        열처리 상태가 10Cr-1Mo-VNbN 주강의 기계적 성질 및 용접성에 미치는 영향

        Mechanical properties and weldability such as HAZ hardness, cold cracking susceptibility and hot ductility of two differently heat treated 10Cr-1Mo-VNbN cast steels were measured and compared. Because of high hardenability of the cast steel, as-annealed cast steel showed martensitic microstructure and thus had higher hardness than annealed-normalized-tempered cast steel which had tempered martensite. Because the welding electrode used resulted in a high hardness weld metal, both cast steels showed same weld metal cold cracking susceptibility even though the as-annealed cast steel had higher HAZ hardness than the annealed-normalizedtempered cast steel. Both cast steels had excellent hot ductility in high temperature range, indicating no risk of grain boundary liquation cracking in the HAZ. However, the as-annealed cast steel showed an inferior ductility in the intermediate temperature range of 1000~1150℃ because of larger unrecrystallized grain size.

      • MIS導入이 經營祖織構造에 미치는 影響分析 모델 開發에 관한 硏究

        Modern industry is changing information-oriented society as the result of their complex business, violent competition and the increase of uncertainty. To meet this situation, the rational decision-making in each enterprise is said to be a main subject of modern management. For this reason, each enterprise needs correct and rapid data for infomation and the importance of MIS supporting those data is rec-ognized. As the introduction of MIS means the change of technology, we can expect tec-hnology and organization can affect the change of organization structure in terms of their interaction. In other words, the change of the content in job, members and formalization cause functional structure and the change of decision making authority, power and the span of control cause the structure of power(dominant structure) too. Taking these facts into consideration, this paper, attempted to aim at the study of orientation for the most proper design of management structure by setting and showing organezation structural effect model through the experimental analysis for how the introduction and practice and practice of MIS affect the organization stru-ctural variable. The variable system in this study is set as follows: MIS is set independent variable and basic variables such as complexity, centrailz-ation and fromalization repsesenting organization structure is set up dependent variable and the types of industry, the scale of business, the developing step of MIS and management strategy are set up as situation variables. So two more hyp-otheses are set up that one is on the effect on the operation of each variable, the standard of measurement and the introduction of MIS on the organization structure and the other is on the effect of situation factor on the organization structure. To verify these hypotheses this study was selected 150 enterpriese as a sampling and gave out questionnaires and the data returned from 82 enterprises.(rate of return: 54.67%) This study could find out the following facts through the analysis of the returned data. 1. The introduction of MIS increases the complexity, centralization, and formaliza-tion of organization structure enforces cotralization in it. 2. The introduction of MIS has little effect on the members of middle management but it has increased decision-making authority or job discretion. 3. The job volume, members and power in MIS departments are in creased. 4. It appeard that the canging degree of organization structrue by MIS introduct-ion is not influenced by the types of business, the scale of business and the developing stage of MIS. 5. It appeared that management strategy and manager support have effect on the changing degree of organization structure. 6. It is effective that MIS department exists in a position of general staff or committee system rather than in a subordinated position of an established depa-rtment. In conclusion, in the beginning of the introduction of MIS, MIS system tends to increase the complexity, centralization and further formalization. If the system is developed and deepened, it carrys out decentralization of power and will the make the organization structurue into vertical, organic and inflexible one.

      • 經營思想의 發展에 관한 硏究

        Management is a science built up in the course of development of human history as in the case of other social sciences. The purpose of this study is, therefore, to help understand properly what management is by looking into the developing process of management thought. It may be true thet much attention should be paid to the history of a learning in order ot understand it as a new knowledge. This study will also help understnad management by examining various managenent thoughts, because modern management is a synthesis of all thoughts as H. Koontz says that we are in " management theory jungle." The analyzing method on the development of the management thought, in this study, is to be given from the historical viewpoint: clssical theory of management which is Taylor's scientific management method and Fayol's processing management, new-classical theory of management which is the theory of human relations, modern organization theory, behavioral science, and management science. The influences to which thease thoughts contributed are summarized as follows: First, Taylor's scientific management method(1910) started as means of "efficiency movement" has become a mother of modern management, though it is criticized as it has made man a machine model. Second, Fayol's processing management(1916) has suggested the general principle of management and the elements of management which is a guide to general management. Third, Mayo and et al's theory of human relations(1924) has organized modern behavioral science by recognizing the improtance of emotion and attitude which the employees have. Fourth, Barnard's modern organization theory(1930) looked upon a member of organization as a system which interacts and each individual as a decision maker or a problem solver, and has formed a school of decision making theories which is the successor to A. Simon. Fifth, Behavioral science (1950) which proves human behavior by means of interdisciplinary approach appearred since the theory of human relations was criticized. It has been innovated in personal management as well as in organization. Finally, Operations Research(O.R.) called management science(1950) has become used as optiomal solution method and decision making process through mathematical model in place of measuring data process. Thease management thoughts make up the main stream of modern management, because management is a synthesis of all management thoughts. is also thought that modern management should be studied in terms of modern business management and Koontz's co-ordination theory.

      • MIS 導入에 따른 祖織構造 變化에 관한 理論的 考察

        A narional decision-making has been required by the large scale development in modern enterprise and the more complicated business management as well as by the intensified competitions and the uncertainties of the environment. This means that the rapid and accurate informantion has been needed within or out of the enterprise, and that the computer based management information system(CBMIS) has been introduced in the perception of the importance of MIS which can support this idea. This study is to clarify the characteristics of CBMIS and its influence on the organizational structure in management, througjh the review of the literature concerned. It is also to present an orientation for the optimum design in organizing management, by presenting its effect on the structural variables in the organization with the introduction of MIS. The method of this study was taken by a structural approach to the orgaization which is a traditional organization theory but the object of it was a computerized information processing system, not-manual system. The category of MIS in this study was considered ra her a broad conception that covers the electronic data processing system(EDPS) which is the stage of information gathering process, the management information system(MIS) which is the stage of information analysis and control, and the decision support system(DSS) which is the stage of the optimized strategic information. Such a function of MIS can provide the strategic info mation for strategic plan in the top management, the managerial information for management and control in the middle management, and the operational information for operational control in the lower management. Therefore, the introduction of MIS will bring on some changes on the power and functional structure in the firm on account of job specifications and changeable constituent members. As far as the previous study on this matter is concerned, some scholars such as Leavitt & Whisle (1958) asserted that the organizational structure should be changed by the introduction of MIS and others such as Anshen(1962), Robey(1981) and Dearden(1967) did not agree to this assertion. It can, however, be justified that the introduction of MIS will bring about some changes on the organizational structure from the theoretical points of view. Woodward(1965) indicates that the effect of the introduction of MIS will the effect of the introduction of MIS will have close corelation between organizational structure and technological advancement, and Leavitt(1958) suggests in his Diamond Model that technological changes will bring about some changes on tasks, organizational structure and man power. The following were found as a result of this study : the introduction of MIS could make organizational structure far more complicated, centralized and formalized. In other words, it was found more complicated by new job openings, extention of training periods, and expansion of departments. It was also found that the decision-making and the power were more and more centralized in the highest level ofmanagement, and that they led to more formalized system such as documentization of regulations and mechanization of communication. A result of introduction of MIS influence the number of total departments, the status of the person in charge of MIS, the quantity of duty on the part of the management level, and the number of branches and offices. A systematic change is needed in organizational structure in consideration of the above results, because the oraganizational structure of the management is not ever lasting but flexible as an adaptive system. This study will suggest a new direction for the and strategic design use of the organizational structure which promises the efficiency of MIS as well as the reconsideration of effectiveness of the organizations.

      • 골반 골절 환자에 있어서 골절 위치에 따른 하부 요로 손상의 연관성

        Background and Objectives: Lower urinary tract injuries in pelvic bone fracture can lead to significant complication. We tried to find out the relationship between the fracture location and the bladder, urethra injury in patients who sustaining pelvic bone fracture. We thought that the fracture locations could serves as markers for injury. Materials and Methods: A clinical study was made on 43 patients who sustaining pelvic bone fracture with bladder or urethra injury in the Chosun University hospital during the period of 5 years from January, 2002 to December 2006. Diagnosis was done by retrograde cystography, retrograde urethragraphy, abdomenpelvic computed tomography. Results: Of the 43 patients reviewed, 27 patients had intraperitoneal type bladder rupture, and 12 patients had extra-peritoneal type bladder rupture. 9 patients had urethral rupture. Intraperitoneal type bladder rupture cases are most commonly associated with infrapubic ramus, suprapubic ramus and acetabulum. but the statistically significance is abscent (p= 0.642). Also extraperitoneal type bladder rupture cases are most commonly associated with infrapubic ramus, suprapubic ramus and acetabulum. but the statistically significance is abscent (p= 0.548). And all type bladder rupture cases are most commonly associated with infrapubic ramus, suprapubic ramus and acetabulum. but the statistically significance is abscent (p= 0.775). And urethral rupture cases are most commonly associated with infrapubic ramus, suprapubic ramus and acetabulum but the statistically significance is abscent (p= 0.528). Lastly, Combineded bladder rupture and urethral rupture cases are most commonly associated with infrapubic ramus, llium, Symphysis pubis. But the statistically significance is abscent (p= 0.462). Conclusions: In our study when there is a pelvic bone fracture, the fractured site of pelvic bone have no statistically association with lower urinary tract injury. But most common pelvic bone fracture site of all lower urinary tract injury cases is infrapubic ramus. Therefore, if infrapubic ramus fracture is found in the condition of pelvic bone fracture, it is highly likely to have lower urinary tract injury. More careful observation and diagnosis is necessary for this case.

        본 연구의 목적은 기업의 판매와 시장 점유율에 영향을 미치는 고객만족에 대한 물류시스템요인의 전략적 중요성을 분석하고자 한다. 기업의 고객만족요인은 전통적인 마케팅믹스요인과 고객서비스요인으로 이루어져 있으며, 물류시스템은 물적공급요인과 물적유통요인, 그리고 이들을 연결 통합하는 연결과정요인으로 구성되어있다. 이들의 관계를 분석하기 위한 연구모형을 제시하고자 하며, 향후 수집된 자료는 LISREL을 이용하여 통계처리 될 것이다. The purpose of the study is to analyze strategic importance of the logistics system factors in customer satisfaction affecting firm's sales and market share. Firm's factors to satisfy customers may be considered as a function of two constructs : traditional marketing mix, and customer service, and also logistics systems may be considered as a function of the three constructs : physical supply factor, physical distribution factor, and logistical spanning process factor integrating or linking each of these constructs. We are going to propose a research model for analyzing each relationships of these constructs and the collected data will be analyzed by LISREL statistical package in future.

      • Zr/Ti 비에 따른 PZT계 압전세라믹스의 온도안정성

        In this paper, temperature stabilities of Pb( Zr_xTi_(1-x))O₃ piezoelectric ceramic system according to Zr/Ti ratios were investigated. PZT ceramics with Zr/Ti =58/42, 56/44, 53/47, 50/50, 48/52 which are adjacent compositions to Mophotyophic phase were fabricated, and thermal aging effects on the specimen were measured. After thermal aging. the specimens with Zr/Ti=58/42, 56/44, 48/52 in them could have lower temperature coefficient for antiresonant frequency and the specimen with Zr/Ti = 58/42 which is a composition of Rhombohedral phase have had the lowest temperature coefficient for antiresonant frequency.
