Lactolisterin BU is a novel bacteriocin identified from Lactococcus lactis in 2017. It exhibits antimicrobial activity against food spoilage and foodborne pathogens. In this study, Lactolisterin BU was expressed in Pichia pastoris (P. pastoris) and isolated from the supernatant of yeast culture for the first time. It was found to exhibit a broad antimicrobial spectrum and rapid bactericidal activity against foodborne bacterial pathogens, both gram-positive and gramnegative ones, with minimum inhibition concentrations ranging within 10–60 μg/mL. The recombinant Lactolisterin BU (rLactolisterin BU) also had an antioxidant effect and was resistant to heating, acid–base, and high-dose-saline treatments and barely had any hemolytic activity or cytotoxicity. Moreover, rLactolisterin BU effectively suppressed the growth of bacterial pathogens; suppressed the increases in pH, total volatile basic nitrogen (TVB-N), and thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) of pork samples; and maintained a high quality of fresh pork during storage at 4 ℃. Furthermore, rLactolisterin BU effectively inhibited the growth of three kinds of bacteria in a pork-spoilage model. Taken together, rLactolisterin BU could be a promising preservative for food storage.
Terahertz field-induced phase transition via nonlinear phonon interaction

Light-matter interaction has been attracted attention in the field of condensed matter physics and optics from the last century. Recent studies revealed that applying terahertz (THz) field on the material can lead the enhancement of material property or induce the phase transition. For example, high temperature superconductivity (~100K) is experimentally observed by illuminating the THz-field on the K<sub>3</sub>C<sub>60</sub> from its lower superconducting critical temperature (~30K) at the ambient condition. In our work, we investigated the THz field-induced phase transition based on the first principle calculation. At first, we show the microscopic details of THz field-induced ferroeletric phase transition in SrTiO<sub>3</sub>, which is demonstrated in the recent experiment. In second, we suggest the THz field-induced Weyl points in the trivial semimetal HgTe. Especially, we revealed that the nonlinear phonon interaction is the main mechanism of these THz field-induced phase transition. Our studies highlight that THz field can be a great tool for manipulating material properties.
A Study on Evaluation of Online Trading System in MRO Supply Business

Purpose: The findings are expected to be used as basic data for policy establishment for systematic support and upbringing of small and medium-sized suppliers through the current status and characteristics of the industrial structure of the MRO consumable materials industry as a whole and the market trend. Research design, data, and methodology: This survey is conducted in 2019 mainly for companies that operate consumable materials delivery business, and the survey size is about 25,000 in advance (selected) and about 2,000 in the main survey. Using cluster analysis and multidimensional scaling, we derive the visualization of the homogeneous grouping of cases and the relationship structure between them. Results: Based on the attributes of reason for not having an online trading system, it is classified into three and four clusters for industry and company size, respectively, and the feature and pattern of each individual can be are relatively evaluated and visualized. Conclusions: Small and medium-sized consumable material suppliers specialize in products rather than fierce pricing strategies or external expansion strategies and it is more effective to establish a plan to promote the growth of both large and small enterprises through cooperation with large corporations.

Complete genome sequences of three new plant RNA viruses, Spinach deltapartitivirus 1 (SpDPV1), Spinach amalgavirus 1 (SpAV1), and Spinach latent virus (SpLV), were identified from a spinach (Spinacia oleracea) transcriptome dataset. The RNA-dependent RNA polymerases (RdRps) of SpDPV1, SpAV1, and SpLV showed 72%, 53%, and 93% amino acid sequence identities with the homologous RdRp of the most closely related virus, respectively, suggesting that SpDPV1 and SpAV1 were novel viruses. Sequence similarity and phylogenetic analyses revealed that SpDPV1 belonged to the genus Deltapartitivirus of the family Partitiviridae, SpAV1 to the genus Amalgavirus of the family Amalgaviridae, and SpLV to the genus Ilarvirus of the family Bromoviridae. Based on the demarcation criteria, SpDPV1 and SpAV1 are considered as novel species of the genera Deltapartitivirus and Amalgavirus, respectively. This is the first report of these two viruses from spinach.

A distinct double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) cryptic virus, named spinach cryptic virus 1 (SpCV1), was identified from spinach transcriptome datasets. The SpCV1 genome has two dsRNA genome segments. The larger dsRNA1 has an open reading frame for a conserved RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp). The smaller dsRNA2 encodes a putative coat protein (CP). The sequence identity of SpCV1 RdRp and CP to the closest cryptic virus is 81% and 60%, respectively. Phylogenetic analysis indicates that SpCV1 is a novel member of the genus Alphapartitivirus (family Partitiviridae).
