      • 동굴과 장묘 문화의 고찰

        한반도 지역의 장묘 문화와 고려장의 유래를 살펴본다. 삼국시대로부터 고려사회에 이르기까지는 주로 불교문화의 영향을 받아왔고, 그 후 조선사회에 들어와서 우리 민족은 유교문화에 깊은 관계를 형성하여 왔다. 그러므로 오늘의 우리사회에서도 곳곳에서 유교문화의 깊은 뿌리를 찾아볼 수 있으며, 아직도 우리의 생활문화에서 유교적 관행이나 생활관습을 흔히 느껴볼 수 있다. 이러한 종교 사회적 문화 배경이나 충효사상으로 무장된 우리의 사회상을 살펴볼 때 과연 우리가 전해들은 고려장 문화가 실존적인 것인지에 대하여는 강한 의문과 부정적 사고를 떨쳐 버릴 수 없다. 또한 초식을 즐겨하는 우리 식생활 문화로부터 그들의 온순한 성격이 형성되어 왔던 민족 사회적 정서를 살펴볼 때에도 부모나 가족의 연장자가 늙고 병들었다고 하여 그들을 쉽게 버리고 남은 가족들끼리 편안한 마음으로 살아갈 수 있을까(?)에는 역시 강한 의문점을 뗄 수가 없다. 한국동굴학회의 사업계획에 따라, 중국 길림성 연변조선족자치주 화룡시 근교의 충천계곡(골) 자연동굴을 탐사하고, 고려장 굴이라고 전해오는 석실무덤을 답사하였다.

        Spurious mode distinguish by eigensystem realization algorithm with improved stabilization diagram

        Modal parameter identification plays a key role in the structural health monitoring (SHM) for civil engineering. Eigensystem realization algorithm (ERA) is one of the most popular identification methods. However, the complex environment around civil structures can introduce the noises into the measurement from SHM system. The spurious modes would be generated due to the noises during ERA process, which are usually ignored and be recognized as physical modes. This paper proposes an improved stabilization diagram method in ERA to distinguish the spurious modes. First, it is proved that the ERA can be performed by any two Hankel matrices with one time step shift. The effect of noises on the eigenvalues of structure is illustrated when the choice of two Hankel matrices with one time step shift is different. Then, a moving data diagram is proposed to combine the traditional stabilization diagram to form the improved stabilization diagram method. The moving data diagram shows the mode variation along the different choice of Hankel matrices, which indicates whether the mode is spurious or not. The traditional stabilization diagram helps to determine the concerned truncated order before moving data diagram is implemented. Finally, the proposed method is proved through a numerical example. The results show that the proposed method can distinguish the spurious modes.

        Microwave-Assisted Synthesis of Flower-like and Plate-like CuO Nanopowder and Their Photocatalytic Activity for Polluted Lake Water

        Flower-like and plate-like CuO nanopowder has been successfully synthesized using a facile microwave-assisted synthetic route. The morphology and size of the final products strongly depended on microwave power. The phase, structures and morphologies of the as-prepared products were investigated in detail by BET surface area analysis, X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). In addition, the chemical oxygen demand of polluted lake water was employed for characterization of these new photocatalysts. The results showed correlations between the morphology of CuO micro-crystals and their catalytic properties.

        情绪智力对工作压力和工作倦怠的影响

        本研究以长春市制造业4家公司的286名员工为有效样本, 探讨了情绪智力对工作压力和工作倦怠的影响的问题。研究在理论背景的基础上提出了研究假设和研究模型, 然后采用了结构方程建模(structural equation modeling: SEM)的方法, 验证了事先提出的研究假设。结果表明, 组织成员的情绪智力对工作压力有着显著负面影响, 对工作倦怠的两个维度(消极怠慢和成就感低落)有着显著负面影响, 工作压力对工作倦怠的三个维度(情绪衰竭、消极怠慢和成就赶低落)有着显著正面影响。从而得知, 工作压力在情绪智力和情绪衰竭的关系中起到完全中介效应;在情绪智力和工作倦怠的两个维度(消极怠慢和成就感低落)的关系中起到部分中介效应。 This study is based on empirical study includes 226 organization middle managements of 5 manufacturing companies in Chang Chun, China. This study performs experimental examination of the effect of Emotional Intelligence on the Job Stress and Job Burn-out. Based on theories’ background, this paper developed the study model and framed hypothesis. The data is analyzed by using structural equation modeling(SEM). The results showed that Job stress was a full mediator of the relationship between emotional intelligence and job burnout whereas Job stress partially mediated the relationship of emotional intelligence with cynicism and reduced personal accomplishment. This implied that the mechanism of the effects of emotional intelligence on emotional exhaustion was different from that of the influence of emotional intelligence on cynicism and reduced personal accomplishment.

        Digital signal processing (DSP) is the process of taking a signal and performing an algorithm on it to analyze, modify, or better identify that signal.[1] To take advantage of DSP advances, one must have at least a basic understanding of DSP theory along with an understanding of the hardware architecture designed to support these new advances. There are several programming techniques that maximize the efficiency of the DSP hardware, as well as a few fundamental concepts used to implement DSP software.       • MSP58 Knockdown Inhibits the Proliferation of Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma in Vitro and in Vivo

        Esophageal carcinoma (EC) is one of the most aggressive cancers with a poor prognosis. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying esophageal cancer progression is a high priority for improved EC diagnosis and prognosis. Recently, MSP58 was shown to behave as an oncogene in colorectal carcinomas and gliomas. However, little is known about its function in esophageal carcinomas. We therefore examined the effects of MSP58 knockdown on the growth of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) cells in vitro and in vivo in order to gain a better understanding of its potential as a tumor therapeutic target. We employed lentiviral-mediated small hairpin RNA (shRNA) to knock down the expression of MSP58 in the ESCC cell lines Eca-109 and EC9706 and demonstrated inhibition of ESCC cell proliferation and colony formation in vitro. Furthermore, flow cytometry and western blot analyses revealed that MSP58 depletion induced cell cycle arrest by regulating the expression of P21, CDK4 and cyclin D1. Notably, the downregulation of MSP58 significantly inhibited the growth of ESCC xenografts in nude mice. Our results suggest that MSP58 may play an important role in ESCC progression.

This article introduced a Car Kits that provided a total entertainment and telematics solution, which support all current features within the constraints of low power consumption, form factor, price, ease-of-use, manufacture ability, testability and high total quality.

        Screening and Cloning of RAPD Markers from the W Chromosome of Silkworm, Bombyx mori L.

        Silkworms sex determination drew high attention from researchers. Sex chromosomes on the silkworm are of ZW type for females and ZZ type for males. Chromosome W plays an important role in sex determination. Although several molecular linkage maps have been constructed for silkworm, very few markers are discovered on the W chromosome. In order to look for molecular markers and to further locate the Fem gene on chromosome W, we used genomic DNA from both female and male larvae of a silkworm strain named 937 as PCR templates for RAPD amplification with 200 arbitrary 10-mer primers. The amplification results showed three female-specific bands, namely OPG-07(496), OPC-15(1,660) and OPE-18(1,279). Further verification, however, revealed no band from OPG-07 and OPC-15 in either sex in the strain 798, but OPE-18 provided female-specific band in the strains Suluan7 and C108, and absent in both males and strain 798. This indicates that the bands from OPG-07(496) and OPC-15(1,660) are probably female-specific in strain 937, and the band from OPE-18 was probably amplified from a common segment shared by most strains. The genomic DNAs from OPG-07 and OPC-15 were cloned and sequenced. Sequence analysis showed that the DNAs from OPG-07 and OPC-15 have high identities with the retrotransposable elements, and DNA from OPC-15 contains a portion of sequence which probably encodes an eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4E binding protein (eIF4EBP).
