This paper introduces a remote maintenance technology based on VDR(Voyage Data Recorder) which is capable of diagnosing the status of navigational equipment and monitoring the navigational information from a remote place via satellite communications. Firstly we implemented the messaging library complied with Ethernet-based IEC 61162-450 standard which integrates intra-ship equipment, such as VDR, AMS(Alarm Monitoring System), and BMS(Bridge Maneuvering System) into one unified network. Secondly we developed a remote maintenance application which applies the messaging. This application performs the functions which are transferring of real-time navigation data, navigation data on specific time, system status and log, and captured images. Consequently, we secured the technology of ship remote maintenance using VDR in this paper
The Development of Ethernet based Radar and ECDIS Image Processing for Voyage Data Recorder

The function of radar image recording in VDR (Voyage Data Recorder) installed on a ship has been adapted in IMO constraint regulations. For this function, a VDR should be equipped with the dedicated recording device called “Image Grabber”. Recently, as the number of radar on a ship has increased, the number of image grabber also has been increased proportionally. However this structure has lack of scalability. As a result, it could cause to rising costs and drop a competitive price. MSC.333(90) which is international standard related for VDR performances describes that both radar and ECDIS(Electronic Chart Display and Information System) image also should be store in final storage medium. And ECDIS image data should be sent through the Ethernet interface which is described in IEC 61162-450. In this paper, we proposed the technology of radar and ECDIS image processing based on Ethernet for VDR to overcome rising costs and to follow the recent trends of the data communication method.
코로나 시대, 골프의 대중화에 따른 골프 시장 환경 변화에 관한 소고

본 연구에서는 최근 코로나 시대에 한국에서 골프의 대중화가 급격하게 이루어지게 된 다양한 배경과 원인을 파악하고, 소비자의 관점에서 해당 시장 현황과 산업적 가치를 살펴봄으로써 한국 골프 산업의 역량과 미래 잠재력을 진단해 본다. 이를 통해 향후 지속될 기술적, 문화적, 그리고 환경적 변화에 보다 적절히 대응할 수 있는 산업 차원의 전략 및 정부의 관련 정책 방안에 필요한 기초를 제공하고자 한다. This study examines the various backgrounds and causes of the rapid popularization of golf in South Korea in recent years, during the COVID-19 era. The paper then attempts to diagnose the capabilities of the Korean golf industry and its future potential by examining the current status of the golf industry and its industrial value, especially from the consumer's point of view. It also presents the basis for the industry-level strategy as well as government-related policy implications that can appropriately respond to technological, cultural, and environmental changes that will continue in the post-COVID-19 era.

본 연구에서는 탈성장의 방안으로써 현대인의 삶에서 발견한 오토포이에시스적 구조에 주목한 미디어아트 작품〈오토-포이에시스의 삶〉에 대해 논한다. 1970 년 생물학자인 움베르트 마투라나에 의해 등장한 오토포이에시스 개념은 생물체의 자기생산성의 자율성을 의미한다. 본 작품은 이러한 관점을 현대인의 삶의 방식에 적용하여 바라보고자 한다. 자기구성요소로부터 체계를 재생산하고 자기절제와 자신의 고유한 역동성으로부터 체계유지하는 자율성을 탈성장의 알레고리로써 해석하고자 한 시도이다. 이러한 해석과 접근은 작품에서 디지털 공간의 가상 생물과 실제 공간의 기계장치가 가진 키네틱 한 시스템의 연결구조를 통해 시각화 된다.

<P>An Aquivion/titanium zirconium oxide nanofibrous web composite membrane was prepared and tested as a proton exchange membrane in a hydrogen/air fuel cell. The incorporation of a small dose (9 wt % membrane) of a uniformly distributed electrospun titanium zirconium oxide (TiO2/ZrO2; Ti/Zr = 1:1 atomic ratio) nanofibrous web significantly improved hydromechanical stability of the composite membranes, which exhibited approximately 2 times higher water retention and 30 times lower dimensional change than a pristine Aquivion membrane under in-water membrane hydration conditions. Phosphate functionalities were successfully added onto the nanofiber surface, as confirmed by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) analysis. The added phosphate functionality resulted in higher proton conductivity of the prepared composite membrane compared to the non-modified TiO2/ZrO2 nanofibrous web composite membrane [e.g., 0.027 S cm(-1) versus 0.021 S cm(-1) at 120 degrees C and 40% relative humidity (RH)]. A single cell test also showed the effect of an added TiO2/ZrO2 nanofibrous web. A single cell with an Aquivion/TiO2/ZrO2 nanofibrous web composite membrane outperformed a single cell with a pristine Aquivion membrane in fully humidified conditions (100% RH at 75 and 90 degrees C). The Aquivion/phosphate-modified TiO2/ZrO2 nanofibrous web composite membrane showed the best single cell performance at all four testing conditions, including the fully humidified medium-temperature conditions (e.g., P-max = 1.18 W cm(-2) at 75 degrees C and 100% RH, and P-max = 0.97 W cm(-2) at 90 degrees C and 100% RH) and partially humidified high-temperature conditions (P-max = 0.45 W cm(-2) at 120 degrees C and 40% RH, and P-max = 0.21 W cm(-2) at 140 degrees C and 20% RH). The composite membrane also displayed excellent durability evidenced by the accelerated lifetime (ALT) test results. Overall, the phosphate-modified TiO2/ZrO2 nanofibrous web composite membrane enhanced the electrical properties and durability of the fuel cell, especially at high temperatures (>120 degrees C).</P>
