V. Srinivas Chary,G. Sudhaamsh Mohan Reddy,Huseyin Isik,Hassen Aydi,D. Srinivasa Chary,Stojan Radenovic 한국전산응용수학회 2020 Journal of applied mathematics & informatics Vol.38 No.5
In this article, we establish some fixed point results in G-metric spaces using the modified JS-G-contractions and we provide some suitable examples to support the results. Also, we give an application to solve an integral equation.

The present evolutionary phase in international economic and political relations involves the analysis of a "new globalization" and the profound reshaping of multipolarity. This article examines the fundamental elements of the newly emerging globalization morphology from a critical standpoint on the key aspects of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP). It aims to discern why such free trade agreements are significant expressions and imprints of the unfolding new multipolarity. It focuses on crucial dimensions of such international socioeconomic agreements for deepened global cooperation and development. For the analysis, we distinguish between the structures of the previous globalization regime and some evolutionary dimensions of the gradual transition to a "new globalization" (e.g., the RCEP). We contend that such agreements enrich regional economic and social integration and can expand globalized transnational flows, thereby boosting efficient cooperation for reconstructing future dynamics of international economic development.

The main work of this paper is to describe the influence of transmission line modeling routine in ORPD and ELD problems by using the minimized sum of the squares of normal deviates ant lion optimization algorithm. This method applied on proposed IEEE 57 bus power systems in an effort to achieve the best performance with stable and secure operation of all systems. The proposed method in this paper has improved standard ant lion optimizer (ALO) in terms of both exploration and exploitation properties. The proposed LR-ALO method was applied to solve four versions of power system models, such as positive sequence, 3-Phase PI, and CP transmission lines based power systems, and also lumped PI lines based low voltage hardware model of power system. The effectiveness of proposed method on all power systems were used to determine the generator voltage, tap position of transformers, and reactive power injection subjected to power loss minimization in ORPD problem. Also, calculated voltage deviation, voltage stability index for propsed systems. Similarly, optimal allocation of active power generation among all generators in the system found to balance both load demand and losses subjected to minimization of total fuel cost of the power system in ELD problem. A comprehensive analysis of optimization results was shown that the possible solutions of control variables in both ORPD and ELD problems. Also, the comparison of results was shown the accuracy and effectiveness of proposed method over elitism phases of ALO and other meta heuristic algorithms.
Factors predicting rural location employment intent and choice among medical students and graduates
Guilfoyle Charis,Huang Pin-Hsiang,Forster Lesley,Shulruf Boaz 한국의학교육학회 2022 Korean journal of medical education Vol.34 No.4
Purpose: Workforce shortage is a contributing cause of health inequality in rural Australia. There is inconclusive evidence demonstrating which factors cause doctors to choose rural practice. This study’s objective is to determine predictive factors for medical students’ intent to work rurally and for graduates’ current rural employment location choice. Methods: This prospective cohort study, utilized data gathered from the University of New South Wales about students and graduates who had spent one or more years in a Rural Clinical School. Participants were final year students and graduates already working in Australia. Stepwise logistic regression was used to determine predictive factors for the two outcomes. Results: Predictors for student intent to work rurally are rural background (odds ratio [OR], 7.16; 95% confidence interval [CI], 2.59–19.53), choosing to study at the Rural Clinical School (OR, 8.72; 95% CI, 1.32–57.63), and perceiving rural areas as opportunistic for career advancement (OR, 1.69; 95% CI, 1.15–2.49). Predictors for graduates currently working in a rural location are Bonded Medical Program participation (OR, 6.40; 95% CI, 1.15–35.59) and personal altruism (OR, 1.91; 95% CI, 1.02–3.57).Conclusion: While intent is predicted by having a rural background, choosing to study at the Rural Clinical School and perception of rural areas as having positive career opportunities, a current rural workplace location among graduates is predicted by holding a bonded medical position and a desire to serve an under-resourced population. Maintaining the Bonded Medical Program and clear communication regarding training pathways may increase numbers of rural doctors.
