실험적 연구

        본 연구는 수도권 폐기물 매립지의 현황을 파악하고, 이를 토대로 우리실정에 적합한 매립지의 적정관리 방안을 제시하고자 실시하였다. 그 중에서 쓰레기 매립지 침출수의 수질 자료를 가지고 이를 예측하고, 장래 그 지역의 침출수 처리방안의 기초적 자료를 만들고자 한다. 도시생활 폐기물 매립지의 침출수에서 주된 BOD? 및 COD?은 매립 경과시간에 따라 오염 농도가 log curve와 같은 상태로 변화됨을 알았다. SS농도는 매립심도가 얕은 지역이거나, 비가 많이 내리는 우기에 영향을 많이 받으므로 매립초기나 우기시에만 적정처리를 하면 될 것으로 사료된다. T-N이나 NH?-N는 매립일이 경과할수록 증가하지만, BOD?는 감소추세로 나타났다. 매립 경과일수에 따라 중금속의 농도는 증가하였고, 그 수치들은 환경기준을 초과하므로 이에 대한 적정처리가 요구된다. A leachate treatment and disposal system consists of properly designed and integrated treatment process, and an effluent disposal arrangement to discharge treated leachate to the environment without endangering public health and safety. In this study are analysed the characteristics of the leachate and also are discussed the experience to solve the problem of the leachate treatment in landfill Site. The results are summarized as followed ; The correlation of BOD? and COD? Concentration and running time of Solid Waste Landfill showed a style of the logarithmic curve. Because the SS Concentration is under the influence of shallow landfill or heavy raining season, it is thorough that some appropriate action is required during a rainy season or right after the landfill. The value of T-N or NH?-N are increased by the time after the landfill, in the other hand the value of BOD? is decreased by the same condition. Because as the time after the landfill runs, the concentration of heavy metal is increased and the values of heavy metal exceeds a environmental limit request that the appropriate action be done.

      • 여자 양궁선수들의 경쟁상태불안에 대한 분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyze a cognitive anxiety, somatic anxiety, and self-confidence on a competitive state anxiety from 39 females of archers. The subjects of study were 16 professionals, 11 college females students, and 12 high school female student. Statistical methods of this study were used one-way ANOVA for analysing responses of subjects on each subdomains of the competitive state anxiety. The finding of this study were as the following : 1. High school student archers showed higher cognitive anxiety than professional and college archers. 2. Somatic anxiety showed higher by age to be grown older in the professional, college, and high school archers. 3. The level of self-confidence was lower in comparison of cognitive anxiety, somatic anxiety. The professional archers showed the highest self-confidence than college and high school archers.

        본 연구는 상수도 공급의 합리적 방안 연구의 일환으로서 수질개선과 효율적인 공급관리 체계확립을 연구하였다. 먼저 상수도 체계도를 각각 단계별로 분류하였으며, 정수장의 수처리 공정에서 발생하는 근원적인 문제점과 실태를 조사ㆍ분석하여 개선책과 대안들을 제시하고자 하였다. 또한 상수도 관리공정의 자동화 및 계측제어 system 방식의 도입을 통하여 비효율적인 기존의 인위적 생산방식을 탈피하고, 제한된 용수자원을 최대한 호라용하여 능률적인 상수원 공급체계를 확립하고자 하였다. Water Supply in Water Treatment Plants has been accomplished at a great extent for last decade in Anyang City. Some problems to be solved were disclosed in the survey which dealt with operation and the installation procedure. Optimum Auto-Control System is a kind of preventive maintenance equipment which monitors continuously the operating condition of equipment and alarms to the operator in case of abnormal condition to prevent equipment from transition to big trouble. This system monitoring the efficiency of water treatment plants. By suggesting standard model of Optimizing Control System after completion, it will be possible to adapt this model to the renewaland/or new construction of other Water Supply System. Also it will contribute to the effective equipment operation by maintenancing cost cut-down and remote monitoring and control.
