An efficient ID-based Beta Cryptosystem
Chandrashekhar Meshram 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of Security and Its Applicat Vol.9 No.2
In 1984, Shamir [1] introduced the concept of an identity-based cryptosystem. In this system, each user needs to visit a public key generation (PKG) and identify himself before joining a communication network. Once a user is accepted, the PKG will provide him with a secret key. In this way, if a user wants to communicate with others, he only needs to know the “identity” of his communication partner and the public key of the PKG. There is no public file required in this system. However, Shamir did not succeed in constructing an identity based cryptosystem, but only in constructing an identity-based signature scheme. Meshram and Meshram [5] have proposed an identity-based beta cryptosystem, security under the generalized discrete logarithm problem with distinct discrete exponents in the multiplicative group of finite fields and integer factorization problem. In this paper, we propose some modification in identity-based beta cryptosystem based on generalized discrete logarithm problem with distinct discrete exponents in the multiplicative group of finite fields and integer factorization problem and we consider the security against a conspiracy of some entities in the proposed system and show the possibility of establishing a more secure system.

Chandrashekhar Meshram,Sarita Gajbhiye,Deepak Gupta 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of Hybrid Information Techno Vol.8 No.2
The present paper, we doing the statistical analysis of insertion sort program and compute its execution times with various parameters. The statistical analysis endorses the specific quadratic pattern of the execution time on the number of items to be sorted. Next, a cursor along the future scope is indicated.
Multi-criteria Decision Making Using Genetic Algorithmic Approach in Computer Simulation Models
Chandrashekhar Meshram,Shyam Sundar Agrawal 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of Hybrid Information Techno Vol.8 No.6
In this paper, we described a genetic algorithm that allows finding the optimal configuration for a stochastic discrete events simulator when multiple performance measures have to be considered simultaneously. This type of algorithmic approach provide particularly interesting when the decision making authority is shared by multiple decision makers with conflicting priorities. The optimal solutions found with this algorithm typically represent a middle ground solution that may be acceptable to all the involved parties. The multi-criteria approach relies on an interval based variant of the Promethee method, which is combined with a feasibility score to obtain the ranking of the chromosomes within a certain generation of the genetic algorithm.

In this study, a two-dimensional thermoelastic problem under hyperbolic heat conduction theory with an internal heat source is considered. The general solution for the temperature field, stress components and displacement field are obtained using the reduced differential transform method. The stress and displacement components are obtained using the thermal stress function in the reduced differential transform domain. All the solutions are obtained in the form of power series. The special case with a time-dependent laser heat source has been considered. The problem is considered for homogeneous material with finite rectangular cross-section heated with a non-Gaussian temporal profile. The effect of the heat source on all the characteristics of a material is discussed numerically and graphically for magnesium material taking a pulse duration of 0.2 ps. This study provides a powerful tool for finding the solution to the thermoelastic problem with less computational work as compared to other methods. The result obtained in the study may be useful for the investigation of thermal characteristics in engineering and industrial applications.
Endoscopic Third Ventriculostomy : Success and Failure
Deopujari, Chandrashekhar E.,Karmarkar, Vikram S.,Shaikh, Salman T. The Korean Neurosurgical Society 2017 Journal of Korean neurosurgical society Vol.60 No.3
Endoscopic third ventriculostomy (ETV) has now become an accepted mode of hydrocephalus treatment in children. Varying degrees of success for the procedure have been reported depending on the type and etiology of hydrocephalus, age of the patient and certain technical parameters. Review of these factors for predictability of success, complications and validation of success score is presented.

OBJECTIVES: We estimated the prevalence of smokeless tobacco (ST) consumption and its association with tobacco control factors among school-going youth in 18 countries of the Western Pacific Region METHODS: We analyzed school-based Global Youth Tobacco Survey (2014-2019) microdata from 18 Western Pacific Region countries. We estimated weighted prevalence rates of ST consumption, cigarette smoking, and dual use. Multi-level binary logistic regression was done to examine the associations between ST consumption and dual use with demographic, exposure to pro-tobacco, anti-tobacco factors, country-level incomes, and MPOWER indicators. RESULTS: Data from 58 263 school-going youth were analyzed. Prevalence of last-30-days ST consumption was higher in Kiribati (42.1%), Marshall Islands (26.1%), Micronesia (21.3%), Palau (16.0%), and Papua New Guinea (15%.2). In adjusted multi-level models, ST consumption and dual-use were associated with sex, age, parental smoking, pro-tobacco factors, country income, and MPOWER score. For each unit increase in score on cessation programs, the odds of ST consumption and dual use among the youth increased by about 1.4 times [(AOR 1.38, 95% CI1.15, 1.66 and AOR 1.47, 95% CI 1.16, 1.86)]. Similarly, for each unit increase in the score about warnings health effects of tobacco use, the odds of both ST consumption and dual use among the youth decreased by about 0.4 times [AOR 0.47, 95% CI 0.42, 0.53 and 0.35, 95% CI 0.30, 0.42]. CONCLUSIONS: ST consumption among the youth was substantial in Pacific Islands and exceeded cigarette smoking in a few countries. Implementing MPOWER measures for ST products could help reduce the prevalence of ST consumption.
On the improved instability region for the circular rayleigh problem of hydrodynamic stability
G. Chandrashekhar,A. Venkatalaxmi 한국전산응용수학회 2023 Journal of applied mathematics & informatics Vol.41 No.1
We consider circular Rayleigh problem of hydrodynamic stability which deals with linear stability of axial flows of an incompressible iniviscid homogeneous fluid to axisymmetric disturbances. For this problem, we obtained two parabolic instability regions which intersect with Batchelor and Gill semi-circle under some condition. This has been illustrated with examples. Also, we derived upper bound for the amplification factor.
