유한요소법을 이용한 CCT 시편의 동적 응력확대계수 해석

The objective of this paper is to investigate the effects of geometry, mesh design and time step on the dynamic stress intensity factor in CCT specimen. Both the stress extrapolation and the displacement extrapolation methods were adopted. Numerical results show that the effects of specimen height and the time step on dynamic stress intensity factor were negligible while the effect of mesh design at the far side of crack tip on dynamic stress intensity factor was significant.

The cool storage system(CSS) is a specific building that is required only cooling load without heating during the whole year. CSS uses a electric energy which is very expensive and is required much amount of energy due to temperature differences between interior and ambient temperatures. The purpose of this study is to assess the energy performance of the multi-unit cooler operating control system. For the prediction of its performance, two types of test cell are installed at Korea Institute of Energy Research (KIER). First cell is equiped with one large unit cooler, and second cell consists of two small unit coolers. According to the results of experiments using these cells, the multi-unit cooler operating control system is found to be effective in energy saving and beneficial for storage due to much less deviation of temperature.

신재생에너지 CDM사업 사전 평가용 도구 RETScreen

Concerns over climate change and other detrimental effects of conventional energy sources have resulted in the introduction of new federal government programs to promote renewable energy technologies (RETs). The RET Life Cycle Cost(LCC) feasibility assessment program under development is named as RETScreen. RETScreen provides the tools and human capacity building to enable the successful implementation of RETs in Canada and internationally. RETScreen programs have shared resources and pooled their strengths to attain their complemental)’ objectives. As a result, they have achieved considerable success in their mandates and offer valuable lessons for Korea and other countries seeking effective models to disseminate renewable energy technologies. Korea is already well on the road of benefiting from this experience. This paper is intended to provide Korean readers with an overview of the RETScreen and shows how the tool is used to help bring about the implementation of RETs in Canada and international project such as COM, and to offer these experiences as examples for consideration in Korea.

최근 지열원 열펌프 시스템 설치가 해마다 평균 10-30%젓도 꾸주히 증가하고 있다 주요 연구동향은 토양열전도 측정, 지열히트펌프 시스템 전주기 성능평가 하이브리드 시스템의 초기비용 저감과 이러한 지열원 열펌프 시스템 설계방법분야 개발에 대해 초점이 맞춰지고 있다. 특히 국내에서 현재 시공되어진 많은 시스템들이 부실시공의 문제에 노출되고 있으며 이러한 시점에서 현재의 저가 입찰제도 보다는 외국 사례와 같은 성능확인 제도로의 전환 및 많은 연구가 필요하다. 성능확인제도는 사전 성능 예측과 사후 성능 확인 검증으로 구성되며 본 기술현안 보고서는 최근 국내외 연구동향 및 사전 성능 예측과 사후 성능 검증 관하여 정리하여 본다.
