According to the growth of nano science and technology, ultra high precision stage and manipulator is recently required at a variety of equipment (SEM, FIB, AFM, STM etc.). In this study, 3-DOF parallel manipulator using the merits of parallel robot is developed, and inverse kinematics is studied for the parallel type manipulator. This manipulator using the pantograph type PZT is operated, and joints and links using the super-elastic material arecomposed. FEM analysis is performed in order to considerate reasonability to use super-elastic wire.

전 세계적으로 온실가스 배출에 관에 문제 대두되고 있으며, 온실가스를 줄이기 위하여 탄소 중립 추진 전략이 실행되고 있다. 탄소중립을 위한 10대 과제 중 하나인 순환경제를 구축하기 위해서 사용 후 제품의 재제조 및 타분야 활용의 비중을 높이고 있다. 재제조 및 타분야 활용은 경제적인 측면에서 원자재 비용 절감 및 저가제품 제공, 일자리 창출 등의 이점이 있으며, 환경적인 측면에서는 신품제조에 비해 이산화탄소배출량이 저감되는 효과가 있다. 본 논문에서는 가스절연 개폐장치 및 수배전반과 같은 전력설비 기자재의 재제조 및 타분야활용에 대한 국내 동향을 살펴본다.

The method proposed in this paper controls the power flow of the meshed DC power system using a DC Power Flow Control Converter (PFCC), and reduces the fault current that occurs in the case of a short circuit in a DC circuit. It is a method to lower the fault current flowing through the DC circuit breaker and thus to reduce the stress applied to the circuit breaker. The proposed PFCC is a Dual Active Bridge (DAB) Converter consisting of a DC/AC power converter connected in parallel with the DC system, a high-frequency transformer that transforms voltage, and a DC/AC power converter, and It consists of a full bridge converter that is connected in series with a DC line and outputs a constant voltage and a reverse voltage, and controls the voltage of the grid line. In this paper, simulation was performed by applying PFCC to a mesh-type DC power system through MATLAB/Simscape, and performance and feasibility were verified through Cassie method to analyze the characteristics of DC circuit breakers.
A REVIEW ON THE ODSCC OF STEAM GENERATOR TUBES IN KOREAN NPPS

The ODSCC detected in the TSP position of Ulchin 3&4 SGs are typical ODSCC of Alloy 600MA tubes. The causative chemical environment is formed by concentration of impurities inside the occluded region formed by the tube surface, egg crate strips, and sludge deposit there. Most cracks are detected at or near the line contacts between the tube surface and the egg crate strips. The region of dense crack population, as defined as between $4^{th}$ and $9^{th}$ TSPs, and near the center of hot leg hemisphere plane, coincided well with the region of preferential sludge deposition as defined by thermal hydraulics calculation using SGAP computer code. The cracks developed homogeneously in a wide range of SGs, so that the number of cracks detected each outage increased very rapidly since the first detection in the $8^{th}$ refueling outage. The root cause assessment focused on investigation of the difference in microstructure and manufacturing residual stress in order to reveal the cause of different susceptibilities to ODSCC among identical six units. The manufacturing residual stress as measured by XRD on OD surface and by split tube method indicated that the high residual stress of Alloy 600MA tube played a critical role in developing ODSCC. The level of residual stress showed substantial variations among the six units depending on details of straightening and OD grinding processes. Youngwang 3&4 tubes are less susceptible to ODSCC than U3 and U4 tubes because semi-continuous coarse chromium carbides are formed along the grain boundary of Y3&4 tubes, while there are finer less continuous chromium carbides in U3 and U4. The different carbide morphology is caused by the difference in cooling rate after mill anneal. There is a possibility that high chromium content in the Y3&4 tubes, still within the allowable range of Alloy 600, has made some contribution to the improved resistance to ODSCC. It is anticipated that ODSCC in Y5&6 SGs will be retarded more considerably than U3 SGs since the manufacturing residual stress in Y5&6 tubes is substantially lower than in U3 tubes, while the microstructure is similar with each other.

본 연구에서는 도깨비부채(Rodgersia podophylla)의 화장품 산업 적용 가능성을 확인하기 위해, 잎(RP-L), 줄기(RP-B), 뿌리(RP-R)의 에탄올 추출물을 조제하고 이의 항균, 항산화 및 항당뇨 활성을 평가하였다. 추출물의 총 폴리페놀 함량 분석 결과, RP-R 및 RP-L에서 382.5~387.7 mg/g의 높은 함량을 보였으며, RP-B의 경우 84.2 mg/g으로 RP-R에 비해 20% 수준을 나타내었다. 항균활성 평가에서는 RP-L 및 RP-R 추출물에서 매우 강력한 그람양성 세균에 대한 항균 활성을 확인하였으며, 특히 RP-R 추출물의 경우 제어가 어려운 그람음성의 대장균 및 P. vulgaris에 대해서도 우수한 항균활성이 확인되었다. 항산화 활성 평가 결과, 3종 부위별 추출물 모두에서 매우 강력한 DPPH 음이온 소거능, ABTS 양이온 소거능, 환원력 및 nitrite 소거능이 확인되었으며, RP-L 및 RP-R 추출물의 DPPH 음이온 및 ABTS 양이온 소거능에 대한 RC50은 각각 23.0~29.7 및 15.0~18.2 μg/ml를 나타내어 vitamin C의 9.8 및 8.0 μg/ml 수준과 비교할 만 하였다. 또한 RP-R 추출물은 0.5 mg/ml 농도에서 α-glucosidase 및 β-amylase 활성을 각각 6.9% 및 48.5% 저해하여 우수한 항당뇨 활성을 나타내었다. 본 연구에서는 도깨비부채 잎 및 뿌리 추출물에서 강력한 항세균, 항산화 및 항당뇨 활성을 신규 확인하여, 향후 도깨비부채가 화장품 및 식의약품 산업에서 새로운 생물자원으로 이용 가능함을 제시하였다. This study aimed to investigate possible applications of Rodgersia podophylla in the food and cosmetic industry. Ethanol extracts of leaves (RP-L), branches (RP-B), and root (RP-R) were prepared, and their antimicrobial, antioxidant, and anti-diabetic activities were evaluated. The polyphenol content in the RP-R, RP-L, and RP-B extracts was 79.6, 30.4, and 16.9 mg/g, respectively. An antimicrobial activity assay showed that the RP-L and RP-R extracts exhibited strong growth inhibition of pathogenic and food spoilage Gram-positive bacteria. Furthermore, the RP-R extract inhibited the growth of the Gramnegative E. coli and P. vulgaris bacteria. All extracts showed strong scavenging activity for DPPH, ABTS, nitrite, and reducing power determined by A 700 nm. In particular, the RC50s of the RP-R extract for the DPPH anion and ABTS cation were 23.0-29.7 and 15.0-18.2 μg/ml, respectively, which are comparable to those of vitamin C (9.8 and 8.0 μg/ml, respectively). An activity assay of α-glucosidase and β-amylase suggested a high potential for the RP-R extract as an anti-diabetic agent. Its inhibition levels of α-glucosidase and β-amylase at 0.5 mg/ml were 6.9 and 48.5%, respectively. This is the first report of the antimicrobial and anti-diabetic activities of R. podophylla. Our results suggest that RP-L and RP-R extracts could be developed as novel cosmeceutical and functional food resources.
천연물로부터 5 alpha-Reductase 활성억제 및 면포용해효과의 검색

The antibacterial activity against Propionibacterium acnes (P. acnes), 5alpha-reductase inhibition and comedolytic effects are the important pharmacological target sites of antiacne drugs. We previously reported on the antibacterial activities against P. acnes by natural products. In the present study the screening of 5alpha-reductase inhibition and comedolytic effects from natural products were performed. Seven natural products such as Angelica koreana Sophora flavescens, Prunus persica, Bombyx mori, Areca catechu, Galla rhois and Gleditschia koraiensis perfectly inhibited the activity of 5alpha-reductase at the concentration of 0.01% (w/v). Sixteen natural products which were shown to have the potent antibacterial activities against P.acnes or 5alpha-reductase inhibition activities were assayed for the comedolytic test. In the results of comedolytic effects on experimentally-induced comedones (EIC), Sophora flavescens showed the strongest comedolytic effect on EIC, and Polygonum cuspidatum and Angelica koreana showed stronger comedolytic effects on EIC than azelaic acid used for a positive control at the concentration of 3% (w/v). These results suggest that several natural products including Sophora flavescens can be developed as noble antiacne agents.
