      • 2006년과 2016년 주거실태조사에 나타난 청년 1인가구의 주거실태 변화

        This study was conducted to explore changes in housing situation of young single-person households (age between 19 and 39 years) between 2006 and 2016 reflected in the Korea Housing Survey. Microdata sets of the 2006 and 2016 Korea Housing Survey were utilized as secondary data, and changes in young persons aged between 19 and 39 living alone were compared with statistics of entire general households. Major findings were as follows: (1) As for tenure and housing types, young single-person households showed relatively greater increase in ratio of renters with deposit and households living in studio type units. (2) Young single-person households showed a relatively greater decrease in public housing residents and a relatively smaller increase in first-time householders. (3) Housing size of young single-person households were found to be increased while entire general household’s housing size were decreased. (4) Young single-person households’ satisfaction level with their residential environment was improved, and the increase in satisfaction score was greater compared to entire general households’ score. (5) As for sources of housing costs, young single-person households showed decrease in family dependence, and increase ratio to use own finance and loan from financial institutions. 1)

        The purpose of this study is to find out ways to induce and integrate disabled people and their families into local communities. Research method is adapted to literature review and contents analysis, and on-line materials are analyzed. The positive cases of the disabled community support system and participation activities are investigated in the Japanese community, and draw the implications from Japanese cases. Based on the results, the conclusion is as followed; This suggests that it is necessary to pursue a complex or multi-purpose function rather than pursuing it as a single functional space. In the upper part of the community building, there is a need to consider housing for the disabled, guest house, experience home, and social rehabilitation facilities. The community space for the disabled is based on daily eating habits, communication and interaction with people with disabilities and residents, and provides learning and education for people with disabilities and training for talented people, social adjustment. It is necessary to set up a direction to utilize the resources of the community by networking and carrying out program activities such as service support.

        The purpose of this study is to derive the happiness factor of the residential area through the field survey. The spatial scope of the research is the housing and the community. The subjects of the research are both the single-family house (Kyoto-Komachi), the apartment house (Kochi Sawada Mansion), the community space (Kochi Atherano Asahi and Osaka"s Atlier Corners) Four cases. The selection of research subjects was made near Osaka considering the accessibility of researchers, focusing on the cases presented in the literature and broadcasting. The method of study was to observe the happiness factors in the residential environment through field observation and residents interview. As a result of the study, the happiness factors of the housing environment design in Japan are the concept of the family and the community, the relation of the community, the cooperation and exchange with the neighbors, the historical and cultural contextual, universal approach, physical elements(plants, nature, sunlight, air), harmonized materials with the surrounding area, traditional appearance, and space for community activities. Especially for the housing, the support spaces for privacy, personal hobbies and achievement of the work are to promote the residents’ happiness.

        한국에서 유학하는 중국 대학생의 주거실태 및 주거만족도

        This study is to investigate the housing conditions and housing satisfaction of Chinese students in S. Korea, and identified effective factors for related housing design. Chinese students at CBNU participated in this survey from November to December in 2011. A questionnaire survey was used. 200 students voluntarily participated in this survey with 147 surveys providing useful data for analysis. Descriptive statistics, correlation, and linear regression were used to analyzed the data with SPSS 12.0 The results are as follow. 1) Many Chinese students received housing information from discussion with acquaintance. They lived together 2 students in one-room or dormitory. Monthly rental was about 240,000 won, and they found the living conditions a burden. 2) They are unsatisfied with food, the lack of a refrigerator, and non availability kitchen facilities. These factors are considered in planning for Chinese students housing. 3) For the most part, they are satisfied with their current housing environment, although there is a need to improve health related housing environment factors, including sunlight, noise, and indoor air. The effective residential factors to overall housing satisfaction are dwelling space and size, space organization and floor plan, kitchen·toilet·bathroom facilities, sunlight, and safety from natural disasters. The effective neighborhood factors identified include access to natural environment, community facilities, parks, noise, and commuting time. 4) Subjective factors played a larger role in overall housing satisfaction than did objective factors such as gender and types of house.

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the contents of online news articles for the last three years on the subject of happy housing, and to understand the direction of housing in society. Using Naver search engine, 75 news items were extracted from the articles of happy household, neighborhood, village, residential community, and community. As a result, 1) The core contents of the articles about happiness housing showed the direction that the ‘together’ and ‘quality of life’ were very dominant, and it was understood as contents of community, communication, housing expenses, safety, housing service, convenience facilities, and natural environment. 2) The spatial range of the stories was more the community or village space contents than the unit house, and the unit house was mainly the rental apartment house and the community house. The single house was rarely presented. 3) The residents related to happy housing are common people such as the general public or ordinary people, and small group residents are the youth, the elderly, and the specific subjects of the social underprivileged, who need the support to housing expenses and housing welfare.

      • 고령사회에서 독거노인의 지역사회 주거서비스 공간으로 살롱의 의미와 역할

        It is necessary to pay attention to the lives of senior citizens in the Japanese community and the meaning and role of the elderly salon, which is the most closely connected service support space and social connection space. The purpose of this study is to analyze the newly emerging salons in the Japanese residential environment facing the post-aged society based on the cases presented in the Internet literature to find the meaning and role of salons applicable to Korea"s aged society. According to the analysis of the Japanese salon 23 cases, the use of space was found to be in childcare (3 cases), caregiver"s rest (4 cases), multi-purpose (9 cases), hobby of baduk, mahjak, etc.(2 cases) and library and gallery (5 cases). Unlike existing community facilities, which have limited user conditions and locations, the saloon space, which can be used lightly by diverse audiences in the residential environment, will serve as a role for the post-aged society to prevent and manage the communication and information sharing of the elderly and what happens in the residential space.

      • 장애인 가구의 주거관리 지원을 위한 애플리케이션의 사용성 평가

        The purpose of this study is to upgrade the 1st Application by conducting the evaluation of disabled users on that of developing convenient and efficient housing management application for disabled households. After installing the app developed for the disabled in the 7 households on of purchased rental housing that needs house repair on their respective mobile phones, they applied for the service, and the received construction company visited the house to conduct the house repair, and the usability evaluation was conducted on the application and house repair management information. As a result, all seven disabled people successfully applied for home repair services through the app, assessed that the time spent was appropriate, but it was difficult to actually use the app contents, and expressed positive reviews in terms of app icon design, menu icon design, space-oriented service selection and application. In particular, the differentiation from the existing apps, which approached the problems of home in a spatial manner with apps for the disabled, was positive. However, there were difficulties with the first screen usage information, step analogy, main screen movement, some service representation pictures, managers or service providers, failover and termination recognition. In addition, there was a high need for the app to provide information on communication and meeting, learning, hobby activities, jobs, and taking care of the socially disadvantaged. This is very necessary for the disabled to increase the accessibility of the app so that they can obtain home management services or community information through the app, especially to review app management entities so that they can interact and update information to resolve errors or housing management services.
