        저 차원 Hankel 구조를 이용한 PMU 데이터 복구에 관한 연구

        Phasor Measurement Units (PMUs) provide synchronized phasor measurements at much higher sampling rate than that in the traditional Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. Several synchrophasor-based algorithms and techniques have been and continue to be developed for real-time operation applications such as state estimation, stability analysis, disturbance detection, dynamic security assessment etc. However, synchrophasor data quality limits the incorporation of synchrophasor-based applications into control room operations environment and processes. The goal of this project is to develop methods that can improve synchrophasor data quality by recovering missing data reliably and efficiently. Data recovery refers to methods that estimate the values of missing data in the synchrophasor streams. Recently, modeless missing data recovery methods have been developed, that exploit the low-rank property of the spatial-temporal synchrophasor data blocks. A spatial-temporal synchrophasor data block can be considered as a matrix that is constructed by the measurements sampled at consecutive time instants with each row denoting the measurement of one certain channel across time. By exploiting the low-rank property of synchrophasor data matrices, the missing data recovery can be formulated as a low-rank matrix completion problem. The low-rank matrix completion problem has been extensively studied in the past few years and several algorithms have been developed to recover a low-rank matrix from partial observations. In this study, synchrophasor data analysis has been combined with low-rank matrix completion theory to develop a missing synchrophasor data recovery technique and tool.

        이슬람 사회의 이드(희생제)축제와 복음전달을 위한 커뮤니케이션 방법

        There are 55 nations which accept Islam as a religion in the world. Among them Asia has the most Muslim population. In the beginning of the 21st century Muslims have a trend of spreading out throughout the world, and they have their own common festivals. Those are festivals called the Minor festive day and the Major festive day. These are the greatest festive days of Islam to be held from the 70 days after Ramadan finished. The festive days are called a mass worship service. These festive days become the spiritual connection point which the rich share beasts with the poor. Islam id begins from the point that Abraham offered a living beast as a sacrifice to God at the Genesis of the Old Testament. Id festival is the duty of all Muslims in the Islam world and is to show the mind to submit to Allah. Islam id is the festival to pray for service and achievement, the day of thanksgiving and celebration, the day of triumph, the day to collect the fruits of good deeds and service, and simultaneously the spiritual union and the festival to have the meaning that purifies the souls. Even if festival is kept by all people, it is the time when a patriarch kills a beast and share it with relatives and all people with pleasure. But that Abraham offered Isaac as a sacrifice contains the redemptive principle to redeem a life, that is, the symbol of Messiah to come. This is aimed to seek for the contact point of the Gospel in the Christian perspective through this Islam id festival. It is important for us to see the contextual communication to be united with the audience and the phenomenon to occur in the mind of a receiver for the cultural sharing and message sending. And through the ministry to be shown by action, instead of rejection symptom against the culture we can seek for the contact point. Above all things, we can send through the cultural situation in this festival of Islam, the form and meaning of culture, the core of the Gospel, and the redemptive death of a Lamb as a sacrificial offering by exchanging the religious information as a contact point to send the Biblical truth. We must make Islam id festival the opportunity of the Gospel message.

      • Ablation of HRC alleviates cardiac arrhythmia and improves abnormal Ca handling in CASQ2 knockout mice prone to CPVT

        <P><B>Aims</B></P><P>Cardiac calsequestrin (CASQ2) and histidine-rich Ca-binding protein (HRC) are sarcoplasmic reticulum (SR) Ca-binding proteins that regulate SR Ca release in mammalian heart. Deletion of either CASQ2 or HRC results in relatively mild phenotypes characterized by preserved cardiac structure and function, although CASQ2 knockout (KO), or Cnull, shows increased arrhythmia burden under conditions of catecholaminergic stress. We hypothesized that given the apparent overlap of functions of CASQ2 and HRC, simultaneous ablation of both would deteriorate the cardiac phenotype compared with the single knockouts.</P><P><B>Methods and results</B></P><P>In contrast to this expectation, double knockout (DKO) mice lacking both CASQ2 and HRC exhibited normal cardiac ejection fraction and ultrastructure. Moreover, the predisposition to catecholamine-dependent arrhythmia that characterizes the Cnull phenotype was alleviated in the DKO mice. At the myocyte level, DKO mice displayed Ca transients of normal amplitude; additionally, the frequency of spontaneous Ca waves and sparks in the presence of isoproterenol were decreased markedly compared with Cnull. Furthermore, restitution of SR Ca release was slowed in DKO myocytes compared with Cnull cells.</P><P><B>Conclusion</B></P><P>Our results suggest that rather than being functionally redundant, CASQ2 and HRC modulate cardiac ryanodine receptor-mediated (RyR2) Ca release in an opposing manner. In particular, while CASQ2 stabilizes RyR2 rendering it refractory in the diastolic phase, HRC enhances RyR2 activity facilitating RyR2 recovery from refractoriness.</P>
