        모바일 레이저 스캐닝 데이터로부터 철도 시설물 인식에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 MLS 데이터로부터 자동으로 철도 시설물들을 인식하여 시설물 간의 기하학적인 공간정보를 추출하는데 기여 하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제안된 방법은 9개 주요 철도 시설물(노반, 레일, 철로, 수목, 플렛폼, 방음벽, 철주, 절연체, 고압선)들의 분류를 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위해 제안된 방법은 크게 두 단계로 나뉘어 진행된다. 첫 번째 단계에서는 포인트, 라인, 체적과 수직 프로파일 레벨에서 데이터의 맥락 특징(contextual feature)들이 추출된다. 두 번째 단계에서는 CRF(Conditional Random Field)가 맥락 분류자(contextual classifier)로 사용되어 각 데이터 포인트에 객체 정보가 할당되고 철도 시설물들이 분류된다. 사용된 CRF 모델은 다른 맥락 분류자 와는 달리 로컬지역에서 데이터들의 분류정보가 일관성을 유지하게 하는 장점이 있다. 제안된 방법의 성능은 commission과 omission 오류분석을 통해 입증되었다. The objective of the research is to automatically recognize railway objects from MLS data in which 9 key objects including terrain, track, bed, vegetation, platform, barrier, posts, attachments, powerlines are targeted. The proposed method can be divided into two main sub-steps. First, multi-scale contextual features are extracted to take the advantage of characterizing objects of interest from different geometric levels such as point, line, volumetric and vertical profile. Second, by considering contextual interactions amongst object labels, a contextual classifier is utilized to make a prediction with local coherence. In here, the Conditional Random Field (CRF) is used to incorporate the object context. By maximizing the object label agreement in the local neighborhood, CRF model could compensate the local inconsistency prediction resulting from other local classifiers. The performance of proposed method was evaluated based on the analysis of commission and omission error and shows promising results for the practical use.

      • Wavelength switchable flat-top all-fiber comb filter based on a double-loop Mach-Zehnder interferometer

        <P>A wavelength switchable all-fiber comb filter with flat-top spectral response based on a double-loop Mach-Zehnder (M-Z) interferometer is proposed and demonstrated. The proposed flat-top filter consists of a rotatable polarizer and a double-loop M-Z interferometer composed of two fiber couplers with a polarization controller (PC) in the first loop. In the theoretical analysis, when the second coupler of the M-Z interferometer is a non-3dB one, with proper settings of the polarization state of the input light and the PC, the wavelength switchable comb filter with flat-top passband can be obtained. Theoretical prediction was verified by experimental demonstration. The measured 1 dB bandwidth was 0.51 nm with a channel spacing of 0.98 nm, indicating that the flat-top passband of 1 dB bandwidth extends to about 50% of the comb spacing.</P>

        Aero-elastic wind tunnel test of a high lighting pole

        This paper presents a 1:25 multi-freedom aero-elastic model for a high lighting pole at the Zhoushan stadium. To validate the similarity characteristics of the model, a free vibration test was performed before the formal test. Beat phenomenon was found and eliminated by synthesis of vibration in the X and Y directions, and the damping ratio of the model was identified by the free decay method. The dynamic characteristics of the model were examined and compared with the real structure; the similarity results were favorable. From the test results, the major along-wind dynamic response was the first vibration component. The along-wind wind vibration coefficient was calculated by the China code and Eurocode. When the peak factor equaled 3.5, the coefficient calculated by the China code was close to the experimental result while Eurocode had a slight overestimation of the coefficient. The wind vibration coefficient during typhoon flow was analyzed, and a magnification factor was suggested in typhoon-prone areas. By analyzing the power spectrum of the dynamic cross-wind base shear force, it was found that a second-order vortex-excited resonance existed. The cross-wind response in the test was smaller than Eurocode estimation. The aerodynamic damping ratio was calculated by random decrement technique and the results showed that aerodynamic damping ratios were mostly positive at the design wind speed, which means that the wind-induced galloping phenomenon is predicted not to occur at design wind speeds.

        In controlling the robot interacting with the external environment, an important role is played by the force/moment sensors. To design a good force sensor, we need to make a good model first. This paper presents a systematic modeling method of one type of force/moment sensor. A model of a previously designed sensor has been built on the basis of static and kinematic equations and a block form of the strain compliance matrix is obtained using the model.

      • Identifying Opinion Leader in the Internet Forum

        Opinion leader is an authority person who has great influence in BBS. Their linguistic behavior has a huge impact on net citizen’s behavior and thought. In this paper, we propose an algorithm called OLRA (Opinion Leader PageRank Algorithm) based on topic-field to identify opinion leaders in the Internet forum. In the algorithm the closeness degree factor and sentiment analyses are taken into consideration. Meanwhile, these two authority values are defined as the weight of links among users. The data is collected from a number of posts on Tianya forum which is a famous forum in China. In the experiment, the algorithm is compared with Interest-based PageRank algorithm, online time Algorithm, and Experience-based Algorithm, the result shows that the OLRA algorithm can identify opinion leaders than others in the Internet forum effectively.

      • Design and Analysis of a 6-DOF Force/Torque Sensor for Human Gait Analysis

        This paper describes the development of a compact and robust 6-DOF force/torque sensor for human gait analysis. The forces and torques exerted on human foot are important information for the gait analysis. Multi-axis force/torque sensor can be installed under human foot the sense the forces and torques. The sensor should have large force range without reducing the accuracy to support the human weight and small size not to disturb the motion of the subject. In this paper, we present a 6-DOF force/torque sensor which has good accuracy, large measuring range, and new compact structure. And it is much cheaper than a commercial one. The proposed design is simulated by FEM software (ANSYS), and it shows good results being applied large forces and moments. This new sensor can be used to sense the center of pressure (CoP) and zero moment point (ZMP) of the human foot for gait analysis.

        Data Access Control Scheme Based on Blockchain and Outsourced Verifiable Attribute-Based Encryption in Edge Computing

        The arrival of the Internet of Things and 5G technology enables users to rely on edge computing platforms to process massive data. Data sharing based on edge computing refines the efficiency of data collection and analysis, saves the communication cost of data transmission back and forth, but also causes the privacy leakage of a lot of user data. Based on attribute-based encryption and blockchain technology, we design a fine-grained access control scheme for data in edge computing, which has the characteristics of verifiability, support for outsourcing decryption and user attribute revocation. User attributes are authorized by multi-attribute authorization, and the calculation of outsourcing decryption in attribute encryption is completed by edge server, which reduces the computing cost of end users. Meanwhile, We implemented the user's attribute revocation process through the dual encryption process of attribute authority and blockchain. Compared with other schemes, our scheme can manage users' attributes more flexibly. Blockchain technology also ensures the verifiability in the process of outsourcing decryption, which reduces the space occupied by ciphertext compared with other schemes. Meanwhile, the user attribute revocation scheme realizes the dynamic management of user attribute and protects the privacy of user attribute.

        BMB Reports : Poly(ADP-ribose) protects vascular smooth muscle cells from oxidative DNA damage

        Vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) undergo death during atherosclerosis, a widespread cardiovascular disease. Recent studies suggest that oxidative damage occurs in VSMCs and induces atherosclerosis. Here, we analyzed oxidative damage repair in VSMCs and found that VSMCs are hypersensitive to oxidative damage. Further analysis showed that oxidative damage repair in VSMCs is suppressed by a low level of poly (ADP-ribosyl)ation (PARylation), a key post-translational modification in oxidative damage repair. The low level of PARylation is not caused by the lack of PARP-1, the major poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase activated by oxidative damage. Instead, the expression of poly(ADP-ribose) glycohydrolase, PARG, the enzyme hydrolyzing poly(ADP-ribose), is significantly higher in VSMCs than that in the control cells. Using PARG inhibitor to suppress PARG activity facilitates oxidative damage-induced PARylation as well as DNA damage repair. Thus, our study demonstrates a novel molecular mechanism for oxidative damage-induced VSMCs death. This study also identifies the use of PARG inhibitors as a potential treatment for atherosclerosis.       • Intensity-modulated Radiotherapy Combined with Endocrine Therapy for Intermediate and Advanced Prostate Cancer: Long-term Outcome of Chinese Patients

        Aim: The aim of this study was to evaluate acute adverse events and efficacy of three-dimensional intensitymodulated radiotherapy (IMRT) combined with endocrine therapy for intermediate and advanced prostate cancer. Methods: Sixty-seven patients were treated with three-dimensional IMRT combined with maximum androgen blockade. The correlation between radiation-induced rectal injury and clinical factors was further analyzed. Results: After treatment, 21 patients had complete remission (CR), 37 had partial remission (PR), and nine had stable disease (SD), with an overall response rate of 86.5%. The follow-up period ranged from 12.5 to 99.6 months. Thirty-nine patients had a follow-up time of ${\geq}$ five years. In this group, three-year and five-year overall survival rates were 89% and 89.5%, respectively; three-year and five-year progression-free survival rates were 72% and 63%. In univariate analyses, gross tumor volume was found to be prognostic for survival ($X^2$ = 5.70, P = 0.037). Rates of leucopenia and anemia were 91.1% and 89.5%, respectively. Two patients developed acute liver injury, and a majority of patients developed acute radiation proctitis and cystitis, mainly grade 1/2. Tumor volume before treatment was the only prognostic factor influencing the severity of acute radiation proctitis (P < 0.05). Conclusions: IMRT combined with endocrine therapy demonstrated promising efficacy and was well tolerated in patients with intermediate and advanced prostate cancer.
